Final Edit: In short, was supplied a faulty item, they agreed it was faulty. They said they would provide a replacement which took a ridiculously long time to arrive (months). I advised I wanted a refund instead of waiting, they attempted to blackmail me by saying they would not issue a refund until I removed or altered my 1 star review of them. As they could not be reasoned with, I went to fair trading, they (FT) contacted Stylish Hound and advised them of their responsibilities under the Australian Consumer Law to which they responded that they refuse to refund until the google review is altered. Fair trading have now advised me of my legal rights to have this matter resolved which I will be pursuing. Think very carefully before you hand over you hard earned money to this business. Michelle is not a fair person or reasonable person to deal with. This has to be the worst customer service experience ever. She writes one thing in public and then writes threatening private emails. It's appalling to treat customers like this. To Michelle, you stated you did not wish to publicly comment anymore then proceeded to edit your response. Therefore I have responded to set the record straight. I won't be commenting further on here regardless of whatever you write. I purchased the Evergreen Car Boot Cover, I installed it in my boot. Then opened the zipper, which to my shock came off in my hand. It had literally been in the car for 5 mins and was now useless. It was not cheap at the price of $154.99. It is now 13th Nov, I have NOT received the replacement NOR a response to my email. I am now $154.99 poorer and have no boot cover. This really isn't good enough. I also have now read the other 1 star reviews on google, I'm very saddened to see that SH's response to low reviews is to blame the reviewer and say it's their fault rather than accept responsibility for the poor quality. I have no doubt that I will somehow be told it is my fault that the zipper broke. The way a business responds to good and bad feedback is a true reflection of their character and customer service or lack thereof. EDIT : further response in relation to Stylish hound's inaccurate reponse. Order 25th March Order shipped 28th March Order installed in vehicle 25th April Faulty item reported immediately to you via email on 25th April. (not 5 months later as you claim.) Response received on 2nd Sept, agreeing item is faulty and that a replacement would be provided. Was advised item was out of stock and new stock would be arriving in 1-2 wks and asked if I was happy to wait for this period. I advised I would wait 1-2 wks. Which would be around 9-16th Sept. Hence my follow up email on the 24th Oct asking where my order was. I DID NOT receive a response to this email at all. Sent a further follow up email on 13th Nov. NO response was received to that email either, so then I left a 1 star review on your website and on google 14th Nov, I receive an email from you ( 1 day after my negative review), an automated email saying my order has been updated. I requested a refund as I was not prepared to wait any longer for a replacement so under Australian consumer laws I am entitled to a refund. 14th Nov, received another email from you asking me to return the faulty product to you. 16th Nov, I advised you that I was unable to return the faulty product as I had thrown it away. Why would I keep a broken product that I can't use. 18th Nov, I receive an email from you containing untruths and inaccuracies. You also stated that my 1 star reviews were unfair, and that I had left a second review after you tried to assist me. This is also untrue. Both reviews were done on the same day after I had frustrating received no response to my repeated enquires and they are a true and fair representation of my dealings with Stylish Hound.

Ok so from the get go I was super impressed, the Stylish Hound Website is easy to navigate, size charts easy to find (this can be difficult with pet wear) then once the order was completed the postage and packing was super fast! We had seen our friends sausage dogs wearing the swim jackets and felt they would be an important safety addition to our dogs lives as we've got a crazy little frenchie who loves just jumping in the pool! Why - dunno she's crazy hehe. Our male frenchie is not that keen on swimming but will tolerate it on hot days. The swim vests have given us peace of mind as our little crazy gal floats now! and its also given her alot more confidence in the water, most frenchies arent great at swimming due to their body shapes and short nose but the swim vests have really helped with our dogs abilities. We also purchased the No Pull Harness for little crazy girl! what a game changer! she had regressed with her loose leash walking (this was due to us not walking her as often since we moved and started a new business) we had switched her back to a standard harness. But as soon as this No Pull harness was on it really stopped the pulling, and she has learnt if she pulls she goes nowhere, she can be a little reactive and pull extremely hard when other dogs bark near her, in this case recently i watched her do a 180 turn on the spot in this harness, all the while i could feel the pressure was in the leash and not at all across my frenchies little chest area. My husband was so impressed with this harness he phoned our daughter and told her to buy one immediately for her dog, he never normally has an opinion on dog products. We are using the obedience leash with the no pull harness and i love the way that works with it, i can feel the pressure going into the spring, not into my hand/arm or pup. I also purchased the Adventure Kit! and no longer use a bag, this has all my things ready to go on any given day and i just pick it up and out the door - perfect for any dog parent, but im going to admit i even use it when im not out with the dogs.

I bought the Blackout OG No-Pull Training Harness for my husky pup. Used it when she was 3 months old and yet just 4 months later, the harness has frayed and broken due to wear and tear. Full disclosure, she's a husky so she does pull on her leash a fair bit. We are working on it, which is why we bought a no-pull harness. She goes on walks every other day and this is the result of her pulling. I don't feel safe for her using this harness anymore since you never know when it will completely give way. I expected it to last longer than it has given the price point, and also, given that this is no-pull harness, for it to fray like that is really not up to standard. This is definitely not due to chewing as well because the harness is always out of reach when not in use, and when in use, there's no way she could have reached it with her mouth anyways. Not saying that it is a bad product, but it certainly isn't as good as the reviews claim as well. Posting this review on Google as well because they screen bad reviews and only publish good reviews on their website.

Beach trips call for the Stylish Hound life jacket which not only comes in some great designs for pups and hoomans, but also ensures that your pup is always safe in the water! I cannot rave more about this brand! Thumbs up all round!

What an outstanding small company, providing beautiful, well made, useful products! With the best customer service who go above and beyond. I have brought a lot from Stylish hound over the last couple of years and use their products each and everyday. I love their treat pouches and use one daily owning 4 and counting, their poo bags are great, easy to break off the roll and don’t split, with the added bonus of being great for the plant! We have and use their doggy life jacket on all our adventures and take there toys to most of our beach adventures! I had to send back a couple of items because I ordered the wrong size but it was a really straight forward process and easily got a store voucher within the week. I also had a strange request to buy an item separately from something else and this was quick and easy to do and they were so accommodating! I wish there were more companies like this in Australia!

Very good quality gear. I had a 1.0 pouch and just purchased a 2.0. The equipment is sturdy, good quality, and therefore good value. These car restraints are the best I’ve found — strong clasps and straps. (Seat cover not Stylish Hound). My experience is that lower-cost, less sturdy metal fittings from places like Amazon break, and this is alarming during a car ride. I have full confidence in the Stylish Hound restraints. For me, the pouch fits in: poop bags, spray repellent, puppy spill kit (paper towel and antibacterial wipes), iPhone X, keys, primary treats (in the purple silicone container — not Stylish Hound but another Australian business), backup treats and small squeaky. It is a good weight with logical, well laid out compartments. It’s hand-washable. The business is very prompt and sends everything in recyclable packaging and with tracking. A+

We have tried every front attach harness we could find... all rubbish. They pulled strangely and Ginny would escape. These harnesses are INCREDIBLE!! She does occasionally get a leg half out of it, but I think that’s because she’s a bit small for it still I love the control lead; not really for control really, more for the length. It is the perfect length for her to be by my side when she is working (service dog) and also has a ring for your poop bags and nice comfortable handle. I love that there are two attach points so she uses the front one when working and back one when it’s play time! Didn’t need the second harness buddy because it goes as short as it can be so there’s no space, but the other one feels nice and soft for her. Also super cute designs! We would go nuts for a tie dye/rainbow/pastel one though!!! will be ordering again soon.

Of course I never want to give 1 star to this business, but when it comes to the safety of my dogs, I become very protective, and the quality of the products I use for my dogs is very important to me. This is the third time that my dogs leads are falling apart, first time they claimed it was a faulty lead and the rest of their leads are strong, the second time they provided the same excuse, the third time I was walking my dog in a high traffic street, when the lead broke and my dog ran free. I know I should not have trusted this brand when it happened the first time, (obviously the designs are gorgeous and attractable), now I know better, and I believe I need to raise awareness as well. I will upload the photos of all occasions where Stylish Hound products failed to satisfy the recommended quality.

To say that we are obsessed with Stylish Hound is an absolute understatement - We have almost their entire product range and are in love with every single product they have. The quality of their products is honestly unbeatable, and you can really tell that a lot of time/effort has gone into developing their product lines. Most importantly, their training harnesses are a game changer, and were definitely an integral training tool for teaching our pup loose leash walking. I just received my order for a Stylish Hound No Pull Harness RNT for my 1 year old male Kelpie, and it is LIFE CHANGING!! I’ve only used it twice so far, but both times, it felt as if I was walking a completely different dog. No more pulling. It was actually pleasant. Walks beforehand were not enjoyable. So much so, that I had just begun taking him to the dog park or dog beach in the car as walking him there was just too frustrating. We have tried a few different harnesses, which didn’t work, and the halti face collar (which he absolutely hated), but this is best out of the lot, and it doesn’t seem to bother him at all. Now, I actually look forward to our next walk. I would highly recommend to anyone who has a dog that pulls on the lead.

I am so impressed with all of the products I have received from the stylish hound! The no-pull harness works wonders for my little pup, and looks good too! The spaniel snooze blanket is so soft I rather wanted to keep it for myself- but we decided to share as my dog is mad about it too! It might literally be the softest blanket I have ever owned. The adventure kit has everything you need for a day out- I particularly like the detachable pouch. it has somewhere for your phone, wallet, drinking bottle, and snacks for your 4 legged friends. The quality and design are just fantastic. I shall be getting all of my doggy accessories and more from Stylish Hound- they really understand dogs and dog owners! 10/10

Stylish Hound makes amazing products! I have owned dogs my entire life and worked with dogs for over 10 years. Their products are by far my favorite. All of their products are high quality. The adventure kit and chest plate harnesses are perfect for hiking with my 3 dogs! The No-Pull training harnesses have been very helpful for working on loose leash walking a pack of 3! Their snuffle mats have been wonderful for slowing down my golden retriever puppy and providing mental stimulation. The hercules chew toys are very durable and more challenging and enticing than Kongs. My dogs LOVE them! The training treat pouch is my go to for every outing! The gear is just as stylish as it is durable!

I am a very proud owner of a very energetic greyhound as well as a groodle puppy. We live near the beach and love adventures so we have been incredibly impressed how well the products have lived up to our standards of durability, quality and aesthetics. The martingale collar is great for greyhounds with a lockable quick release buckle, and the car boot cover has been so good at protecting our boot from sand and dirt. I only wish that I discovered this brand years ago… better late than never though! I honestly want to buy everything from their website. I’ve stopped buying dog accessories from pet stores as they just don’t compare to these smaller businesses like Stylish Hound.

We are so happy with everything we own from Stylish Hound! Non-pull harness is great for my energetic golden retriever - she pulls much less than normal collars. Also it doesn't come loose like other company's front clip harness. The leash is very soft on our hands and easy to clean. The great thing about Stylish Hound is a wide variety of the products. You can get the same designs in everything you want, not just leashes and harnesses but things like seat belts, even matching swim jackets and swim suits for yourself! My pup is still learning to swim, so the swim jacket came in very handy to build up her confidence. You can't find such cute design anywhere else!!

Love stylish hound and all their products, especially for our border collie as she's a bigger dog, so the harness and halti really works with her and they are stylish. I also have the training bag and the adventure bags both great for taking the dogs out and easily access treats, definitely my go to backs everytime we go out with the dogs. The life jackets are also something i love for the dogs, we use it everytime we go to the beach, supports the dogs well 100% recommend. Another item i recommend is the snuffle mats, great for the dogs during meal times and easy to wash!. We love it so much, we own so many of their different products, and the quality is great!

Stylish Hound has changed the game for my dog and I. My rescue had a lot of trouble walking on a lead and the no pull harness did wonders for her, I am now able to take her anywhere and everywhere, incredible! The adventure pack is also an amazing product - I'd bought several dog friendly bags but this one is just so versatile and has such a clever design, I even wear it when our girl is at home. The collars, leads, lick mat and chew toys are also amazing. I am just overall so happy whenever I order anything. Overall sensational products that have brought my dog and I so much happiness and has really made our bond even closer.

Stylish Hounds are exactly what they say. Make our pups stylish. We have the no pull harness, matching lead, bow tie and collar. The harness is super easy to put on and you can have the lead clipped on at the front or the back of the harness. Boomer walks so well on the harness and it's lovely walking with a loose lead hold. The waist / cross body bag, is a MUST. It has so many handy compartments, you can detach the front pouch so you can mix and match with other SH bags. It doesn't scream I'm carrying poo bags! Can't fault the communication at all, beautiful people and beautiful products.

We are blown away by the evergreen harness set and the adventure kit! The print is absolutely gorgeous and the quality is impeccable down to the small details The harness is so easy to use with extra handles to clip onto depending on what style of walk you prefer which I love We use the adventure kit with the detachable pouch everyday I use the pouch as a wallet and the other kit is O’dees fits his extra balls, treats an awesome place in there for his poo bags with an outer eyelet for easy access. I throw this kit across my shoulders it’s so comfy and stylish I absolutely love this!!

You are really missing out if you don't purchase the Back seat Cover! The best item out. I also have the harnesses but there are many reviews for these. The Back seat Cover fits my BMW6 which has a sloping back so the boot one was not as suitable. I can fit my four dogs in and it stops them from jumping over the front seat and I can also put my shopping beneath the harness on the floor . Also has a large pocket to put leads etc in. Comes with attachments for dog restraint too. Easy to install and remove as the loops go over the head rests Get one, you won't be disappointed.

We love everything about Stylish Hound products. The designs are fantastic, the quality is excellent and the team so helpful. They always seem to come up with the products you are looking for. We started out with the no pull harness which we absolutely raved about! It stopped our dog pulling like a train. We love the leashes, they are so comfortable to hold and the matching collars are soft, so no rubbing the dogs fur. We also love our adventure kit for days out, it holds everything we need. We cannot rate this company highly enough! We would give 10 stars if we could!

5 stars for quality, customer service, & practicality. Walking two Great Danes means I need to be able to have complete control just in case they spot something they’d like to chase. The chest plate harnesses give me that control without fear of injuring or straining the pups necks. Super comfortable for them, and comfortable for me to walk them, even though together they weigh almost double what I do! Plus the fun bright colours are my favourite! Even after getting wet and muddy, they clean up as good as new ready for the next adventure!

Absolutely love these products. Really fast shipping and customer service from the Stylish Team. You can tell how much they really love doggies, the products are so well thought out and are amazing quality. Our little jack Russell loves the enrichment toys, he spends ages searching for treats. Afterwards it went straight in the washing machine and is all clean! This is so important when you have young kids around and helps keeps things hygienic and smelling nice. I just love how it can be used over again and holds up so well.

I found out about this brand through our beagle community as having a new pup we wanted a nice comfortable and secure harness for a very affordable price. The different designs and colours in the chest plate harness were amazing so we got 2. These harnesses have locks on each of the buckle clips, so the puppy cant accidentally get out. They ALWAYS wash up brand new with just a soak in Nappi-San and then a machine wash. The Matching Leads as well as seat belt secure clips are also great and well priced.

Stylish hound is hands down the best place to buy accessories for your dogs. We have the OG harness, collar, leash and a few enrichment products. The colours on them are so bright and pretty, and the material is amazing quality. My dog looks amazing in them. And we have the snuffle mat and Hercules too. Stylish Hound has such amazing products but something I appreciate is the quality! We have recently gotten our hands on an Adventure Kit and to say it's my new favourite bag is an understatement! I purchased the no pull harness set with a lead and the adventure kit. I absolutely love how great quality everything is! The harness is super comfy for my pup and actually works when we go for a walk, no more pulling on the lead which is amazing. The travel kit is perfect for adventures with your dog, it can fit so much and comes in some super cute designs too. I would recommend this brand to anyone and everyone with a dog!! Love it so much!

We purchased the no pull harnesses for our cannon ball Frenchies because my wife couldn't walk them they pulled so much. My wife and kids can now comfortably walk them and the results were within the first 200m of walking. When they get focused on something and run towards it the lead turns them around and focus is broken and they then listen to you again. I wasn't sure something so simple would work, but, great product and thank you!

I couldn't recommend this brand more highly. I have quite a number of products from them now including a harness, collar, treat pouch and their compostable poo bags and I have no complaints. The products are all great quality and highly durable. The treat pouch is my favourite product. I take it on every walk, it has room for my phone and keys in a separate section to the treats so I can do training sessions when out on walks.

So glad I came across Stylish Hound for my Starr’s accessories, and we definitely love the hassle-free Adventure Kit! Purchased the Astro RNT No-Pull Training Harness and the colour of the harness is lovely and the material is good quality. However the design is not good. The front clip and material is way too long it defeats the purpose, my dog can still easily pull with this as material on the front is so long it basically just goes over her shoulder. Going to have to look at purchasing else where. Wouldn’t recommend unfortunately :(

Love stylish hound! I bought the rough and tough harness and collar for our Great Dane X a year ago and we never looked back. I was worried that such a stylish harness wouldn't be strong enough for my big girl but we're still walking with it everyday! We are very happy to find quality dog wear that is not only strong and comfortable but also bright and cheerful. The harness has front and back rings which are particularly good for training dogs who like to pull. Easily machine washed when enclosed by in a pillowcase. The Hercules enrichment range is great for dogs who tend to gulp their food and also frozen for a cool treat on a hot day.

We always love to support local businesses, and Stylish Hound is an Australian store that’s delightful to deal with. There’s nothing to fault for their winter pyjamas. We love our Stylish Hound gear! Peanut walks like a dream in his Chest Plate Harness and matching lead (no pulling!), and it looks amazing on him. We have the Hercules chew toy too, which is a firm favourite and proving to be really resilient to staffy chewing power. Amazing no pull harness! It has a great design (I got the high top), and it's so easy to clip my dog in. The product is well made and I also really admire the fact that it's made using recycled plastics. I also grabbed the water bottle with a slidable bowl. The water bottle is a great size and has also been very useful on longer walks. I highly recommend!

I've been using Stylish Hound products for my english cocker spaniel for the past 1 and a half years. We recently received the Stylish Hound adventure kit and I could not love it more if I tried. It fits all of our hiking essentials and even fits my camera and lense. A bit disappointed with the harness. After doing daily short walks for a month my poor dog seems to have developed like a rash or something where the buckles of the harness sit on her skin. She is bald in those spots now and has a red mark. It is in the same place on both sides and so it is definitely being caused by the harness.

I have a number of Stylish Hound harnesses for my dog - they have transformed the way we walk. Although I can genuinely say that all of the products this company make are well thought through and designed to last we have several of their products and have been happy with each purchase. Amazing products and great customer service! I tried harnesses, leashes, halters and training pouches, and all of them were awesome! The products are well-made, great quality, many designs to choose from, everything was quickly delivered and if any problems arised the Stylish Hound team was always there to help us.

Ordered a harness set on 22nd November and paid express postage. Company contacted me via on 24th to confirm a size I had ordered and I responded 1 hour later. Absolutely love Stylish Hound. Their harnesses are beautiful and look as good as new after mud baths and ocean swims. We also have their car seat cover and boot cover - it was amazing to find ones that are long lasting and don’t break after 2 months of use! The drying robes are also our go too.

Love all of stylish hounds products, but the swim jackets would have to be our favourite. I love the different designs, quality of the jacket and how unique they are. My pup is not the best swimmer, so having the swim jacket on gives him confidence in the water.
