While traveling overnight from California to Utah, i stopped by gas station in St. George at about 3am. While pumping gas, i was accidentally locked out by my dog. I called for their emergency roadside assistance twice and i was told twice that they can't help me even though i have coverage. I was told they will only pay $50 for anyone to wake up and help me at the time so no takers. I finally gave up since they are not willing to do any thing else to help. I was told i have to pay $200 for someone to help me out. I googled and called a locksmith and paid $70. Thanks to the angel lady working at Texaco in St george for making me borrow her phone to call. Please note i have been with allstate with this agennt for almost 2 years and my rate goes every 6 month for no reason. I have No accidents or ticket whatsoever. Please don't believe anything that they promise. 01/01/2018 So i just received another $10 increase on my premium without any reason. Apparently, they do that to everybody according to the girl who called to let me know that i still owe them $54. I owed them that because i finally decided to leave this money hungry company that keeps increasing my premium every 6 months for the last 3 years. Mind you, i never had any accidents or tickets. Anyways, i have to pay them $54 and they told me they will adjust it since i am supposed to owe them half of that for the 1 day gap of my insurance. I called them 4 days ahead to let them know that i am ending it and now have a new care insurance but since they did not work or nobody cared to listen to their voicemail, it became my fault as that they only got to know about it 1 day late so i apparently have to pay them 2 days worth of premium. They promise they would just charge 1 day when i complained but of course they never did it even though i sent them a copy of my new policy from Metlife. I paid the $54 bucks just so they won't send it to collections knowing how greedy this agent and company is. So for you not to waste your money and time, don't go with this company and agent at all.

I have been with Kevin Thomason and Allstate for 30 years. I had a fender bender on May 1st, 2015 and my premiums (which are already too high) went up! What about all the years I never had an incident? like 20 years, I NEVER received an "Accident Forgiveness" check. I would hate to leave Allstate, but, so far, I have called and talked to most of the office: Pam, Liz, etc... with no resolution. When I but a new car in a few months needed full-coverage, I will NOT have Allstate insure me, unless they realize how petty they are; lets see I have paid almost $15,000 to Allstate, and ? ? ? what-ever Times have changed' and you should too. I'm sure they don't care about 1 person, but I have told a lot of people, and so on......

I have had Allstate for my car for awhile and have little to say other than it is easy, affordable, and I’ve been fortunate to have no claims. The real 5-stars came when a pipe burst in my home, ruining my wood floors and threatening the structural wood of my home. My Allstate agents , Kevin and specifically Pamela, worked efficiently to get my claimed assigned and an adjuster to my home. Within one month, my home was back to fully functional and I was so happy to be able to lean on their expertise in my first home claim. Highly recommend this team.

We have been with Allstate for more than 5 years now and working with Stefani’s office for 2 of those years. There have been some bumps along the way, and we even left Allstate for a couple of months. But we just had to come back, not only because of their great prices, but because of the level of service provided. Very disappointed with this agency, in-particularly with the sales manager Gregory Blayden. He comes off very trustworthy at first but is anything but. I have personally been scammed out of $6000 dollars from Gregory Blayden and no one over there will do anything to make it right. He wants his commissions and is ready and willing to lie, cheat and steal for it. Please reframe from signing any contract Greg Blayden puts in front of you.

After being with Stefani Blayden for years I had to choose another company for homeowners insurance due to constantly increasing rates despite no claims. The same homeowners coverage that Stephanie offers for $110 is only $77 at Progressive Insurance. I was very surprised and disappointed to find months later she had hired a collection agency to harass me over $110. I would not recommend this agent to others.

Kevin Thomason and his associates have been my home insurance agency for over 30 years. Recently, I added all my automobiles to their auto insurance. in the past, my home has suffered damage several times from wind and water, and every time Kevin and his team have come through in pay all or most of the cost to repair the damage.. These people are good to work with and trustworthy.

I love Pamela Anderson at this location. She is amazing. She is so quick to respond and always has such a positive attitude. She is very knowledgeable and knows the inns and outs of everything. She never acted frustrated with a million changes I made to my policy and always gave me the best advice and direction. I really don’t think there is better out there.

Stefani is very attentive and communicative. I have only had one incident in which I needed information and support and she contacted me almost immediately and assisted me with the process. When policy changes were needed that also was completed very quickly. I am very pleased I switched to Allstate and grateful to have her as my agent!

I was on the same policy as I the initial policy holder with my husband and he filed a fraud claim which I told him not to and now I am paying it back after he received the check and I am court ordered to pay him the deductible which he has not even fixed the car. I allerted Allstate immediately at the time they did not do anything.

I was involved in a hit and run last month, unfortunately the individual got away, but Allstate handled everything and I was left with peace of mind for the process. 2 phone calls and everything was handled, my car looks better than it did before and it’s because Stefani and her people are Pros! Would recommend 10/10

I ran into Greg by accident he is been the most incredible insurance agent I have ever dealt with and I have dealt with many many of my colleagues have moved to their policies to his care and to this agency we have save the money and give better service and a better product I would recommend him to anyone

So far so good. Allstate's roadside assistance is actually very helpful, it honestly made things a lot easier when my car broke down. I do wish my rates were a little lower, I've been driving for 5 years with no accidents or tickets. Overall this office has been pretty helpful

Had a terrible experience with Greg. He signed us up and took payment without our signatures, and then he wouldn't answer any phone calls. I will say Liz did take care if everything for me afterwards but I was not happy about the experience.
