Nathan is a crook - beware. We hired a storage unit for fixed period of 1 month after relocating to the Cape. It was clear to all parties that it was just for 1 month. When we went to collect our effects today Nathan said he wasn’t paying back the R 1,000.00 deposit we paid as we “hadn’t provided notice.” Nathan was directly involved and knows he effectively stole the R 1,000 deposit. Don’t be ripped off by this crook like we were. It was very clear - we only ever indicated we were using the storage facility for one month. Nathan is trying to pass the buck to the staff at the Bellville facility - he was directly involved and was extremely arrogant in advising we would forfeit our deposit. The only reason I'm writing this report is to caution you as to Nathan's character. UPDATE: Even though it was clear our storage unit rental was for a month and Nathan stole our (D1,000.00) deposit, the crook attempted to debit our bank account for a further R 1,474.00 which was for the following month, despite us clearing the storage unit before the end of the previous (October) month. Be warned of this thief. Disgusting behaviour.

Finally i got storage !! and thats thanks to Darren !!! Such an amazing guy , he kept me in the loop and tried to find solutions and options untill I finally got my storage unit !! I finally feel like things are starting to take shape , thank you so much Darren i hope Stor-Age Claremont realize what an awesome employee you are , we need more people like you , going out there way to help customers Thank you , Thank you Darren !! Absolutely excellent! I could not rate Storage in Claremont more highly if I tried! The units are immaculately clean and safe, are extremely easy to access and Storage's customer service is second to none. If you are lucky enough to be working with either Carla or Nathan you will be in extremely expert, professional, supporting hands - no job is too small to assist you in making your move in and out seamless and easy. Thank you Storage for a truly wonderful experience!

I bought some medium boxes at Claremont branch, used one and found that this did not work as I needed to use smaller boxes for crockery. I tried to swap the unused boxes for small ones but they do not allow this. This is certainly bad company policy as the boxes are still brand new and all i wanted was a swap. Furthermore the box quality seems poorer than others that I have used for moving. If I could I would habe given zero stars.

Clean and secure, individual access storage - nothing wrong with this locality either but the prices for storage, take my advice and don't store things unless you need to. Off-site storage is a complete trap and a waste of money that could be better poured into more constructive purposes. The sales team here are extremely friendly and helpful as are the other branches of this company's service offering dotted about Cape Town

I recently went to the Storage claremont yesterday to find space since my partner is moving from his old place. I have to say the service was 10/10. The lady that assisted us was clear and very nice. Ontop of that they sent us the contract right away and were efficient. We were in and out in no time. It's a go to space if you need to store your things.

The service was efficient the area is clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. However on 22 February at 11:38 locker 1085 made it difficult to us to pass as there was a huge sail on the floor. Which was difficult for me to move and pass by. Hoping this is cleared away and area remains free to pass by. Michelle Calasse

I was at the claremont branch during the week and I received super awesome service from Darren. He really gave me great perspective on my moving situation. I love the service he gave and it shows there are good people out there. I bought some merchandise and he gave some of the best service I have received in cape town.

I am appalled by the treatment and rudeness I recently experienced from Lizaandre from your newly purchased branch from Green Cube Storage in Ottery! I have been a client with Green Cube Storage for years now and am renting 5 units there! I am definitely taking my business elsewhere!!!

Buying packing supplies: This place is lovely! I desperately needed packaging to store my mattress in and couldn’t find one anywhere- until I found Stor-age. Building has lots of nearby street and off-street parking which is always a win in Cape Town. Also great customer service.

Awesome service and friendly staff everything you would need when moving. They very accessible and their prices are competitive. The staff are also clued up on the products and the storage is secure.

These guys have partnered with The Santa Shoebox Project. Along with acting as a drop-off point, they're also supplying free shoeboxes. Each person gets four for free and there after it's R5 per box.

Helpful staff, very clean, becoming quite expensive though. To get an equivalent unit thats the same size as one I took 6 months ago, now costs twice as much. Not sure why prices are skyrocketing.

Had issues with terminating the contract. Had to settle for 50% refund of unfair charges for about 4 additional months after giving written notice to terminate. Will NOT support in future.

As with all Stor age facilities always clean & neat. Staff is friendly. Very busy monthend fortunately my vehicle wasn't too big, so I was allowed to offload under cover while it rained

The staff are friendly and helpful. They have a little shop selling boxes, padlocks and packaging. The premises is always clean, safe and secure. Only drawback is it is not open 24/7.

Nathan assisted professionally and way beyond his duty. Sorted fabulous efficient packers and movers for us. Units immaculate. Security excellent. All in all a wonderful experience.

Units are clean passages empty but parking terrible espe ially for turning around or bigger vehicle. It off a one way so going around the block not as simple as it sounds
