"Pretty disappointed by the service I received here, felt like a ghost when I walked in, went to the counter to ask a question a guy was sat there and ignored me for about 2 minutes while just looking at the computer, I asked about a chainsaw, to be told "we don't have any" when I asked if they were going to get anymore, I was blunty told "no""
"It was the worst thing to ever happen to me I will not ever go back to this place ever again the staff have no idea what they are doing they made me waste 3 trips just to get a chain and I still didn't get one …"
"No cusomter service, no one cares, will take your money but when a near new saw under warranty wont start they dont want yo know about it Spoke to the manager, her response was to go somewhere else"
