Sent my driver to do a bulk coin deposit and the teller and manager refused to bank one bag of coins which had R700 in R1 coins because according to her it must be R1000. I asked the driver to put the manager on the line and the manager says that he doesn’t speak on cell phones I must call head office. What a joke!

Very bad service. My wife and I came to open a bank account. We reported to the reception desk at 11:15, my wife then asked how long will we wait as we have a baby with us. The reception lady informed us that there are only 2 people infront

I'm am very disappointed that it's been been almost 3 weeks since I went to the vangate mall branch with my problem which they still up until now cannot give me a answer on why and when will I be getting a reply regarding my missing funds.

I have been to Standard bank VANGATE MALL for the pass week and there are only 2-3 stations open to work on enquiries with 5 working stations left open. The lines are extremely long and slow moving. The temperature in here is extremely hot

We needed to purchase something of a high amount and wanted the money all at the same time they couldn't increase my draw limit because of the type of account they actually made me draw 5000 at a time I was so afraid of walking with that

I was told by a consultant that I'm starting to get on her nerves. Although, it was meant jokingly, it is still unprofessional. Please maintain professionalism regardless of age, colour etc.

Such a little consultants available to assist even though there was such a long line. Spent an unnecessary amount of time waiting to be helped.

Staff seriously need more training. Very frustrating having to wait so long to be helped. Will be moving banks if there is no improvement.

Long queues... staff need to be trained more overall average service, stood a hour in line... Make sure u take a book to read while u wait
