This is my lunchtime must! Friendly and fast. They care for their customers and if possible take a moment to chat and remember what was talk on the last visit. The owner serve people and amazingly remember me and know what is my favorite sandwich. All i have to do is pay and chat a little. Rare and pleasant. It is for my experience a subway that make the difference in the choice of my lunchtime meal! Speaking for myself but i really appreciate the old time approach! Thank you so much and hope they will make it possible in this pandemic time, they truly deserve the success!

Not a huge difference between each individual restaurant; The servers are kind, helpful, inform you of ingredient shortages when there are some (like at the end of the day for instance), and are quick and careful to make your sandwich the way you want it in a timely manner. I never leave these establishments unhappy with my choice or server.

New owners are ruining this place for me. So skimpy with the toppings and they slice/shave the vegetables so thin they are no longer crunchy. Stop trying to nickle and dime, customers are paying $15 for sandwiches.. let them have non slivered properly cut green peppers and cucumbers

This group of staff has to be a godsend! With a whole bunch of students coming in every day from the high school, we can't imagine what it must be like everyday! Were we like that too? Probably! Those workers just keep on going like they aren't losing their temper! Well done!

Generally, I don't expect much from chain restaurants and just go in to satisfy my hunger. Today, my 12" turkey sub on italian herbs and cheese tasted so fresh, the restaurant was so clean and the service was so friendly, that I was motivated to write a review on google.

Friendly staff and very good at their job, clean branch, I had lunch and breakfast two day days in a raw and found their level of service is consistent. Lots of students from Saint Paul University usually come here for lunch.

Probably the cleanest Subway in Ottawa and with the freshest bread and toppings. The owners/operators of this franchise are also the friendliest people. Probably better managed than any other Subway in Ottawa.

The food quality was subway like, nothing about it but the employees were really cold, they said “no WiFi” then one of the employee laid her got on a chair (guest area) playing videos and FaceTime

Bad service, we were pressured to leave 20 minutes before the restaurant closure. I can't understand why I should leave at 7h40 when its opened until 20h00. Also: can't accent our gift card...

Was here on a 3 day trip to Ottawa. Stayed at 150 Hazel st and subway being so close came clutch. Very cozy space with super friendly staff. Try their new panini's, very yummy :)

I wouldn't usually rate something like a Subway, but man, the family that runs this place is just the nicest. Super clean too, so you know your ingredients will always be fresh.

Great service and food. The wrap that I had wasn't very impressive though. Who wants to eat a wrap that is badly folded and sticks to paper. I would suggest other means!

I went here wanting to order and sit down to eat. No public bathroom. How are people supposed to wash their hands before they eat. Just gross. Turned around and left.

This is the cleanest subway that I have ever been to in Ottawa. Mike is a dual order champion. The friendliest staff I have ever encountered.
