DO NOT USE! SCAM!! I got my cars interior detailed at this place last week as I had sold the car. They left the seats completely damaged and stained. The interior was oily and sticky. After going back and showing them the damage, they admitted to doing a bad job and causing the damage!! After they apparently fixed the damage a second time, the seats were STILL stained and damaged and chemical white haze through the WHOLE car!! They say to check your vehicle when you pick it up - but these are issues that arise after it as dried hours later! Customer service was APPALLING. The manager was rude, despite THEM causing the damage. No one apologies for them causing damage to your vehicle and no compensation was given despite having to waste my own time to get their damage fixed. And this was $120 just for me to have to re-clean the car myself a 3rd time!! Don’t waste your time and money for them to just totally damage your car! Edit: a complaint was put it and nothing was done. Manager is appalling and they actually couldn’t care less. This place is a scam.

Got a top of the line detail, $300. Was told it may take 3-4 hours. Was happy with that as that’ll mean plenty of time to go over everything. They messaged me after 50 minutes to say it is done which made me very skeptical. Was still covered in minor issues, told them to keep working on it and went back inside. Came back and the car was just sitting there with no one working on it so took it back. When I got home, gave it a proper once over. What a joke. Better off paying a neighbourhood kid to do it. What a joke. $75 exterior clean for what, a bucket of water thrown over the car? Dirt marks, dirty water streaks, cob webs in the mirror, new scratches and enough bugs to film a new Bug's Life movie on the front of the car. The response of "should have checked the car before leaving" isn't an excuse. You don't go to a mechanic and then check over your car before you leave to make sure they've done the job you paid them to do. No standard of care here - if reading, PROTECT YOUR CAR AND AVOID.
