Jashan's warm and friendly demeanor immediately put a smile on my face as I approached the counter. I was craving a Chicken Teriyaki sub, and Jashan skillfully and meticulously crafted the most delectable sandwich I've had in a long time. Every ingredient was placed with precision, and his attention to detail was truly remarkable. I have worked for subway a very long time ago and I became hesitant to buy subs when I used to get them for free. Once in a while I will grab a sub if there is a subway around, and I was down in mission area and decided to grab a quick lunch, I was met with a very sincere and genuine greeting, and proceeded to order my sub, the employee did not rush the process neither did she have any issues making my sub the way I prefer it. With such great service , and being in the hospitality industry, I felt obligated to tip the young lady to show my appreciation and the tip went to someone deserving. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, he is a passionate business owner that understands the need to stand out amongst the competition, he , in my opinion is a businessman who knows his market and as well as his ability to train his employees with a very high standard. Over the last week I have visited this location three times and the service and quality of food has been 5 star each and every time. They have so many ways to save money, and I highly recommend visiting this location, having said that, the owner is almost always there, so if you have an issue with anything, tell the owner, and I promise your issue will be resolved. Just FYI, after speaking with the owner he mentioned that his location carries EVERY SINGLE sub that subway has to offer, when he told me that I saw it as this business owner going the extra mile for his customers. If your local subway no longer carries your favorite sub, visit this location for a huge selection, and save way more than you would at ANY other subway. Cheers Gary K

We all know Subway is not the greatest food, but usually it is quick and efficient. I have attempted to get food here twice in the last couple of weeks after work and left each time because walk in clientele are either not welcomed or made to wait for a long time, because they would rather cater to the lazy idiots who order Skip the Dishes. I will not return as I believe that customers who actually walk in your doors should be given better service than those individuals who order from a service like Skip the Dishes. What is wrong with People that they can't make it to a Subway (they are all over the place, get out from your parents basement and see the wide world outside Millennials). If this location has so many Skip the Dishes orders then perhaps they should staff accordingly, and have one person who deals with the Skip Idiots and another to assist your guests who actually attempt to walk in to a fast food establishment.

Usually I try my best to leave a review that covers the good and the bad of the place in question, but at this point I have nothing good to say. Tonight I placed a Skip The Dish order for 5 subs to feed the whole house, and they gave us CABBAGE instead of lettuce. When we called to inquire the worker we spoke to said it was the "lettuce" they had that day. Told them to speak to their management as that is not okay at all, as people may have deadly allergies to cabbage. Had to fight the Skip The Dish workers and go through two representatives to get a refund for our 67 dollar order after the fact. Please, if you have a cabbage allergy do not go here, Subways are independently owned, so they are either cutting corners with cheaper "lettuce" or just plain stupid, both are just as dangerous.

I went to grab a couple of subs with my partner. I asked for a 6” rotisserie chicken and the worker added bacon when. I said to him “ hey I just ordered rotisserie chicken” he said what? And I then said I don’t eat pork so can you put so fresh rotisserie chicken. He paused and said sure he then threw the rotisserie chicken that had touched the bacon back in with the rest of the rotisserie chicken and scooped from there. Now the whole batch of the chicken is contaminated for anyone that is vegan or vegetarian just be aware this probably happens often. He then proceed to question my ethnicity as if that would mean what in terms of my diet exactly.

Avoid this restaurant. While Subway is usually excellent, my experience at this restaurant was terrible. To start with, they were incredibly stingy with the vegetables, giving me only tiny amounts even after I requested "loads of" spinach. The sandwich was also poorly toasted, with the cheese only half melted and the bread not crispy. They then put on only tiny amounts of sauce, and didn't have any of my favorite hot sauce, resulting in a bland and flavorless sandwich. To top it off, part of the cookie was completely uncooked raw dough. While I'm normally a fan of soft cookies, this was disgusting and unacceptable. Avoid this subway. The food is bad and the service unhelpful. Find a different one.

I frequent this location 2 times a day and 5 times a week as I work for a construction company working in the area. I was informed of the Subway customer appreciation promotion by an employee who works there and on the first of every month i would recieve the buy one get one free promotion they are runnng for 2016 and 2017. Today being the first, I ordered my sub and did not realize it was the first of the month until I finished my sub. I asked the employee working there about my free sub and was told I dont get it as I did not inform her right away. I have spent a lot of money everyday here, and this is my customer appreciation? I wont be going back as will none of my co-workers!! Great job!!!

Dhruvin was the best part of our experience at this subway. The (lady) manager at this location was completely unhelpful when we brought up issues that we experienced through the subway app. She told us there’s nothing she can do and no customer service number to call and that we have to figure it out ourselves. Dhruvin was an angel, gave us complimentary cookies and was very apologetic and tried to help us figure the app out whilst the manager snuck to the back and avoided the entire issue. If Dhruvin is working I recommend this location, otherwise do not go here.

I ordered a 12" sub with the only veggies being lettuce and cucumber. they took it upon themselves and decided to put tomatoes on it, instead of following the super easy plain instructions though skip the dishes. IM ALLERGIC TO TOMATOES!! so there goes my entire sub... also for both orders we chose CHOCOLATE milk for our drinks and they gave us regular milk. Not to mention it took nearly an hour to get here as the subs weren't made until approx 45mins after initial order. Super unimpressed and will never be ordering from.this particular subway again. Definitely a waste of $30.00!

I usually order from this location using a delivery service. I’ve often thought the toppings were pretty sparse and the sauces are often missing completely. On a whim, I ordered from a different location, just to compare. The Mission location does cheap out in the toppings, the bread is often stale, they cut back on the meat, cookies are either burnt or undercooked. The other location’s food was incredible by comparison, loaded with toppings, meat and lots of sauce. And the bread was sooo soft and fresh. I definitely won’t be ordering from the Mission location anymore.

Subway, in Mission district, is an eating place that features 'submarine' nd lots of other simple food. The setting is plain but comfortable and includes phone power outlets. Being located in Mission makes the restaurant convenient to many other services and to a good bus route. The C-train serves the area from the 25 Ave station and is a 10 minute walk to the main shopping drag of 4 St SW. This area in total is a pleasant place to be with attractive housing and popular restaurants/ bistros that are appealing to many residents and visitors.

The food was okay, but the worker just straight up rude towards me. He asked me to get him chips and pop for him while he is putting together some one else's mobile order. I laughed and asked if he was serious and looked angry at me and said yes. I am a paying customer I have no obligation to do anything for the staff. Every time I walk in to this subway and I see him, I turn around and go to mucho burrito across the street. He usually works the evening shifts, and he is short with short dark hair and a beard. Cant stand that guy

I'm not sure if it's the times I goto this subway but I've gotten the same two employees every time. And I have to say this is probably the best subway I've been to. The sandwiches are so we'll put together, I've been to so many subways but the two people I've had make my subs here are 10/10, they don't skimp out on ingredients and they are assembled perfect. Don't order take out from here, get up and go get it yourself. This place has saved me after a long day after work, thank you.

Very Poor quality! The don't cover the food at all. The steak and chicken look soooo bad. Steak looked almost purple and wet - was it cooked at all?? Veggies - poor quality! Bread - very bad quality - you can't call it a bread. After a few hours I had the worse stomach pain. And still feel discomfort!! Customer service - great! Food - very bad ! Its the second time I've tried this location and have to say - definitely the last time !! Do not recommend this location. Sorry.

This Subway location ROCKS!! Our Excel Synchronized Swimming team came from Edmonton to compete in the April 2018 Wildrose Classic Provincials, and Pranav (owner) helped me plan in advance, organize and deliver with 100% accuracy and on time to the Repsol Centre 61 individual sub orders, sorted and boxed by team and swimmer name. Worst subway Iv ever been to. it was my first time here today and my last. The guy working wasn’t wearing a name tag but he was VERY RUDE. And then over charged me for my meal. I go to subway lots and I know what the pricing is. He Was very sloppy at making the subs and listening to what I want. I don’t care what the job is you do not treat people that way. Not impressed at at. Step up your game and also who you hire.

This location is great they've supplied sandwiches for our River cleanup at a 25% discount and arranged for the delivery right on time. The staff is friendly and helpful, this was our 3rd year. Everyone also loved the cookies are especially good at a very good price. It seems the most cost effective way to order sandwiches for an event like this is to get the 12 inch and have them cut in half and wrapped.

Ordered over skip the dish, and took close to two hours for delivery time. I’m sorry but in what world does it take over an hour to make a damn sandwich? Seriously? Like I understand there’s probably customers in the store, but isn’t there a system for that? Like one customer then one skip order and just keep alternating so it’s fair? Just seems so absurd to me that it would take that long ya know?

Not all Subway restaurants are created equal. Although the product is supposedly the same everywhere, what sets this location apart is the care and skill from the excellent staff. The freshness, quality of the food and overall experience is unparalleled at any franchise. We used to live in the neighborhood, but now we go out of our way to frequent this Subway, because it's the best one.

This wasn't as good as a normal subway expirence. On this afternoon I stopped in an tried something new. For $6 I got a sandwich and mac/cheese. My sub was supposed to be toasted and went in the toaster but didn't come out toasted. Also, the Mac&Cheese didn't really have flavour and was watery. I do belive this is a decent establishment... I just belive the staff needs more training!

I was never a big fan of subway but it's a fresh, affordable option in the neighborhood. There's a young man there who's always there when I go in the late evening, i think his name is Jashan. He's such a pleasant, genuinely friendly person and I appreciate that so much! Whatever they're paying him, it's not enough. Give the smiley man a raise!

This location is not consistent. I always have to ask for a little more lettuce or any other veggies. I do not get the tuna here anymore because it tastes really weird every time. It’s an okay place to go when all options have failed me and I can ride one of those scooters there easily.

When ever we pass through Calgary, we always pas through this place. customer service is amazing, very sanitised, reasonable pricing. My last experience there was horrible! Staff was so rude and mean! They did not get my order right. Not cleaned. I swear will not be going here again.

I ordered through Skip the Dishes today. My sandwich is amazing. They followed my special instructions which easy on the veggies. I dropped one star because they also put light sauce on my sandwich which I didn’t instruct them. All in all, they made my sandwich good. :)

Best subway in Calgary! This place is clean, make great sandwiches, friendly staff, open all the time, they have everything on the menu, tons of soups, I come here everyday and have lost 32lbs so far! I eat the egg white with bacon wraps at least twice a day!!

Guy at the counter was very rude. My sub was very sloppy and to top it off the counter he was making subs on was filthy and wrapped my sub in a paper that looked like it had been used to make 5 other subs before mine. Disgusting and a major health violation.

They cater to Skip the Dishes ahead of any counter service. You can stand there for 30 minutes without anyone else in line. Restaurants whine about the amount of money they are losing to Skip but then treat their walkup business like they aren't a priority.

You know what you're in for from Subway. Staff is friendly and quick despite some less than ideal customers. This is a small but busy location; I wouldn't recommend eating in unless you sit at the window, as the lunch line up goes through the store.

The sandwich making skills were amazing, I was awe, the little boy making my sub had alot of great customer service, the little man was a great employee and every subway worker should be like him

Super poor service. Ordered off Door Dash and we got there 10 minutes after pickup time and they hadn't even started our order. Also didn't pack any cutlery for the rice bowls. We ordered ahead for a reason.

They are very stingy on the toppings and sauce here. Had to ask the employee to put extra of everything I asked for just to get a normal amount of toppings that you would get at any other subway location.

Their sign says open 24 hours just to get customers... I went there twice after hours and it was closed but they have a big red sign hanging during the week saying 24 hours.. lie!

Subway needs to totally revamp its items. Food is so bland and tasteless. I'd put Subway at the very bottom of sandwiches. Go to Mr. Sub or Quiznos instead.

Open 24 which is great but the best quality is its staff. They have to deal with weirdos in the middle of the night and are still very friendly.
