1 star for the speed and convenience of service 1 star for the exterior clean and polish 1 star for not using dirty rags When I came to the car wash and asked if there was a waiting line, luckily I was able to get the car washed that day. It was also around 45 minutes which was great. However when I asked for the price I was not given options and was told $65. I assumed it was a flat rate only to find out I was charged for a Platinum Service. I should have been presented with a price list, so be careful. Overall the car on the exterior looked spotless, including the wheels, the interior did not smell like dirty rags ( which happened to me before), but on the 2nd day I found there were unpolished spots on the side mirrors and on the interior doors and panels. I wouldn't pay for a Platinum Service again but will test out a cheaper option to compare the results.

DO NOT go here. I dropped my vehicle off in perfect condition and didn't even get out of Forest Way shopping centre to notice that it had been damaged as someone has obviously been too rough with it. As the Indian guy said he aware it wasnt like that when he drove our car in as its so clear it happened while at the car wash!!! Please go elsewhere on the Beaches. But avoid this place, Indians there are rude . Photos attached as the evidence that someone has damaged it.

I think this is the first time in my life that I’ve taken the time to leave a review for anything but these guys really deserve it. They did a fantastic job at cleaning my car. Usually I’m disappointed anytime I’ve paid for this type of service but these guys nailed it and they were the perfect gentlemen to top it all off. I’ve a 84kg mastiff that I bring to the beach so you can imagine the hair, sand and slobber associated!! Haha! Thank you! I’ll be back.

The Subaru was looking very grubby after a few weeks away in the bush. I had been to this car wash a number of times over the years but a change in the ownership seems to have seen a dramatic improvement in the quality of the product. Maybe the best car wash I I’ve seen. Reasonably priced and perfect result. Ps I VERY rarely complete these surveys!!

Had been here before and had been very happy, the guy who I presume is owner always friendly. Popped in earlier in week and another guy wanted extra $40 as car was dirty! Isn't that why we get cars cleaned? Out of principle left and went to Eco Spray in Beacon Hill - no additional charge and very professional. Lost my custom.

My car needed a clean because I left it unattended for many months, so it was pretty dirty outside and in. It did take a while, but they were agreeable, and even gave me a little discount which I appreciated. I use them all the time, and rarely go anywhere else, just due to convenience, and they are pretty reasonable.

I had my van washed here (sprinter 2.7m tall) very happy my vehicle fits in their facility. They did a fantastic job of washing my van, it was filthy after a roadtrip & they made it look so clean. They also had it done within an hour. Min was very friendly & helpful. Highly recommend this car wash.

Robbery at it's best!! Trying to charge $150 for a basic interior vaccuum and exterior wash for a tiny 2-door hatchback! Eldery lady just left when she was quoted - good on her for not being ripped off. When did a car wash suddenly turn into a service that costs more than going to the doctor!!???

Not the quality job I was expecting for $57 and what I payed for online did not match service delivered, with a shrug of the shoulders at the car wash in an attempt to explain the difference, have attempted to reach out discuss inconsistencies and I have got no reply from their head office.

These guys are absolute champions! First time I’m here and am in a massive rush for an appointment and cannot be late. They did a fantastic job and rushed me through without question. I can’t rate them highly enough! I’d give 10 stars if I could I’m so appreciative of these guys!

Was gonna get a star wash but talked into getting the platinum wash which would include detailed clean, vacuum and wiping/dusting. Dust still present and easily visible on dashboard, screen, and seats still had dust and general small debris/fluff.

Had a bit of time so dropped in and wash surprised at how good a job was done. Must be one of the last hand wash places. 100 times better than the places that now machine wash. Definitely would recommend them Well done will definitely be back.

Their most expensive star polish and they didn’t even vacuum the boot… interior handy been wiped down and when I asked for it to be fixed, they blamed their equipment and flatly refused to refund anything from the $114 price tag!!!!!

Our toyota hiace was in need of some TCL to get rid of the built up grime from our Sydney weather, it came out looking like its old self. Thank you for fitting us in and thanks to the gents that took care of it.

Nice people just that didn't clean the inside so great and the exterior wash wasn't the best for $65 thought it would be better then that. First and last time I will get someone to wash and clean my car

I cannot believe this service. I took my car in & asked for a standard car wash. The attendant took one look at my car & due to age refused to do it unless I went for the Wax wash for $100! Rip off!

My wife's car was an absolute mess. To be honest, I didn't expect too much due to the state of the car. However, I was blown away with the end result. Big Effort for the price we paid. Thank you

Usually get a better job, however this time I asked if the inside surface of my sunroof could be cleaned, however this was missed and the inside of the windows in general were no cleaned well.

We have used this car wash many times in the past . Usually they do a good job . Today we had our car cleaned and hand polished. At $200 it was a little average job . Will try them again .

I think this car wash has new owners. I am very happy with the great job these guys did today. I bought the $57 premium wash and clean and my car looks like new! Highly recommend them :)

Noticeable decline in the quality of the service since my last visit. Price has gone up to $39 but they do not wipe down seats or dash. I won't be going back there any time soon.

Met in a professional manner on driving into car wash, professional and friendly service. Price was as quoted, car well cleaned with excellent attention to detail. I’ll be back.

Went to have the car washed inside and out. Was told $300 because the dirt was going to be so hard to get off. Went home and hosed it off with a garden hose… what a joke!

Disappointed - pay for the top one and the vacuum is rushed, parts of the car weren’t even wiped down. Only good part way the roof actually looked clean.

Okay wash, but for a tray back dualcab $60 was exxy given the back seats were excluded and attention to detail was 75% at best...

I spend $100, they even did Not vacuumed the big piece under the seats and under ther babyseats , and very bad customer service.
