Above and Beyond all I could have asked for! Lauren assisted us on the funeral side. I was one tough customer, but she served me promptly and friendly, with grace. We had to coordinate 3 live music bands, a pastor from out of town, and I was a very obsessive and meticulous customer. Wanted everything “exactly perfect”, with my Dad’s wishes. Lauren put our interests first, and though I am sure she was really busy, she always made it seem as if I was her only customer. I am still asking for favors here and there after the funeral. Thank you, Lauren!!! Dave served us with the cemetery part. My dad had not expressed wishes for anything specific done with his cremated remains. A couple of family members asked me where the permanent physical resting place would be? We had just planned on scattering his ashes. We asked Dave to show us options for cremation niches. The more and more my mom and I thought about it, the more we decided we would like a place to visit, also. Dave showed us several cremation niche options. We liked the garden the best, and asked him to price multiple niches so our family could stay together. I went to visit the garden and the columnbarium(sp?), which we had decided were our top options. When I got to the garden, Dave was there taking notes for me. He showed me an alternative idea that he said he thought of me when he saw it. A large granite stone that can hold a few urns. In the garden. With benches and behind a waterfall, with many flowers blooming in the summer. It was the perfect choice for my family. He also helped me choose the plot. Thank you so much, Dave!

When someone has to deal with any aspect of loosing a loved one it can be a very stressful, trying, and depressing time. My family and I went into this difficult situation with a lot of stress and heartache.. the staff at Spring Hill really made a difference with their patience and kindness. They made sure we could mourn while they took care of the details. I have no complaints and only great things to say about Spring Hills funeral and cemetery staff. Spring Hill Funeral Home has the best staff! Jason was so sweet and kind when he was letting me know he was going to pick up my Daddy and asked about little details with how we wanted him to look. He thought of things I had not even considered. Lauren went above and beyond for my family. She even surprised my family with something special on my Daddy's vault. Anything I needed Lauren was there for me. Lauren made sure that I knew if I needed anything at all she would take care of it. Lauren was like the big sister I didn't have. She had my back all the way. I really enjoyed getting to know her. Barbara helped me out so much with my pre-arrangements and making sure I got everything that I needed. We took our time out looking at plots and enjoyed getting to know we both like to explore cemeteries. A much beloved family member died suddenly. We had to come from out of state to get things arranged. Jana worked tirelessly to arrange the memorial and graveside service. It was beautiful and everything was perfect. She moved heaven and earth to find a vendor that used green granite and could produce a special design. She never gave up and did find a vendor that could provide the marker. There were several revisions, the marker had to be just right. Jana kept us updated with the progress. With great joy and fanfare it was finished and delivered. It was laid recently. Jana took pictures and sent them to us. It is beautiful and exactly what all of us wanted. Jana is an amazing person. She is a warm, caring and persistent lady. Jana has become very special and is our little Sis. Thank you Jana for turning a truly terrible experience into a labor of love for eternity.

Being a young widow and losing my husband was a gut wrenching experience, but from my first phone call to Spring Hill, I knew I was dealing with the right people. Jason took my phone call and told me someone would be with us every step of the way during the process. When I arrived to take care of setting the plans in motion for my husband to be cremated, Yasi Dye sat with me, helped me fill out the paperwork and even allowed me to see my husband one last time. He was all cleaned up and put in a viewing room. He looked so peaceful and natural, and that gave me an incredible sense of closure. When I came back to pick up his ashes, Lauren Griffin offered to help me carry his remains out to my car. The way everything was handled, including my husband’s remains, was done with such a sense of respect and honor, and for that I am so thankful.

We used Spring Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery for my father's services during the holidays. The space was beautifully decorated and staff helpful. The service was beautiful and the burial as well. We did run into an issue as the service did not live stream as promised and was not recorded (or recording was "too corrupted" to view) so out of town family and friends were not able to join or view after. Since we are from out of state and were using a family plot at this cemetery for my father's burial, there were many people unable to attend that had counted on being able to live-stream or at the very least, being able to order the recording. It is very hard to cope with not having any remembrance of his lovely service. Family members did phone into the office early in the service to report it was not streaming yet nothing was done.

My mother recently passed Loretta Prior .Laying a loved one to rest is never easy, but Spring Hill Funeral Home made our experience very easy. Everyone that helped with my moms service was helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. On the day of visitation and the funeral. Alex was our director she was amazing she made sure we did not have to stress or worry about anything. She was always there to answer any questions and guide me. They did a beautiful job to make sure that everything was as we requested. I would highly recommend using Spring Hill cemetery. I’ll always be grateful for their kindness, compassion, and professionalism during the time. Alex genuinely cares and it certainly shows. She has great communication and talks with such sympathy and grace. I appreciated the whole experience with Alex at Spring Hill.

I called the funeral home at around 3:30am from the hospital three days after my baby was delivered stillborn. Lauren called me back from home, and she didn’t seem bothered to have to take a call before business hours. In fact, she was incredibly kind and understanding. That didn’t change in over two weeks of working with her through every single detail of the funeral planning and all of my emotional processing. She went above and beyond in every single way. Spring Hill funeral home is incredibly fortunate to have a rockstar funeral director who is creative and incredibly adept in her role, and a phenomenal HUMAN being with a heart of gold who is working for them. She has what makes the difference when a person is grieving the loss of a loved one. We will always use Spring Hill funeral home as long as Lauren is there.

We have used Springhill for three family members. We have used Jason Q for all 3 services. He is truely an AMAZING person. He goes above and beyond for the families he is working with. He thinks of those tiny details that make you feel as if he is a caring part of your family and taking care of your loved one is his honor. Not sure if anyone would want the calling of funeral director but I know God called Jason for this purpose because he is perfect for the position. Springhill goes out of their way to make everything as special as you want and that you feel at ease during a very hard and emotional time. They are very compassionate and caring. When a loved one passes away you need a supportive team with much knowledge, compassion & empathy. I am so happy to say that our family found all of that with Spring Hill. Ms. Tami & Yasi were the absolute best, always checking on us, giving us ideas, and overall support with the passing of my beloved mother in law. Jason Q. honored the memory of my father by caring for us, his family. He patiently listened to our stories about him. Then he took what he learned about my dad and implemented personal touches that made all the difference to us. From things like creating a woodworking tool display to celebrate dad’s love of carpentry to handing out blankets at the graveside to keep us warm, Jason brought us comfort during difficult days. He created a breathtaking slideshow of memories that enabled us to begin the grieving process while also bringing tears of joy by reminding us of the good times. We recently had to bury a dear uncle. Spring Hill and Lauren Griffin made it such a pleasant experience, considering the circumstances. Lauren was patient and empathetic with our situation. Lauren was with my family during the whole process, from making the original plans with my uncle, then once he passed being with my mother and family for the service and burial. Our mom Jean Loxley passed away on April 6, 2022 and had the forethought to have prearranged her funeral several years ago and we were truly grateful when we sat with Yasi Dye to finalize her memorial. Yasi became like a family member to us. She was very compassionate and sensitive in leading us through the choices of everything concerning the visitation time and the service, and even participating in our grief. We could not have asked for more, but I’m sure if we had asked, she would have provided. Thank you Spring Hill for having Yasi work with us. Spring Hill is outstanding when it comes to customer service. I called in about my moms headstone. It had what looked to be dirt ,mud and grass all over it, along with a tire track. I was very upset, and wanted whomever the person was that answered to fix it. Stephanie assured me she would have it taken care of. The next day she sent me pictures and told me she personally went out to see what needed to be done and cleaned it herself. I have had an excellent experience here. Everyone I have encountered has been professional, kind, and compassionate. Yasi (in addition to be one of the nicest people on the planet) truly wanted to know about my loved one and wrote an obituary that was perfect. David has worked with me to get the engraving right on the "niche stone" and has been extremely accomodating and kind in getting that handled. Debbie worked with me to get the necessary paperwork to me quickly and was so much fun to talk to. The employees here really make a difficult situation easier to manage and I will forever be grateful to them for that.

My family and I are so thankful for the beautiful services provided to our Aunt. Yasi and Barbara were so helpful, patient, and kind to our family as we navigated planning her services and dealing with unforeseen issues. Yasi helped us so much! I was apprehensive when I walked through the doors. I didn't want to be there. I didn't want to have to make plans. My feelings changed when I sat down with the funeral director. Questions were all answered with with respect and understanding. Plans were made for a Veteran's Military Service. My husband's ashes were ready in time for the service. The pamphlet for my husband's service we're very nice. I have received calls to see how I am doing. I could not have even asked for more understanding, help and respect at my husband's passing.

UPDATE ~ Praise to Mr. Dave Mehling at Spring Hill for his superb work in locating our Vase and replacing it on our Loved one's Memorial. Mr. Mehling has gone above and beyond and we would like to give him a heartfelt "THANK YOU SIR" . {My loved one's brass vase had been knocked off the head stone. When we went to the office to inquire about it, we were told it happens when the mow the lawn. When we asked if we could have it back, we were told it was thrown away, but we could purchase a new one for $350.00. OUTRAGEOUS!!!}

Spring Hill Cemetery is a beautiful cemetery where many of my ancestors are buried from the as far back as the early 1800s. Our mother will be laid to rest there in the upcoming days and Jana has been so helpful and caring to us during the planning stages of her burial. We are so appreciative especially of her and Kyle who have both gone above and beyond providing care and support to our family during this difficult time. Spring Hill Funeral Home & Cemetery provided wonderful care and accomodations when my husband passed away. The staff was caring and eager to meet our needs. They were professional, all while expressing their sympathy and love to our family. As we have a dog, they even allowed him to attend the funeral and burial. We were thrilled to be able to include him so that he could say goodbye to his Dad. We purchased oyr plots many years ago and planned on using them. Again, I would recommend them for any if your needs

No one wants to go through this. But Kyle and Tammy became family through this. I felt like we had family helping us the entire time. They DID become a huge part of our family that we are so grateful for! The amazing personal touches they did for my grandmother made people smile and laugh in such a hard time! The butterfly release was beautiful! Everything just ran flawlessly! I know my joycie was smiling down at as us so happy with how it turned out! I know she was smiling because we were through our tears!

My family of 5 visited Spring Hill Funeral home on vacation. Our plan was to see some resting places of some famous country singers. My wife went in to see if they had a map of the cemetery and much to her surprise Jeff one of the staff members greeted her and offered to drive us to our places of interest. Jeff was amazing, it was hot I believe the heat index was 105 and he still took the time for my family. Thanks Jeff hope all is going well you were definitely a highlight of our vacation.

My first husband died unexpectedly and I was not prepared. Spring Hill was very helpful, professional and caring during that time. I have now gone on and begun the process of getting my final preparations made, with them, because of the wonderful experience with them that I had. My mother was laid to rest two years ago and during this time Jana was absolutely amazing. No matter the time or day, for two years she was always available and made sure my family not only had the right information but also the care to properly lay my mother to rest.

After the recent loss of my brother, this funeral home was amazing. They allowed plenty of time to work through all the details. I never felt rushed. I’m particular Kyle Pete the funeral director helped even now as I call for questions. Everyone there was great!

Yasi and David helped me through a very difficult time. They were professional, compassionate, flexible, detailed and responsive. The service and entombment went off beautifully, and I received many compliments. Recommend them and this facility highly!

Lauren the funeral Director was exceptional. She walked us throught everything.. definitely worth meeting in person an going over what you want and how much funds you have. She made it all happen.
