THIS BANK NEEDS A SERIOUS UPGRADE. I WENT TO DO A FUNERAL POLICY CLAIM AND HAD TO WAIT 2 HOURS TO BE ATTENDED TO, 4 DAYS LATER I CALLED THEIR CALL CENTER TO QUERY WHY PAYMENTS TAKING SO LONG. THEY SAY THE PERSON IN THE BANK NEVER UPLOAD AND COMPLETE THE CLAIM DOCUMENTS PROPERLY. ITS REALLY SAD THAT EVEN IN MOURNING MY DADS DEATH I HAD TO RUN AROUND TO GET THE PROCESS SORTED OUT.

I want to personally thank Desigan Mennon for the exceptional work he has done. You are an amazing person and I want standard bank to ensure that all staff follow you. Desigan went the extra mile for us we really appreciate you and thank you for all you've done, God bless you.

I experienced great and fast service from Mr Nigel Naidoo from Standard Bank (Phoenix Branch). He was professional, friendly and helpful in setting up my account. I will definitely visit again.

Standing in the que for business banking. 45min and only 1 person in front of me. Only 1 teller svailable for business customers who are carrying lage amounts of cash.

U can get hold of branch or private bankers or team leaders poor service very disappointed

This bank needs a upgrade the staff work on there own pace

Some staff members don't have discipline
