Do you really have the intention to treat the people?? I just want to know because your work doesn't show even 1% of interest towards patient health as I can see your interest on money and earn more. Kamala is the worst hospital I have ever seen and unfortunately gone through. If there is a chance for me to take out such hospitals which are money minded and don't have any purpose of treating people then your hospital is the first one which I would like to take out. Unfortunately, you don't even know, seeing rooms clear or not, seeing fans working or not, or writing bags of medicine for the patient will not help patients to get out of the problem. Oh no, I should mention about your staff here, what kind of staff do you have, do you even respect the one who comes to your hospital?? a poor family comes to your hospital and your staff doesn't even treat them as human beings?? what kind of hospital is this? maybe you guys at least see Chiranjeevi movie, not because of the movie, there you will find how to treat a patient well. People problems failed to teach you something but I am sure a movie can help you and teach you how to treat your patients at least with smile & respect. Try to get a good name to your hospital with the way you treat the patients, not with the fans, lights, facilities, or rooms. I don't think this review will change any of the work which you are doing but yes I really wish this could help the people who wish to come to your hospital or I wish at least some of the staff in your hospital will know the value of profession they are doing. We see the Doctor as a god but you at least try to understand how respectable your profession is. The start is mandatory here that is why I am giving it but don't be in the wrong assumption.

One of the worst experience all time waste in the hospital. Doctor will be available in the hospital but they don't take care of OP patients. There are four consultation rooms provided to doctors in the ground floor. But no doctor will be in their rooms. They will be chitchating all together in a single room by not even bothering about the out patients waiting for doctors consultation. ES specially doctor G. sudhaker Reddy is not at all bothered about his duties and will always be chitchating in other rooms. If at at least doctor is busy with in patients or something its tollarated. but this doctor Mr G sudhaker Reddy will is not at all bothered about the Out patients and always busy by chitchating and laughing with staff over there. In my case I visited the hospital at 1 30 Pm and I was the only one out patient waiting for him and it began 4:38 pm for the doctor to complete investigation pretending that he was so so soo busy. And now on the second day after I posting my experience.... i got a call from Dr G sudhaker Reddy. And later in an hour it seems that various practices have started to post positive ratings in favour of the doctor...... Note - Patients are not Fools......If a Doctor behaves properly patients treats doctors as a God. I appeal the management to exactly identify the root cause and take the necessary action. So that this kind of bad experiences will not be repeated... So that your hospital can provide fruitful service to the patients and helps patients to recover fast. From years it was said that A good behaviour and response from the doctor can cure the pain faster andthan the medicine......Remember this M.r

I admitted my father in this hospital in emergency as it was in our vicinity which was our worst decision. From nurses,management,doctors all try their best to drag money and keep you admitted even though if you're medically fit for discharge. Nurses will ask to get medication from the inhouse pharmacy which is under the same management and half of the medication will be taken by them stating we already used it on your patient. When you get shifted to other floor again the nurses will try to drag medication from you so please keep an eye on them. Ward boys are inexperienced guys they don't even know how to make elderly patient wear diapers. Nurses will ask for gloves whenever they visit room if they really trash it after use why they won't trash it in patient's room itself. Gloves from patients also will be used for their personal purpose. Worst experience I ever had in my life where they see a patient as a dead body and try their best to scratch and eat it from all angles like vultures. They conduct investigations and say we got a doubt its positive so we are sending to other lab but when we ask investigation report they try to blame other lab technicians that we did not receive yet. When you get discharged the news will be circulated like a fire and all staff will be in line to ask tips from you whether they served you or not. Overall it's a very commercial hospital don't ever go in this hospital and get cheated .

This is not Hospital..Here they don’t treat patients they loot them actually.. One of my cousin joined fr the nose treatment and they did surgery fr that with certain bargaining amount... They given one medical list after surgery and said take those medicine in their pharmacy which is used for the surgery.. The list is very big...And we have to buy the medicine and give back to them.. I really didn’t understand this y after surgery they given the list..?? Y we have to buy and return to them.?? In small medicine shop if we buy more then 200/- worth medicine they will directly give 10% here there is no discount at all and one glouse set costs 65/- which is available outside for not even 30/-... This is like pure business and this hospital called business center.. Not at all preferreble... And one of the person over here I asked him same questions he is simply saying that all hospitals do like this only.. This is the Rule..!! patients will not get the pain beacuse of the wound..Becuse of your looting..!! Best Business

With my personal experience am writing this review. Please do not visit this hospital for any treatment even if you have Insurance or Aarogya Sri card. Here are some issues I faced with this hospital. Asked me to pay extra amount for OT items even though I paid full amount for package what they told for surgery. Lab tests cost also they increased suddenly after admission. Just a day before they quoted less price during package discussion. Asked me to bring unnecessary medicine after surgery. 30% of these are not required. If you didn't observe carefully they will encash the same. No one explained discharge summary, medicine to use and follow up consultation. Need to run behind the people for the same. All they need is money. Once you paid it, they won't respond to you. They will shout and threaten you if you ask any questions or deny to pay additional amount. I have proof for everything what I wrote here. So please be cautious and careful before visiting this worst hospital.

Very good hospital. I know Dr sudhakar reddy and his dedication. He might be busy ,don't assume things just like that. U cannot judge a person just by seeing him. He explains patients very clearly about the disease .I recommend this doctor for everyone with orthopedic problem.some people sometimes experience bad experiences just need to have patience .I don't think any doctor will keep his patients waiting even after he is free. I was with him whole day busy with inpatient dressings ,discharges and counseling patient .Doctors are busy in life u need to respect them for doing there job even at the busiest hours. Am lactating mother , got breast infection with full puss and secretions , horrible pain. I have visited and consulted with number of doctors. But no one treated me in right way. Finally I went to srestasri kamala hospital in dilshuknagar through my cousin. They tested and diagnosed as some puss formed and Infected in rt breast and treated with a small surgical Procedure of drainage and irrigation. Then I released with pain and giving breastfeeding to my baby also. We r so happy with kamala hospital staff and especially kavitha sister and swathi sister. worst hospital in the city. I bought my brother here when he had a leg injury in an accident. There are more insurance brokers than doctors or nurses. Their are more focussed on how they can claim more money from the insurance company. We went to the hospital early in the morning as my brother was not able to tolerate the pain, They just gave him pain killers and the doctor came on the 2nd day evening after which the actual treatment started. Their motto is to get the patients admitted into hospital though there is no need and bill them to the maximum. Don't ever go to this hospital unless you don't have any other option.

Kamala hospital, dilsukhnagar - I had worst experience in my life. I know hospitals will be commercial but this much commercial way beyond ... Dr Anvesh is duty doctor . We came to show Nephrologist from mahabub nagar. He did not care why we Came for.. simply says - join immediately , i remeber I have to say NO 5 times . We said we are undergoing treatment in mahabubnagar so please do tests suggested by other doctor. He Added few other tests which are not required.. commercial hospital in commercial place. He did not ready to give injection prescribed by previous doctor. Cheap marketing person instead of doctor.

Worst Service I've ever had in any hospital...... I have visited the hospital for an emergency as my brother met with a bike accident.. There wasn't any responsible candidate to take care of patients & there is no minimum communication between the diagnostic department and casualty staff.. After making me wait for one hour , they were informing that X-ray mechine is not working sir sorry for the inconvenience ... Before that they were very fast in making the payment to be done by us without having any knowledge about the x-ray mechine working status

This is worst hospital in dilsukhnagar. I have a stones in kidney I came to this hospital they said CT scan is necessary. They have done a CT scan and said stone size is 9mm and said that operation is compulsory. My home town is kakinada and I came here For doctor suggestion and doctor said CT was not clear and once again repeat CT after doing CT the size of a stone is 5mm by tablets it will be cure. For money they will do operation if it does not require also. So my suggestion is don't go to this hospital.

On 24 th sep we went with acidity problem. Duty doctor conducted ECG. Report was abnormal but he misguided us and told no problem in ECG. With his wrong medication I further suffered 20 days. Later with the help of same ECG report doctor in other hospital diagnosed correctly then tuned for correct path.there was severe heart problem. Till now I'm suffering due to delay in proper treatment. How he is a doctor, how even unable to read ECG. Big dammage to my health from this hospital.
