My son always goes every 7 weeks for his haircut and we've always had very good experience, but today's afternoon (01/17/2023), was a nightmare. She looked drunk or under her influence of some drug at the end she cut my son . She was a angry woman for the claim. i immediately got up and told her to stop touching my son. He's an 8-year-old boy. I was angry and she said I wouldn't keep cutting my son's hair. And complaining because I show you my anger. So bad experience. Thank god another barber fishing my haircut son. Sandra was so nice

CURRENT REVIEW - 1 Star: I checked in online at 4:01 for a 39 minute wait. Arrived at 4:35 and checked in on their computer in the store. At this point I'm 2nd in line with a 4 minute wait. Then 2 minute wait on the screen. Someone walks in and it kicks me out to a 72 total minute wait! Figure it out Martha and Jess!?! PREVIOUS REVIEW - 5 Stars: I love the check-in process and the "account" I have for the stylist to follow from one visit to the next.

My husband has been coming here for awhile. However, today he had a horrible experience. The woman that cut his hair and beard today was AWFUL. She cut his head badly where he was bleeding. She cut his eyebrow pretty badly, bleeding there. And she cut his lip, bleeding there too. She said it never happenend before and never apologized. I wish I had her name to let everyone know to stay away from her. She even expected a tip. Absolutely horrible.

I scheduled an appointment with the Sport Clips app. When I arrived, I was seated with Briza in less than 60 seconds. She was very knowledgeable with her skills, and she did a great job. After the cut, I experienced something new: a shampoo and scalp massage while lounging back in a vibrating chair. I LOVED it! I’ll definitely go there again for my next haircut.

I showed up without checking in online and they still got me in ahead of 5 people who hadn't arrived yet. My haircut only took 10-15 mins tops & she did exactly what I wanted. I don't even have to describe my style because they keep notes from the previous visits & even though she wasn't talkative she was still polite and the expediency got her a 25% tip!!!

Very grateful this place is open till 8:00 p.m. and I think that's awesome especially when some of us work late and can't make it to a barbershop that closes at 6:00 p.m. during the week just wanted to tell you guys thank you for cutting my hair son's hair they said it was an hour wait he was probably there about 20 minutes I think I found a new Barber Shop

Incredibly disappointed. Checked in from home to get a trim before a big meeting today. There was a 40 minute wait time on the check in which was perfect for me to drive over. When I got to the location 35 minutes later I was then made aware the wait would be an additional 47 minutes. The communication here is awful and the online check in is meaningless

This was my first time ever getting my hair cut at Sports Clips. I have to say that my experience was extremely pleasant. I had my hair cut by Sandra today, and she was just amazing. She really cleaned up my hair and made sure that I left satisfied and looking good. I will definitely be back when I need a trim.

I came in and there were 2 specialists, 1 was cutting hair and the other was vacuuming. No one greeted me and the one who was vacuuming left and went in the back of the shop. I waited for several minutes and decided I did not recognize the new crew and left without any acknowledgement. I said maybe next time.

I always ask for Tamia. Very friendly and professional. She does an awesome job. Everyone is friendly and the shop is very clean and organized. I've been waiting for good barber shop to come to Laveen. The mobile app makes it very easy to check in and gives wait times.

What’s the point of the online checkin if they don’t go in that order?! Twice I received a text message for my son that he was next and both times they took someone before him and kept pushing out his wait time. Don’t text people they are next if they are not next..

My stylist, Theresa, made sure she knew exactly how I wanted my haircut. She asked all the right questions and listened closely to my response. I haven’t been to a barbershop in years and am grateful that I was able to get the cut that I really wanted.

My haircut came out great! One of the best in years. Had such a great experience that I even mentioned to my stylist she made me feel like Akeem from Coming to America. I have forever boycotted Great Clips and now loyal to Sports Clips! Thank you.

Man what can I say except Briza is Awesome. She’s nice, cool to chat with and always hooks me up with a great cut and wash. I tell her to just cut it the way she thinks it’ll style the best and she goes to work! I would recommend Briza anytime.

Great service. Employee's are friendly professional. They offer the best shampoo while giving your scalp a much needed massage. Did I mention clean with covid they go out of their way to keep each area clean after each customer.

Do not get a haircut from the woman with a tatto on her neck. She seemed like she was definately on drugs and the haircut was very uneven and the wrong numbers were used. I had to pay to get it fixed. Worest stylist I have had.

I mean I liked my haircut but the lady that cut my hair rushed it like I was in great clips or something. I pay more money to not be treated like that. I’ll go again but I’m gonna have someone else cut my hair
