First of all Ive been coming to Starbucks for years and I love there drinks and just to sit around and enjoy time visiting with my friends or just working on my computer. I am a retired Navy Veteran and I know all about respect which was something I absolutely did not receive from the GM of this location. I carry a backpack because I work with homeless Veterans who I invite to meet with me at the Blanco location to try and help them get off the streets.I bought a drink every time I met there with my homeless Vets. I was asked repeatedly if they were going to purchase food or drinks as well but as we all know these gentleman are struggling. She is the most rude and selfish person I have ever met. As oyesterday she called the police on me and my homeless Vets and had us removed and put a trespassing on me and my friends, I guess it was the way they were dressed and looked that did not live up to her standards. We were embarrassing her and she flat out said she didn't like our demeanor and the couple hours a day we spent there not buying her drinks or food so she would just rather us leave.y we tried going outside and she turned the plugs off on us so we couldn't charge our tablet's or phones. I will never go back to that location again and I will for sure tell everyone I know never to step foot in that place. Your GM there needs to be fired and she is one of the most uncaring person I have ever met. These men and woman who fought for our country deserve some respect and help and this so called GM you have showed them that people just don't care especially about the struggles there facing. You and your company should be ashamed. I am getting a lawyer and going to file a lawsuit against your company. I will take this to the top of Starbucks for the rude and embarrassing act you caused us. Calling the police on a bunch of Vets trying to make there lives better. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Today, a nice visit to Starbucks!(corner of Lockhill-Selma and West Ave; San Antonio). While most people delight in the plethora of coffee beverages that Starbuck's offers, today was a good day for a cup of tea. So, I asked for a hot tea. The best part of this was that I wasn't met with a blank stare from a barista who might as well thought I was an "Odd", out of place and time. Not, today... , today, I didn't have to describe what type tea I wanted. At most Starbucks, I am met with a puzzled look, as if I forgot my "orb" from which I might communicate with the human race. This awesome barista swiftly pulled out a card that listed the available teas that I might enjoy. WOW!!! I was amazed by my choices ... usually I am met with a blank stare and end up with Mint Majesty or Jade Citrus Mint; or I watch as one barista looks at another and perhaps, if I'm lucky & my translator "Orb" is functioning I'll be pointed to a spot behind the counter where I'm left starting at the few choices I have. Today, however, I must compliment this Starbucks as the barista magically pulled out a card listing all of the tea selections! I was pleasantly surprised! I chose a delightful medley of black, oolong, and green teas mixed with pieces of apple, candied mango, and Marigold petals. This tea, 'Rev Up Energy' was pleasing to the palette and had a pleasant bouquet. What a treat. Thank you Starbucks.

I was so disappointed. I just went here today, 6/3/21, and ordered two drinks. One was the chocolate cookie crumble that they have on the menu, which was okay it wasn't the best. The other drink I had asked for some sort of chocolate drink, and I let them add and do whatever. I just didn't want coffee in it, and I wanted it blended that's all. Well, when I got my drink and it tastes like chocolate milk, but like a chocolate milk a child made with water. It was disgusting, it was so watered down I couldn't even taste any chocolate in it. I literally just wanted a chocolate drink, but no. They didn't add chocolate syrup, chocolate crumbles, or anything with chocolate. I will definitely not be coming to this location again.

I go here a lot, as I'm often at the yarn shop in the shopping center across the street. Normally they are awesome, friendly and efficient. But Saturday was an issue. It seemed like a new crew? My friend and I ordered our drinks. She ordered a london fog with almond milk (she's lactose intolerant) the barista used milk and then lied and said it wasn't when we asked another barista. I had to ask someone else to remake it. We also ordered a trenta and we were given a venti. The music was really loud and we already have to talk through masks and plexiglass. So the normal Saturday crew is amazing!this new bunch couldnuse a little help.

This is probably one of my favorite locations in San Antonio. The restaurant layout is very welcoming and open they don't clutter the place with too much marketing or product. I just wish the Baristas were a little bit friendlier. Don't count on a friendly :-) when you get there at 8 p.m. because the Baristas will be cleaning around you and filling the air with disgusting Clorox before they even close. And they definitely make it a point to let you know that they are closing by repeatedly telling you that they are closing soon. This type of customer service is probably the reason why some people hate Starbucks.

This is probably one of the best Starbucks cafes in SA right now. First impression is the atmosphere with good music and soft sofa decor center of cafe. Many tables and spacious seats. The customer service was excellent. Big shout out to the manager and Emilio for helping with drinks and gift order. Check out the cool tumbler and unique cup. Highly recommended by customer and visitor alike. Come by and check out yourself.

Constantly busy, this store is a local hangout for young and old. Any given day I can see lots of the same clients kicking back, chatting, reading the paper or studying. The baristas know many of us by name. One of the warmer, more personal and friendly stores in the chain. It does not have a drive thru, so drinks for patrons come out quickly (most drive thru stores focus on their car-bound patrons to the detriment of walk in patrons in my experience). Great neighborhood store. Recommended! But don't take my spot!

I’ve been a customer for decades. I lived in Seattle near the first store ever opened. They were a wonderful company until they started the drive-through lane! They turned hand-crafted coffees into fast-food. The coffees are now made too quickly, cutting corners and offering coffee drinks not worthy of the high cost. They replaced excellence with a greedy business approach. I no longer support them, there are better choices for those who know a good coffee.

I've seen this Starbucks go from one of the best in San Antonio to the one of the worst. It's all thanks to the management that refuses to do their job, they hardly ever have product and the place is a mess most of the time. Along with the fact that they're always short staffed on the weekends.The newer staff isn't on top of it but they've been there for a while now. I'm always very disappointed when I go.

One of the few rare Starbucks locations that is cafe only. I wish there were more of them around because the vibe is so much more calm and comfortable without the drive thru. Baristas can actually focus more on customer connection and making drinks perfectly, along with their other duties. Interior is relaxed and calming and a good place to sit and read, write, or get some work done.

I was on my way to work (haven’t been in this area in a long time) and I noticed that there wasn’t a line, so I stopped by this Starbucks. Joey was very nice over the speaker and the young lady (I didn’t catch her name, I’m so sorry) who handed me my drink so so polite and professional. This staff was great, quick and just brightened up my day before heading into work. Thank you!

I asked for a venti caramel latte. They tried to give me a venti caramel macchiato. So I said, no. I want a venti caramel latte. They changed my order to a venti latte. So I said, no. I want a venti caramel latte. And they gave me a venti latte with caramel drizzle. I never ended up getting my vent caramel latte. Apparently 'listening to their customers' isn't a priority here.

Joey and Charlie are absolutely amazing!! I came in to order 13 drinks for work; my order were taken in details, drinks made with no mistake. Never seen Starbucks worker like them two. They made me feel happy and bright up from the inside. There are no word i can use to describe how grateful of my appreciation. Joey and Charlie are just AMAZING!! Thank you for what you do!

They're so sweet and caring at this Starbucks. I love all Starbucks in general, but this one might just be my favorite one of them all. They provide excellent customer service and go out of their way to ensure you leave their premises with a smile. I was having a horrible week, and one iced white chocolate mocha later I found myself having an amazing day!

I will always love this Starbucks! I’m sitting at a Starbucks in Casa Grande, AZ and a rush of emotions just came over me as I got a flashback of sitting at this specific location. It was my go to spot for work. My starting point. My meeting spot. I miss San Antionio, TX.

Visit this location for the first time today. It looks very nice and cozy. The baristas arw nice and friendly. The new coconut machiata was amazing and they even wrote my name correct (in most places people like to improvise). They have great choice of food and sweets. I'm not biggest fan of chain coffee stores, but really liked this one.

Store 6217 coming in clutch with my lunch, I get my morning coffee for here on occasion, this meal specifically WAS GREAT THANKS. Medium iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso with tomato mozz sandwich total was 19$ for 2 sandwiches and med drink

Every time me and my mother come to this Starbucks location, we're amazed by the customer service and the kindness every single barista gives us. We ordered a drink wirg coconut milk instead of whole milk (dairy issues) and our barista Jojo, didn't put whip because of that and was super kind about it. Definitely our go to location!

Seems like a decent location but my experience caused a bunch of problems. The staff needs to understand the drinks they can and cannot make at all times during the season. I deliver and when orders are being canceled because i'm told certain drinks aren't offered when they ARE. This causes problems....

The cashier was super friendly and helpful. He paid attention to what I was looking at in the case, and since it was already late in the day, he let me know what they were out of before I got my heart set on something. I got a bottled drink, but my mom's drink was ready quickly. Great service and food.

I have been coming to this Starbucks for a while now and have come to recongnize the baristas that are well versed at their jobs; I have never had my orders made wrong. Recently I have noticed majority of the baristas have left abruptly, and the quality, in my opinion, has began to depart as well.

I love this Starbucks. The staff here is amazing. All the Barista's know me by name and my drink which makes faster service. I have even received my drink at the register when I paying when they see me come in. Also, love how the treat and respect our local law enforcement and military here

Cashier was extremely rude!! I guess she doesn't like her job. Went in for 3 simple drinks and she got one wrong and was upset when I told her that it wasn't right. Asked for a cup of water and it seemed to bother her. I usually love my drink and because of her attitude it sucked!!

The staff is so friendly and kind, they truly went above and beyond what was expected. They created such an amazing optimistic atmosphere and treat the customers like they are a million bucks. Definitely one of the best if not the best customer service I've ever experienced!

Used there app to order online. Drinks where ready when i arrived minutes later... However they where made incorrectly. She corrected part of it immediately, however not until i started drinking did i discover they where not made right.

This Starbucks. Is okay.alot of ppl taking advantage of the free WiFi with no food or drinks in front of them.when busy nowhere to sit.they say no smoking outside but there are butts everywhere outside.there prices have gone up again!

Recently remodeled for the worse, the colors are really boring. The air conditioning never works properly leading to an extremely humid store, I've witnessed employees cleaning restrooms with their aprons on which is a big no no.

Ordered a coffee and was the last one line. While many orders were being made. Counter dude just chilled while he could have poured my coffee. Which is what you’re supposed to do when you work the front counter ar Starbucks.

This is the best Starbucks that I have been to. I will go out of my way to come to this one. The staff is friendly and will go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied with your visit. This store is managed well.

I get a simple Nitro Brew with 2 extra shots of espresso every time I go in. Order is always completed super fast, and everyone that works there is friendly.
