I park here almost everyday & normally get my car washed at Starwash Mount Druitt which is fairly close to where I live. They do a sterling job, every time, without fail. But considering I’m near QVB everyday during the week & I park there - I thought I’d try Starwash and have the car cleaned while I was at work. The outside of the car was great & looked amazing. The inside, however was disappointing. The car mats were vacuumed, but not under them, nor under the seats. The backseats were not wiped down & the front interior was barely touched. I have leather seats - easy to mark but also very easy to wipe down - so to see most marks still on the seats and door trims was an indicator as to how much effort went into my $99 platinum wash

This might be my worst car wash ever. Paid for a $95 for wash and polish. But what I received cannot even compare to a $35 wash at some others places. The outside wash is not very detailed wash can still see watermark, interior still dust around, door sill not cleaned. This is a franchise of star car wash and is not even up to the standard of this brand! I washed at Macquarie star car wash before, they are up to the quality!

Not to bad. But I am looking for a better user experience. For example when I am login it don't remember my last order. It could be more est for me because most of people will do the same thing at the same place. More over no subscription like the other where you can do unlikited simple wash for one month. Very useful after park next to the beach. Thanks

agree with all 1 star reviews, took my car there yesterday, i picked it up and looked pretty much the same as i left it, watermarks left all over the car, the interior was barely even cleaned, my car is brand new so there was only a few things that needed a clean inside and not even that was done.

If they don't make sure Google Maps shows the correct route to access it a customer will never be satisfied. They must ensure clients can find it easily, avoiding driving for 10 minutes around the place to find how to access it. Contact Google Maps and update it please.

One of the worst car washes I’ve ever had. They tried to rip me off and left the car in bad condition. It also wreaked of bad body odour. When I called to make a complaint they made everything my fault. Would never use again.

Poor job done considering the price they charge. $199 spent and work not as expected. Have cloth marks all over the windclscreen, soap water dripping for the side view mirror with marks in the car, etc

worst car cleaning experience of my life. $100 later and I got It back less clean than I left it. It feels like they didn’t even wash it. Also you have to pay for parking for 2 hours as well.

I took my car today and they asked me to charge more with the excuse that is dirty. No it wasnt, they just saw a nice car and try to get more money. They are unprofessional.

For $95 my car was not even washed properly let alone 'Star Polished'. I had to clean the bugs and bird poos off my car after the 'Start Polish'

Very bad experience. They charge me 20.00 extra,but leave the car still dirty. The windows, body and inside are still dirty. I am very upset.

You’d expect more from a premium car wash. Door sills and boot sills werent cleaned, water marks all over.

Quick service and mostly pretty good but not 100% with interior clean with door and boot seals missed.

Was the worst car wash ever .. interior was dirty 2nd time i have used them. . Never again
