Pathetic manager(Kumar) and owner(Ravi) made me run around like anything for getting refund of my hard earned money itself which was swiped in excess from my card by their employee. When i asked about it, they accepted that it has happened, and agreed to return the amount. Firstly they responded to calls, but as refund time came near they(both manager and owner) were not responding to call. For any update, each time I had to visit their petrol bunk. Finally I had to go to field officer to complain. After a week of follow up by field officer they refund my money. Thanks to IOC field officer Arnav for support. Date of amount swiped: 30th Jan 2022 Date of amount refund: 11th Mar 2022 My suggestion to all the customer is 'Please restraint from refueling at this petrol bunk or be extra extra extra careful while doing transaction here.'

Next the second guy who checks for punctures will tell you that there are multiple punctures and would cost 500-600 like that. One of the most confusing petrol bunk ever seen...... Neither service is good nor staffs are proper trained ....no the owner also Puncture repair guys horrible.....to make there work easy they put us in trouble.....ask us to park vehicle in front of them.where already 3 -4 vehicles standing way they talk feel like slap them.... Puncture guys make scam!!!! Be alert. Staffs are totally poor in customer service we tell once price they end up filling with less amount thrice it has happened argued and made them realise nothing works..... People better avoid getting in confuse state or rather getting into.... unnecessary trouble.

Poor service. I did a tank full here and after filling up, the attendant said they do not accept cards. Come on man, you're in a tier 1 city in a prime locality in 2022 and you don't accept cards? At least inform it before hand. I mean, is it not common sense that those filling up tank full won't likely pay by cash? Luckily I had enough cash. Otherwise, I'd have had to go walking a long distance as there aren't many ATMs around. That was the last time I visited this pump.

Beware of the PUNCTURE SCAM !! This review is only with respect to the Air and the Puncture shop and not for the petrol bunk. The guys at the air check/ refill spot will simply fool in the name of multiple punctures and loot your money. Atleast I know 3 people who had the same experience. Looks like a new scam in the town!

So bad experience with oil change n emission test.. last week when I came the oil changing guy went to take bath n he’s not there it seems and today the emission guy went for lunch without backup.. how many times should I come

Petrol pump is good but please please be careful about puncture scam in this petrol pump. Air filling area cheating boys simply they put 3 to 4 punctures to your car and bike. Many of my friends got this bitter experience.

Beware they are swiping extra tips without customer knowledge which will get debited after 2days so that u won't be even aware of what has happened. It's a new type of scam in town I guess.

Payment debited twice by the fuel station for petrol dispensed, is not acknowledged inspite of complaint to the merchant. The amount is still not credited back after 24hrs

It is ok... Every where in Bangalore if you fill the fuel in vehicle. .. Air or Nitrogen is free.. But here Nitrogen people are demanding it is must 20bugs...

Petrol bunk is good but the behaviour of their manager is third class.He spilled petrol over me and vehicle while removing fuel pipe and behaved like a rowdy.

Workers are very friendly. I accidently left my cars' boot open. The oil refiller came running behind to inform and shut the boot on his way back.

Workers scams alot here and manager is talking abusive language. I don't like this petrol pump . Instead of 150 rs i got only 50 rs petrol.

Narrow fuel station, but they are managing Good people I observed they won't cheat while filling fuel.,and they are having air checks also.

Please don't go to this bunk. You won't get the right litres here. Instead of 1 litter they will put only 800ml remaing 200ml they won't.

The guy scratched my car with the noozlle while filling petrol. They are least bothered and may end up filling wrong fuel in the vehicle.

This bunk is the closest from 5th Phase Yelehanka. Refueled, checked the air and the experience was satisfactory.
