We recently had the pleasure of visiting Strike Eastland, and let me tell you, it was an absolute blast! Sam's enthusiasm and dedication to ensuring we had a memorable time truly made all the difference. His attention to detail, helpful guidance, and friendly nature set the tone for an unforgettable escape room adventure. Sam went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome, comfortable, and fully immersed in the experience. But the fun didn't stop there! Rachel, the mastermind behind the pre-booking scavenger hunt, added an extra layer of anticipation and enjoyment. It was an ingenious idea to engage us with a game while we waited for our booking time. Rachel's scavenger hunt was cleverly designed, keeping us entertained and building up the excitement for what was to come. And the cherry on top? Winning a free drink upon completing the hunt was a fantastic surprise that made us even more excited for the main event. Strike Eastland had a great vibe and an amazing atmosphere. The moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by an immersive and captivating setting that set the stage for the escape room challenge. The attention to detail in the room's design and ambiance created an authentic and exhilarating experience. The music, lighting, and overall atmosphere were spot-on, making it easy to lose ourselves in the adventure. Now, let's talk about the heart-pounding surprise at the end, courtesy of Sam's jump scare! When our time was up Sam expertly timed a thrilling scare that left me jumping out of my skin. It was an unexpected twist that added an extra level of excitement and a memorable adrenaline rush. Kudos to Sam for going the extra mile and delivering an unforgettable ending to our experience. Overall, I cannot recommend Strike Eastland enough. The combination of its upbeat vibes, incredible atmosphere, and the dedication of the awesome staff made for a truly great experience. Whether you're a seasoned escape room enthusiast or a first-timer, Strike Eastland will not disappoint. Prepare for an adventure filled with fun, mystery, and a guaranteed great time. First- the staff member we had was FANTASTIC. so pleasant and fun and made us feel like a VIP. Second- the escape room was awful, none of the clues made sense, we hated it. It lacked ambiance and they were all the same sort of magnet themed locks. We have done over 20 escape rooms in Melbourne and we have done strike before (Alice in wonderland themed in QV) right at the start of escape room adventures like 4 years ago. It was great. This was terrible. We were actually kind of shocked. And we told the staff member it was great, but only because we didn’t think she deserved to have to hear this feedback. We really hated the clues and that’s what an escape room is about, working things out and getting a sense of achievement. I think it needs a full clue redo or that side of your business is going to completely die, no one will go there. I also think you’re going to put people off escape rooms in general which is great for me, so many more spots available for last minute bookings.

I had a fantastic time at Strike Bowling Eastland! The ambience was electric, with vibrant lights and captivating decor that set the perfect atmosphere for a memorable evening. The food was great, and the bar served a variety of delicious drinks while groovy music played in the background. The highlight for me was the impressive obstacle course, though I didn't get to try the Mini golf. The attention to detail in the course's layout and setup was truly commendable, and I can't wait to experience it next time. The only reason I didn't give it a 5-star rating is because of the phone-based ordering system. Personally, I prefer to stay off my phone when engaging in activities like this. It seemed counterintuitive to use my phone for ordering, especially when staff were available. During my visit, some staff members appeared to have free time, and it would have been great if they were more engaged in serving customers to enhance the overall experience.

My daughter and her friends had an amazing karaoke and bowling party experience at Eastland. Our host, Sammy was friendly, enthusiastic and very accommodating, as well as the venue manager, Heidee and supervisor, Zoey. What was a let down was the 1300 hotline customer service was not helpful at all, insisting no refund even though we informed the head office just after the day we paid the full amount, that 4 out of 19 of our guests will not make it. Customer service was not accommodating and passing on the decision to the venue. However, the venue manager, Heidee, was so helpful and considerate in sorting this matter. Great job Holey Moley Strike Bowling Eastland Team! Room for improvement : Improve microphone volume as the music is louder than the mic, as per feedback from my kids and guests

We had a children's birthday party at Strike and it was absolutely fantastic. Firstly, the venue. With a combination of Bowling, Mini-golf and the Karaoke/Party Rooms, it is perfectly set up for kids of all ages and would be just as great a venue for after-work catch-ups as it is for kids parties. Then the staff. While all of the staff were really helpful and keen to ensure that everyone had a good time, the party host Matt was absolutely phenomenal. He made 100% sure that the birthday girl had a good time and he somehow managed to wrangle a gaggle of 5 year olds between the areas and ensured that everyone was engaged, fed, and happy. I would obviously recommend Strike for kids parties, as well as older group get-togethers.

My daughter went to the Escape Room for her 14th birthday with 3 of her friends. They had a ball, but found it a little hard. I didn’t go in with them tho. They did the Wizard room, and I had a peak and it looked well set up. The that assisted us was lovely and very exciting.. She assured me that she would be help the girls every step of the way. We didn’t do any of the other activities, however walking thru the venue , it looked like so much fun. Will definitely be going back for a bowl and mini golf.

Gone here plenty with friends and family. Their alcoholic drinks are surprisingly good for a bowling alley, and their fries are to die for. Staff here are very welcoming and helpful, though whichever guy works at the bar late nights is a chatterbox and you might be waiting to order for a bit like I was. Their escape rooms are pretty fun for beginners, though if you're at all experienced with an escape room you may fly through it.

Absolutely loved this place!! We arrived on Friday night around 6 and stayed until past 12, the best place to spend a night on the weekend! Massive shoutout to Dale, Dylan and Elijah on the bar, and Steph and Rach on reception for the best service i’ve ever seen at a venue like this. Also thank you so much to Lochie and Heidi who really went above and beyond to make the experience just incredible, will definitely be back!

Strike Bowling @ Eastland's Town Square precinct opened today. More than just the 8-lane bowling, the venue also offers mini golf, escape rooms and karaoke bars. Full bar services and a good variety of food including stone baked pizzas, burgers, hotdogs, mean & green, funsize, The Bunker Box and share section. A great atmosphere and vibe for fun times. Staff very attentive and friendly.

Had a great night catching up with old friends. I’m not local to the area so wasn’t sure what the place was like, but will definitely be coming back if I’m ever nearby! The staff member in the purple shirt, Mick, was very helpful with drink recommendations and helping to accomodate my tricky dietary requirements. Specially loved the mini golf course and getting competitive!

Fantastic venue for kids & adults. I had my sons birthday party at Strike Eastland & it was by far the best customer service I have ever received. The whole experience was worry free as everything was taken care of with absolute professionalism. Zoe hosted and she is just an absolute Superstar! The kids & adults had an absolute ball, I will absolutely be back!

my partner and I went down to do an escape room, and our host sam was a ball! super engaging in our intro to the room and really matched to the theme. we also really appreciated their time after we escaped in answering our questions and even told us about the other strike venues escape room ! excited to come back and try the harder room. thanks again sam

The escape room was really badly organised, nothing to indicate how to open half of the puzzles, one of the items was in the wrong place, no timer to show you how long you have, objects that were supposed to be easy to lift weren’t. However the staff were really nice and did answer when called about hints. Nothing against them just the room itself!

Had my daughter’s 9th birthday (bowling and mini golf) and could not fault anything at all. Dale, Reece and all the staff at strike were professional and courteous! Could not have asked for a more relaxed day for the adults and a fun filled day for the kids. A magician even made an appearance! Thanks to the whole team for such an enjoyable day!

Ok so I don't understand the ratings here at all. It Seems like the people around here don't know what is an actual bowling. The lines are so small and short. The pins attached to string wich causes them to tangle. I mean, sure it's great for kids. But if you want to play like it should be played, I would recommend you to go to another place.

This is the best place for activities in Eastland, the experiences are not only a blast but super affordable especially when in groups, my friends and I had the best time in the Escape Room and Karaoke Room so we definitely recommend coming here, and with the bar inside as well it doesn’t get much better here.

Had my son’s 8th birthday at Strike Eastland. Our Host, Jade was such a lovely host who make sure everything were going well and smooth. She kept on checking in to make sure we’re well looked after. Thank you so much Jade for making everything so easy and I didn’t have to do much . Thanks again

We had my daughter 10th birthday at Strike and the girls had the best time. They loved bowling and being looked after by our party host Sam who was awesome. Yummy food and they had a blast with the added on karaoke thanks Sam and Dylan for your help and the entire Strike team

It was a very good experience starting from the booking for the party as I wanted a customised party package , and the sales team was very helpful , the escape room was very nice experience and the food was great, the host was very friendly and kind, highly recommended.

Went there the other day, was so much fun doing the escape rooms. Joel was one of the staff members that did such an amazing job, he was super friendly and helpful and just made us feel comfortable and happy. Definitely a great place to go for a night of fun.

We hosted my daughters 9th birthday party at Eastland and it was one of the best partys everyone had been to. The Party Host Elijah was fantastic, making sure all the kids had a great time. Highly recommend. The staff made it all so easy and stress free.

Had my son’s birthday party in one of the escape rooms , kids really enjoyed it , very nice / clean and colorful venue and very helpful and kind staff . Willow was extremely helpful throw the whole time , we will definitely come back .

Great place to hang out, and have fun. Great bar, and great food (the pepperoni pizza is my favorite) Only complaint being l everything is cramped together, and in the bowling section, the table is too small for two families to share

We did one of the escape room here and it was really good, the staff were friendly we explaining the rules. The espresso martini was really nice too would recommend, it was better then most places

Good place, good location. The staff are friendly. They use the string pins though instead of the traditional ones and we find that the bowling is never the same and it takes ages to re-set them.

Our work Xmas staff party was here! We had so much fun bowling and then karaoke!!! The atmosphere was fantastic! The food and drinks were good too! Would recommend Ps they also had mini golf

Games are extremely lame. Food is expensive, and mediocre . All they know about Pizza, is lots of cheese on bread, that’s it.
