During this COVID-19 other insurance companies stepped up when we needed them with financial assistance with a 20% discount. Standard Insurance DOES NOT HAVE A PROGRAM IN PLACE TO HELP existing customers. I called and asked they said no
I called for a quote from Humble TX and somehow got an agent in Temple TX. I have two vehicles, a sedan and a truck, retired and previously with Progressive, clean driving record all of my life with proof, MVR driver records
This is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with and as far as standards the lowest you can think of they do not care about there clients only to try to avoid paying out they claims
They do note save you money. Long response time for a quote. When you call San Felipe location your wired over some where else. No thrills with standard ins!!!!
