Very slow, unorganized and rude service. There is nobody at collections, and only 2 consultants helping people. I waited over an hour and all I wanted to do, is ask a simple question. After a hour without queue moving at all, I left. They have a single printer standing on a chair that everybody in the branch share. No manager in sight.
