"I came to your store cause my brother works at carfour laval and he told me to go to your store walk in to buy around 400$ to 500 $ They gave me a person that just started 2 days ago didn't know about hockey gear couldn't know how the equipment worked or if its was good or not and they don't have enough choices I was insulted when i was leaving the store really bad experience i will not refer enyone and and you guys call your self sport expert sorry change your name so i went to your compition on"

Terrible service every time i use the store locator for a product it says it has in store when i go, they dont even try helping me find it useless. Sports experts prices horrible workers horrible. I only buy when they have sale other then that horrible. Heck i even know more about there shoes then they do they don't even bother knowing about what they sell.
Had 2000.00 to buy cross country skis and the full outfits and equipment for me and my wife. Three employées are there in the ski section. One says hello and then all three disappear!!! Was there Sunday Oct 31 2021. Terrible service. We just walked out.Taking my business elsewhere.

Do not go there the weekend, bad service for the shoes section, no advice nothing.
