Not my regular doctor, however, I urgently needed to see a doctor on Sunday. I visited Dr Hasnain, he hardly let me speak and get a word in, told me I had an infection on a recent surgical incision from 2 days prior and proceeded to touch it without gloves. I asked if he would mind wearing them as I would feel more comfortable and he replied “no, gloves are for me and not you”. He then proceeded to touch the incision and put pressure on it, which visibly hurt and almost had me in tears, yet no apology and told me I should not be taking the painkillers given by my surgeon but instead the ones he recommended which were not as strong. He stopped addressing me and began speaking only to my partner and would not even look at me while explaining what was going on. Very disappointed and upset at the carelessness from this doctor! Will not ever recommend nor go back.

Posted a month ago: I agree with the below review. Within the first few weeks of this clinic opening I came to see the doctor in the first room. He was messy, unorganised, sweaty and seemed frazzled. I wrote this practice off as incompetent. A few weeks later, I fell very ill with a chest infection and at that time it was the closest docs office to home. By then Dr Zhang had then joined the team. I saw her and haven’t seen anyone else since. It’s hard to find a doctor like her in western sydney. I work at Westmead hospital. Dr Zhang helped me with all of my vaccines. She is professional, knowledgeable, patient and understanding. The PM here is great too. Posted 11/1/18: The doctor’s name that I’m referring to in the first room is Dr Syed Husnain.

This medical practise gets even worse didn't think it was possible, but yet they do I called the receptionist on Friday 23/6/23 and requested a phone appointment on Monday the 26/6/23 however the receptionist booked me in for Sunday however I was at work and unable to answer the phone I only required a prescription and my usual doctor is on leave, Glad I don't require life saving medication. However they charged Medicare for a missed phone call that was booked on the wrong day the receptionist could not even listen. Very disappointed that for a medical practise they can not actually listen to patients and do what suites them.

The doctor in the first room incorrectly read my blood test results, told me I had certain deficiencies when the markers were actually well within range. He also proceeded to take blood straight from my radial artery instead of trying to find a vein (unnecessary and dangerous) I also needed vaccines as I'm a nursing student and he had no knowledge on the type of vaccines required. How on earth does this doctor continue to be able to register with AHPRA? Will definitely be expressing my concerns. He's not following evidence based practice nor is he updating his knowledge, that's for sure.

Since new staff have started, phones do not get answered weekends not open. Honestly the people who own and manage this medical practice should really have a look at the service they are providing to clients especially the elderly and vulnerable in the community. The time of operation should be changed and people should know when a dr is available not whenever the dr feels like working. This medical practice has a very good doctor and nurse just also lazy and inconsiderate staff. The photo was taken at 12:50 on the 25/3/23. The sign does say open till 2pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Unbelievable experience Dr Syed Hasnain treated me with great respect he is a experienced doctor witch is evident.He has saved me a lot of time giving his reference at ultrasounds with there staff also acting kindly so I’m very thankful. Also he has saved me from going to the hospital as he has done my procedure with great care . His Hospital like work shows his experience. My favourite place excellent.

Waited for 30 mins after filling out the “first timer” form. The receptionist told me at 5:40 that the dr won’t be seeing anymore patients. A bit rough since it was still 20 mins until closing and I was the last person in there... even the receptionist was annoyed with the doctor. Would never waste my time there again. P.s. would rate it 0 if I could.

One of the receptionists is very impolite. I have experienced her rough behavior few times but did not bother to write. I only use to go there for Dr Hasnain for like 3 years but need to stop because of the behavior of that particular receptionist. The owner should sack the receptionist if they really want to serve people well.

The doctors are great. The nurse is okay she doesn't really know what she is talking about and is rude. One of the recopnist lady with the blonde hair is rude always roles her eyes and always on phone doesn't listen and leaves the doctors and patients waiting.the other recopinst is lovely.

This place is good. The doctors are good, the receptionist is amazing and very lovely, she does her job well. There are rules that have to be followed like in every doctor surgery. There is no need to bad mouth a person because she is following rules.

Receptionist was ignorant and rude turned away out the door with a broken leg no pain relief no help my recommendation is to find another doctor surgery as I've only had problems in wait times and getting through the door

I think this doctors surgery is amazing the doctors are great the nurse is also real polite and all the receptionist are amazing they are so polite and helpful all the time they are always busy so that must say something

My partner recently received exceptional customer service and patient care from both reception staff and Dr Hasnain. We are very grateful for your compassion and care.

I find it disgusting and unethical that this surgery only accepts fully vaccinated people . SHAME ON YOU will only accept vaccinated

Still waiting for a call back l am house bound and 4 times now never get a call back maybe time to find a new dr that cares

Not from the area but needed to visit a local Dr. Good, efficient staff, will recommend this surgery, great experience .
