We were not only exceptionally impressed in the Unit hired (pristine condition), but Sam & Team made sure that any Reservations my "elderly", most difficult Pop's had, were very patiently taken, the time to explain at length, and in doing so, made him feel more confident and left him with a definite positive sense of security. Sam, went out of her way to remedy a situation at the end of the contract, leaving both my Father and I with a great sense of appreciation and "Customer Care". I spent the better part of a year and a half as a tenant at Store-age Edgemead. Superb service from the get-go. I was in a race against time to find a place to store my valuables from overseas. And then it was Superwoman Sam Seas to the rescue. She's the complex manager by day and night, and superhero throughout. Her assistance through my entire stay was superb. And the fact that I got great coffee at the office on multiple occasions - certainly made me feel more like family, and less like a client. Five-stars for quality service and professionalism. Terrible experience and I didn't even get a unit! Was told by Siphiwe that I was going to be contacted but no one got back to me so I had to try reach out again and again (no answer the first time) Then on top of that, I was prepared to pay for a full month that spilled a week over into the new month but they refused and said it was two full months payment or nothing. Seems like being in demand has made them very greedy.

Friendly staff, went here to drop off the Santa shoebox and the staff were so thankful and happy to see all the boxes come in, when I had to amend one the boxes on collection day, they held my boxes back to pack in last so that I could fix it, such amazing kind human beings work here, would use them if I needed the storage as they are so accommodating and handled clients with a smile.

Well maintained but feel security presence is lacking on one side of the facility. I noticed this as our lockers are situated on the side with little security. Staff are friendly and very approachable, overall happy with the service
