This hospital is quite possibly the worst I’ve ever been to. The doctors are condescending, rude, and have some of the worst attitudes I’ve ever witnessed. Doctors walked around with no masks and were just unprofessional. The nurses are just as awful, telling my grandmother to “be quiet,” “shut up,” and ignoring her all around. The worst one might be the director of the nursing unit. My aunt called to see if anyone could get my grandmother a charger, to which the director asked the nurses “can we get her a charger so her daughter doesn’t think we’re ignoring her?” I am so unbelievably appalled at the lack of concern and professionalism displayed by the “doctors” and “nurses” at this hospital. My poor grandmother was admitted after an accident with her hip and back and no one acknowledged her or her pain properly. The nurses wheeling her from her room to a different one banged her into the wall three times, to which they responded “my bad.” The only good thing about this hospital is the saving grace that is Dr. Yampu Freeman. She is empathetic, kind to patients, and goes above and beyond to do her job. If you ever get cursed with a visit here, please try and consult with her. She might just be the only person at this hospital that deserves their title. I do not typically review things on here or anything like that, but genuinely, for the love of God, please try and be taken to any other facility.

This hospital is truly the worst Hospital in the Bronx, they make clinics look good. My husband was taken there for behavioral health instead of Jacobi; which turned out to be a big mistake. 1st off I called many times and within all of those times I was told he wasn't in the system, he wasn't in the hospital, he was on a certain floor, and they never knew who he was all while he was sitting in the E.R. for 24hrs exact. I was led on run arounds, dealt with horrible nurses in Kane-2, lied to by his Doctor, he found a bed bug and being that he killed it when he put it in the cup that nurse jabala (sorry my spelling may be wrong) had given him she said "nope it's dead its not important" and just threw the cup out, I was disrespected by a nurse named Lawretta (spelling may be off and I may not even be her real name), and she also disrespected my mother-in-law thinking it was me, and Dr. Khan lied to my husband, my husband's Dr. At jacobi, and myself multiple times and the main lie was about my husband being transported to jacobi; where Dr. Khan told the other doctor he doesn't believe a transfer is necessary, told my husband that the Dr. From Jacobi said it's best for him to stay in St. Barnabas, and then telling me a transfer was never mentioned. I can't wait for Monday because this hospital is trash.

this has been such a terrible experience for my family. my mom was placed in the Bronx Gradens Center For Nursing & Rehabilitation and i have to say this is the most cold care team ever. iffff you can ever reach anyone ever. my sister was trying to speak to her lead doctor for days, and was told by the doctor that they only deal with families after 4. by the time 4 o’clock came and my mom asked for the doctor - he was gone. — then was moved days later to the third floor, to a room with no tv remote. has been for 5 days now. asking for a remote that no one has been able to help with. they went ahead and suggested we bring Our Own TV. — so we brought a remote to pair with the TV but then weren’t told we wouldn’t even be able to connect it because they don’t want us to go to the room. so we have to wait for the technician.. - the tech. that we were ever told about initially , or told when he/she works or any info at all. so she’s been left on tv land as her onlyyyy option. — now her roommate is playing her radio as loud as possible and nobody can do anything about that. (not like she had a remote to turn the tv up) — don’t have the staff to care for people the way they should. lack of care, bad communication.

‼️STOP LETTING STUDENTS COME NEAR US WHILE WE ARE PUT TO SLEEP FOR THE PROCEDURE WITHOUT LETTING US KNOW PRIOR ‼️ I've had my wisdom teeth removal and they told me not to eat for the procedure. I waited 6 hours waiting for my procedure! When i was finally attended they had students observe my procedure without my consent and they participated in it AGAIN WITHOUT MY CONSENT. They only asked me it was ok after putting me to sleep. The end of my lips are scared because she was too scared and winged it (they told me to ask my question about recovery time after procedure and overheard her bragging to her peers that I was acting like a brat which I wasn't). I woke up in the middle of the procedure because she was backing out. Procedure took 2 hours instead of 1hr. My mouth was stretched out that it hurt so much to close it. Mouth ends of my lips are scared because she cut me during my procedure and having it stretched out permanently messed up my nerves in my mouth area that it's hard to pronounce things. DO NOT GO HERE

I am giving this location a 1 but they don’t even deserve it. I am from the neighborhood and I must say it is the worst hospital in the Bronx. The admitting department has a young girl that’s very unprofessional and very rude. My grandmother is admitted and wanted to know if I am her health proxy and she stated” well you should know if you filled it out “ with an attitude. Hopefully nothing happens to her mother or a love one. I am dealing with an elderly (grandmother) who is oriented and changes everything all the time. She kept transferring me to medical records and medical records kept transferring me back to this individual. Clearly no one in this hospital knows what they are doing. Sad part is that we have our loved ones in their hands. Please do not ever come to this hospital or have a family member go as well. Doctors here come out from graduate school very young and never knows anything. I wish this hospital can be closed down for good.

St Barnabas is quite simply the most incompetent hospital I have ever had the misfortune of being a patient at. Nurses make it routine to ignore the patients, the wait for beds is extremely long, customer service is rude and unhelpful, response time to emails and calls could not be any slower, and the very few things I asked of this hospital post-discharge were not adequately taken care of or handled with the respect and efficiency that one should expect of a hospital who cares for its patients. The only reason I do not give it 1 star is because I understand there are people behind the counter who have their own lives and struggles, and I don’t want to make it seem like I don’t appreciate the small bit of humanity which was shown to me by a select few doctors and nurses during my time here. Besides them, though… I hope to never step foot in this pathetic excuse for a facility ever again.

If I could rate this hospital 0 stars I would. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL IF YOU ARE SICK AND IN NEED OF MEDICAL ATTENTION. I got to the emergency room at 7pm didn't get my vitals taken till 8:40pm. Never saw the doctor I asked multiple times how long where are the doctors to hear you have to wait there dealing with an emergency for 3 hours. Only 3 doctors on the floor and all of them were dealing with the emergency. Nurses don't know what they are doing and what patients are where. There was someone looking for Harris to be given his x-ray and the nurse took his vitals and completely forgot about him. If I didn't say Harris is right here next to me I don't think he would have ever been seen. I gave up waiting at 12 pm midnight. The most disorganized hospital I have ever been too in my life. I could only imagine the death rate at this hospital. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL.

  • K V (Kayliz)

Think about if you want to choose this hospital when EMS takes you to the ER. The Nurses and Doctors in the ER are the worst. They do not feed their patients waiting in the ER & if you speak Spanish and no English is over for you they would treat you the worst. The Nurse doesn’t care about any of the patients that be there, they don’t care if the patient has peed on themselves or is hungry! They take so long like 2 days to admit you to a room or even more. I have seen the patients in the ER treated badly like they are homeless people with no family. Do better nurses and doctors cause if you do not like your job then quit cause this is not a profession you should be in! They speak to the patients rudely, and treat them nasty! This hospital is the worst it should be closed down. The ER looks so crazy all the beds are everywhere people screaming is just horrible.

  • Lakeisha Bombay

Went to this hospital as a private paying patient to have a procedure done to save my life. instead of 2 infusion it turned out to be 5. When I got there the staff was nice but the care was questionable. they use a needle met to draw blood to give an iron infusion. When I complained about it I was told. At least we accommodated you. When I received my bill from blue cross/ blue shield it stated the hospital was paid 1,100 per treatment. The I received a call for the anesthesia department saying I owed another 5,000 dollars for an iron infusion. When I threaten to call CMS the calls stopped. The hospital is the worst hospital in the Bronx. The care is poor and the only reason I went there was to get the iron transfusion so that I can have my up coming surgery to help with heavy bleeding. if you can avoid it don't use this hospital at all.

  • Sheila Lugo

This is one of the worst hospitals I have ever walked into. As soon as I walked into the emergency room I told my son, “ I don’t know what’s worse, having to wear this face mask for hours or the stench that’s in here. It took 5 1/2 hours for the doctor to come see my son, and 15 mins later he was discharged; I asked to have my son’s clothes ( when seen by the nurse they insisted it was hospital policy to take his clothes, and for me not to worry that his clothes will be safe in a near by closet). they couldn’t find his clothes. Unfortunately I had to go off on them (yelling)and demanding that they better find my sons clothes. 30 mins later they came with my son’s clothes. Saint Barnabas is that hospital that I would NEVER go to again!!! not if I can help it. This place is disgusting!

  • Shannon Stubbs

No personal experience, but I have had family members here and they refuse to speak Spanish, they tell care takers to stop calling when they are trying to coordinate discharges, and lie about discharging patients. They do not talk with the care taker so they are not providing informed consent when patients need a care taker to help them with their treatment. It is upsetting that social workers are never assigned and this is upsetting when long term care is needed. It is sad that this is not a single instance when this has happened and unfortunately it looks like this is a typical experience of a low standard of care that is provided to patients. Any hospital, no matter the location, should have a higher standard of care because patients are coming in because they need care.

  • Kailyn Velez

This hospital don’t even deserve a star. WHY IS THIS HOSPITAL STILL UP AND RUNNING ? my mother has been admitted TWICE into the emergency room from drug withdrawal. My mom was having back to back seizures and horrible body aches.THEU DISCHARGED MY MOTHER TWICE becauze she was” too much to handle .” WHY would you discharge a patient that is a danger to themselves and others then if that’s the case ?! Patients that are going thru withdrawal can get aggressive. They were supposed to give her methadone . They didn’t even try. NOW GUESS WHAT? No one knows where my mother is she can be dead somewhere God forbid. ALL OF THE STAFF DIDNT CARE WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE ARE you? Every singe person in that building needs to loose their job and that building needs to be burned to the ground.

Do Not Go Here! I wish I could put No StARs. I am a CNA and this hospital was in violation of so many HIPPA LAWS. Dr or resident Tai, Peters told me that the hospital can not afford a MRI and that he doesn’t want to waste hospital money on a MRI for me. I can’t walk. Its hard to breathe with this spinal pain and I’m scared. I limped in there and left with a stiff neck and a cold. I also waited 4+ hrs for him to see me then to just send me home to see my primary care doctor. I’m so upset at how this hospital. By the way Mr. Tai, Peters wanted to check my back in front of the other patient. I had to tell him politely that “I have a right to my privacy. I will not expose myself in front of these other people. Please take me to a room. Thank you. He was mad but he did it.”

  • Nayely Whittaker

St Barnabas has a pretty bad reputation, but I think it’s time for someone to recognize and give their amazing staff the credit they deserve. I wish I remembered specific names, but all I can say is that you guys rock!!!!! Thank you for everything you do everyday, thank you for making me feel welcomed, comfortable and most importantly thank you for taking my child’s life seriously and for acting quick to save her life. To the ER pediatrics staff and to fhe ER too. I watched how you guys worked tirelessly to save a woman’s life at 3 in the morning… I watched how you guys worked so quickly in the middle of all that chaos… you guys are truly AMAZING and I want y’all to know that I am so grateful and I appreciate and respect your work!!! Thank you!

  • Carlyn Dykes

Thank you taking in & caring for my girlfriend after she left BronxCare Hosp after feeling like she waited forever for some to check on her after being dropped off by ambulance. Thank you Junior Khalid, who was on duty at the time, for helping her, looking after her & providing her what attention she needed to ease her pain & having Dr's treat her, but you may want to pay attention to how tight your make a tourniquet. She's very light in skin tone & she now has a huge black mark from getting blood drawn. She's still in patient but she's not crying out in pain & vomiting. Thank you to the professional for looking into multiple areas to find why's & laying the groundwork for the results & next steps. Thank you St Barnabas.

  • Rebecca Goulet

Worst hospital experience I have ever had. Mind you, it is the ER but still...heinous attitudes from nurses. My girlfriend and I were struck by a vehicle in the crosswalk and they left us bloody, concussed, and waiting for hours. They don't even have but a few beds in the ER! There were people in beds in the hallway, moaning in pain and being ignored. I was sitting on the floor while my girlfriend had a hard plastic chair that someone scrounged up from another room. No apologies for the wait, lack of beds/seating, just a cold demeanor. Nobody there made me feel like they cared about us. They definitely were cracking jokes with each other the whole time tho! It was like an awful TV show except...real life.

  • Stacey O'Neil

I can only comment on the Emergency Room and based off of one experience . It was extremely busy and of course we had to wait. I am giving them a great review because each person who met with us was kind, thorough and acted as if we were the only patient while they were with us. Yes it was chaotic but the staff took care of everything and EVERYONE had a great attitude starting with the EMTs, through registration , nurses , doctors and ekg tech. Thank you for treating my daughter and calming her and taking time to talk us both through everything. I saw how busy and crazy it was there and no way could I have been so patient myself.

  • Lisa Flynn-Trefrey

I would like to thank Dr Earnest Patti for the care that he and his team gave my child last weekend in the Pediatric Emergency Room/CDU. My child is a freshman at Fordham University and was transported to St Barnabas via ambulance from a local urgent care clinic. Dr Patti readily spoke with me and kept me informed fully as to my child’s care. As a parent who lives 3 hours from New York, I felt reassured by Dr Patti. He spoke with me early during the visit and again after discharge. My child also told me only good things about the staff at St Barnabas. I am pleased to report my child is now doing better. Thank you again!

  • STYLE MAGAZINE

Beware people are avoiding this hospital at all costs & they are desperate for clients & patients. There was nothing wrong with me I was walking down the block with a friend & the ambulance workers pulled me into the ambulance & brought me to this hospital & they tried to convince me that I fell & hit my head and I didn't they put staples in the back of my head & told me to come back in 2 weeks to remove them there was blood everywhere & I've been dizzy ever since going there it's like they kidnap & force people off the streets to stay open & fill their quota like the police do to make the city money

  • Marlyn Pagan

This hospitals customer service is HORRENDOUS!!! Ridiculous visitation policy implemented. Customer Service does not know who their supervisor is when you call asking for one. The security guard last name Duvall is the rudest and inconsiderate person i have ever dealt with, no compassion that my grandmother is 93 yrs old and extremely sick. My mother went to visit my grandmother from PR, and because one person had already visited and left, they did not let her in. Called and asked for a supervisor and nobody knew of one!! How can this be??? If i could put no stars i would.

SBH Health Hospital is an extremely disappointing healthcare facility. During a critical time when my mother was experiencing a stroke, they failed to provide any proper care or assistance. As a result, I had to take matters into my own hands and urgently transfer her to Montefiore Hospital, where she received significantly better care. The staff at SBH Health Hospital exhibited an alarming level of rudeness and disrespect. Moreover, their lack of knowledge and competence was evident, as they seemed unaware of how to handle the situation appropriately.

  • Leandra Douglin

I’ve been a patient in this hospital more times than I care to admit. Nothing has changed over the years. The intake people are still very rude; there are the ones who stands right in front of you discussing their weekend; I’m here right now listening to one who doesn’t care about the patients understanding of certain things; in her words, “It’s not my problem”. Go figure, and these are the ones we have to go through to find out what we need to know!!!!! I could go on; unfortunately I really don’t think anything will be done!!!!!

  • Patricia Gill

I went in afternoon to urgent care for a cramp in my calf I thought could be a blood clot.I was turned away for not having my card. Came back the next day on my lunch hour with MY INSURANCE CARD. The registrar said she could not find me in the system. My husband works for SBH for 14 years, pays $395per pay period. She told me there's nothing she could do! That's unacceptable!! Why couldn't she verify,? She didn't even try. If I have a stroke I'm suing SBH & THE REGISTRAR!! #INCOMPETENT #shegetspaidfornothing #DO BETTER #SBH???

  • Zion Wright

I gave it two stars because of my wife’s experience giving birth. The weekend nurse Rhona was very disgusting to my wife. She decided because she was upset that it’s humane and cool to bring warm water in a ziploc bag with no ice to my wife. She refused to bring my wife new water that’s not in a ziploc bag and basically hot. However the nurse before hand would bring my wife cold ice water. Staff that are willing to treat women that give birth disgustingly with little to no hospitality should not be able to work as nurses.

  • Mariama Ba

Had a very difficult labor some nurses were terrible but some were nice I love Ms. Maria in labor and delivery she made my experience there good my family loved her too. She’s really an amazing nurse god bless her ❤️. She was the only one that helped me on time. Without her there I don’t know what I would do seriously. I don’t recommend this hospital everything is old, and kinda scary how they do things and if u insist on still going here bring ur baby clothes and food or It’ll be so sad to watch ur baby starve and cold.

  • Crystal Rosario

I wish I could remember the nurse’s name she was cold and heartless as we were having to say our goodbyes to my Abuela, My Abuela was someone very special and important to us, So to be treated so rudely and cold was a terrible experience. That woman had no empathy what so ever,(She has braids and glasses) But I do want to Thank Nurse Marisol(I think that’s her name) for trying to make my Abuela feel as comfortable as possible and trying to be caring to us.She had on a Latina Nurse shirt on,Thank you for your kindness.

  • Reed Anthony

I went in with A pinched nerve/sciatica on my right side that had me walkin with A cane for the first time in my life (after being hit by A short bus A week ago). After being in their triage for 3 hours they decided to admit me. They offered me Oxycontin for my pain and not Tylynal and I have an addiction in my family, I left with worse pain than when I went in there (very cold rooms). If someone offers me oxycontin they are not my friend and most certainly not your hospital.

  • Mohammad Zaryab

We went to Barnabas for labor and delivery. The staff was very pleasant and patient. I had doubts at first due to the low reviews, but they made us feel comfortable and ensured that our baby was safely delivered. We got our own private room for post-partum and it was spacious and clean. There was a sofa bed for visitors. Parking in the weekend is easy because their lot is largely empty. Parking in the weekdays is non-existent though. Overall, great experience!

  • Alexa Robertiello

I wrote a whole entire review And it was deleted !!! Shocking. So I’ll post it again! Negligent, incompetent staff. My loved one was here for almost 3 weeks with no answers. Each time we’ve tried to communicate with the social worker, nurses, doctors they don’t return calls. Each time we’ve asked a question we were dismissed and the same procedure was “rescheduled” 3 times up until the day we left and it still wasn’t done! I’d never come here again.

  • Angelica Sanchez

Absolutely disgusting not one worker can actually help you in the er, it's dirty every patient had their curtain open , all doctors go to assist one patient. Unorganized and after COVID you'd expect it to be bit cleaner and the wait no one should be waiting more than two hrs to be seen. All you hear on the speakers is workers being told to work 0 stars if I could give it 0. Don't go here if you're not dying they'll probably let you die anyways.

  • Nyla Johnson

i would rate this hospital a nothing very disgusting, they did not help this little boy back in 2018 who was only 15 years old. named lesandro feliez guzman known as junior they did nothing to help him even 2 nurses who was walking by holding hands jut walkwed by did nothing. even 2 officers stud at the scene did nothing to help this is how disgusted i am by this hospital. i went to this hospital twice they did nothing to help.

  • Philip Nation

Saint Barnabas Hospital has one of the greenly environments in New York City, this hospital is located in the Bronx. The only problem i encountered was a lady at the information desk was rude, she didn’t want to answer my question, but intended want me to answer her question. I guess she was having a bad day, so i can’t give this Hospital a 5-star since her first attitude to a customer is indelible .

  • Alrick collins Sr.

Overall a pretty great institution, catering to everyone in multiple ways, it may have fallen off a bit, but the three star rating is just an emphasis on the fact that there are always going to be a few bad apples in a bunch. I still think anyone will benefit from the many services provided here, by some of the best, and most qualified, pleasant, courteous people.

  • Rayquan Ryan

By far the worst hospital in the Bronx. They lie about who’s in front of you and when you ask questions they always have half answers to those questions. They also lie about urgency. I came to the hospital with literal whole in my hand tipped artery. Bleeding profusely, I sat there for hours. No pain meds. 10/10 would not recommend. You’re better off stitching yourself up.

  • yelena chaparro

Under staffed facility where patients with mental health conditions are being assessed in the same area as general population. There is also the issue of cleanliness of the ER. Housekeeping is not on the floor maintains the area . The patients with Covid are not placed in isolation room to prevent the spread of the virus. Overall this place is not for the weak at heart.

  • Ash G

Terrible. Doesn’t seem like they truly care about their patients which is extremely unfortunate due to the community they’re serving. Discharged someone pre-maturely after saying prior that they wouldn’t be leaving that day. After evaluation elsewhere it was recommended to not go back here. They failed to address additional concerns that were expressed multiple times

  • Chris rivera

One of the worst hospitals in the Bronx, they just got sued for millions for allowing a patient to have a stroke under their care. She had a stroke and wasn’t seen for at least 6 hours afterwards. All this happening while admitted on the general floor of the hospital. I hope nobody makes the mistake of bringing their loved ones here.

  • zeus cruz

Forget stars, shut this place down immediately, this is The worse hospital in New York City hands down. The doctor's have no compassion what's so ever, and once they bleed your insurance dry they try to rush you out and/or force you to make decision's you're not ready to make. I suggest you go to a hospital that really cares .

  • Nicelot Gómez

This is the worst hospital I have visited, I went to the visiting room to ask about my son who had an accident, and the employees were took a long time to attend to me and when they did it was with displeasure and They didn't give me the information I was looking for, if a person doesn't like their job just don't do it.

  • Biggo1226

One person per day policy is completely ridiculous. No mention or postings. You're notified after arriving that loved one had a prior visit earlier in the day. I went to visit for a few hours, and was not allowed, because my brother went to take her lunch hours before, and only stayed a moment before heading to work.

  • Maria Press

After reading reviews I was terrified when I heard my sister was going to this hospital. My experience here has been 5 star! They are taking wonderful care of my sister and the doctor's are always available to answer any questions or concerns. My sister has been kept comfortable and all her needs met very quickly.

  • Mystique Rodriguez

Terrible hospital, the doctors don’t care they don’t assess properly. They are supposed to specialize in providing mental health and substance abuse treatment and they assess people who are suffering and let them out to commit crimes and be on the street the hospital should be shut down and sued for malpractice

  • alexis mohammed

Had my baby here right before valentine's day. I had an amazing experience from start to finish. Thank you to everyone involved including but not limited to Dr. Cohava, Priscilla, Ms. Biggs all the nurses and staff. I definitely recommend st. Barnabas hospital for labor and delivery and postpartum.

  • Dominique Fludd

Horrible experience. Nurses arguing with each other. Patients getting ignored. Doctors ignore you. It’s a zoo in here. This hospital needs to be put on diversion. The beds are all over the place. I would never come here voluntarily. If Lincoln wasn’t on diversion I would’ve preferred to go there.

  • Jeffrey

If you come to this hospital with any serious life threatening injuries you are 1000% going to die. The smartest thing you can do is make your way to another hospital. It doesn’t deserve 0 stars but Google won’t allow negative stars. Do not come to the hospital if you are interested in living.

  • Kelechi Ukaoma

Long wait times at the ER.. makes you wonder why it is called Emergency Room in the first place, if you have to wait so long to be seen. Apart from that, the doctors are pretty efficient and diagnosed me exactly. The pneumonia was treated and I was soon back on my feet. Same-day discharged..

  • Christopher Perez

I am a patient in this hospital and I don't have my needs taking care at all nurses are slow I sit in my own feces for hours very rude staff and uncaring take they time to get anything done they give my visitor attitude because she comes in and do they job for them worst hospital in nyc

  • the_ “eyegasm” eyegasm

Do not come here unless you're in a ambulance. The wait time for walkins is absolutely slow. Hours, hours and hours wait time. They should have a separate section for more in depth emergencies. So ppl that just need some type of fluids or medicine can be seen quick and go home. Smh.

  • Enid Olsen

Stayed here for a foot infection 6/1-10/23 . Have to commend the nursing staff of the 4th floor East especially :Ezinnr and Francis!! They were sensitive to my needs and concerns and demonstrated compassion, dedication and professionalism to the highest level!! ❤️ …

  • sheraz imtiaz

Really impressed with the attention and care they are giving to the each and individual patients. I visited for my daughter ultrasound in emergency and really impressed with their services. Staff and doctors are very supportive plus environment is nice and clean.

Everyone from registration through waiting room to the sonogram technician was very sweet and kindly. Even in the elevators, Drs pointed the way!! And they gave me an appointment 2 & a half months earlier than the other hospitals in the area. Very pleased!!

My mother was taken to the emergency room on 12/24/21 by ambulance because she was non-responsive in the morning. The ambulance gave her oxygen during the trip to the hospital. After numerous tests, nothing was found to be wrong with her so

If I could give this hospital a negative 10 I would! This place stinks. They have horrible bedside manner. They discharged my mother without any real explanation or follow up. She'd been there a week on 6North and each day that I've called

  • Gina Rivera

They are the worse hospital u can go to they don't like to work the nurses are lazy ontop of there whole staff prolonging everyone's cases cause they can. They sit by the computer desk and talk upon personal business and ignore important

  • Diahna Rivera

It's a shame that my mom is in the worst hospital ever. I attempted to call and the persons in patient information hung up the phone on me 8 times after I attempted to call. When I did get someone who was laughing and unprofessional she

So my doctor sends me to Labor and Delivery Unit and let me tell you WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! It’s so sad these people treat you like trash while in pain and make humor of it while neglecting your health and respect. The nurses come in

If I can give zero stars I would!!! This is the worst hospital in the Bronx! They practically abandoned my 69 year old diabetic mother who has a broken ankle. She’s been in the emergency room from Saturday night until Monday afternoon

  • Man Dem

Literally the worst hospital if you not bleeding or on the verge of dying.. I came in with a fractured ankle from around 11 am, I left at 5pm without any treatment. Like how can I sit at the waiting room in severe pain for 6 hours?

  • Sebastian G

A lot of people standing around lobby is dirty and it took almost 5 hrs for my son to be seen a total of 7 hrs and still here they need to throw the whole management and employees out and bring in hard workers

  • Oscar Vega

Came for an infection, and swelling of the leg that affected or worsen my heart condition. Ended up staying there 10days. Emergency room was avaragely clean and my experience was actually not bad, many

  • Phillip [Last Name Withheld]

My go to place for emergency prescriptions. The very young doctors are nice to me. And if you go in the early hours say 4am to 7am there will be no wait. The ER is often empty. In and out quick

  • Taylor Sease

Worst hospital ever. Had a doctor misdiagnosed me and was under so much emotional pain. They never even tested me for anything but gave me medicine and diagnosed me with 3 different things smh.

  • jenniferp21 Lewinsky

This hospital is by far the worst hospital specially the maternity ward. It’s very UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY RUDE FROM THE DOCTORS TO THE NURSES Won’t Recommend this Hospital to NOBODY!!!

  • Kalina N Pizarro

Extremely slow, they care more for the crackheads then the civilians that come in. I don’t understand how this hospital is even open after Juniors death. THEY ARE WORSE THEN LINCOLN!!!

  • Elaine Perez

The worse experience ever, dirty's area and no empathy, 4 hours waiting and they just did the triage. I have to run to another Hospital, I was needing an emergency surgery

  • Yesmin Fabian

Just had my baby here a few weeks ago and had an amazing experience. The staff was very helpful. So glad I listened to my midwife and came to deliver in this hospital.

  • Ms. Bentley

They will let you die! Literally will not provide medical care and allow you to perish if you do not seek treatment elsewhere. Racially motivated medical neglect.

  • Alyson Ortiz

This Hospital isn't bad I feel like the waiting room staff are very kind as well as the doctors and nurses the only thing is they could clean up more frequently
