Today, Dec. 17,2020, 5:30pm. I asked my husband to buy food as I don’t want cook food. He went to subway to buy for us. I never like raw onion since birth so i asked for NO ONION and okay for the rest my 6inches roasted chicken sub. And my husband ordered 6inches koolkats too but the guy in subway gave him12inches which he doesn’t really care. But mine? i do care cuz he put RAW ONION in my sub and i wasn’t happy of it. I never like onion raw and i was disappointed when i checked it. It’s cold to walk back again to change it so i just picked up all onions and throw it and eat up the rest. Which was I don’t enjoy as i still can taste onion all over. I never hated onion if its cooked. I just never like the taste of it when its raw. My point is, THEY SHUD LISTEN OF WHATS CUSTOMERS ORDER BEFORE DOING IT AND DO IT RIGHT. This is my 2nd time that having onion even i said NO ONION but the 1st time i was there standing and stopped the lady to put onion. This time my husband didn’t notice as he was confident he told the guy twice.

Worst subway in Calgary. If you order online they will definitely screw it up. When you visit they are consistently rude and incompetent. You would think they grew the vegetables themselves with how stingy they are. Tried to order a rice bowl with rotisserie chicken today and she told me I had to order a green goddess and pay more for chicken. I asked to just charge me for a chicken bowl which subway does all the timeand she just started flexing on me that she's the manager and she makes the rules. Well I guess they had to just throw it out because I left and went 5 min down the street where they happily abliged. I'll drive the extra 5 min from now on to the one by co-op. Peace get new management

So I ordered online through the app, I picked up and immediately asked them to remake my sandwich because it was wrong. To this point both ladies were almost arguing with me when I had actual proof of their mistake. I politely asked them to remake it, and the lady then proceeded to tell me three different times that this will be the only time she will remake a sandwich. I get home and open my sandwich because it is literally dripping and I feel she added the excessive amount of hot sauce to the point it is inedible out of spite. I will also be reporting this elsewhere. Not happy. Not only did they mess up my order, I was argued with by both employees and then they ruined my replacement...

I have been visiting this location a bit more because its close to home and coupons came in the mail.I have been phoning in to place my order to avoid line ups during covid. Both times I have called in a young man has tried to not take my order. The first time someone else stepped in ( assuming it was the manager) and was gracious and took my order. The second time, the fellow told me he had a delivery and told me to go online to order. I bought the app, but they don’t let you use coupons on app, so I phoned in again and a lovely female employee took my order. If he’s not interested in taking phone orders, maybe have other employees answer the phone. Thanks.

With their new staff, the service is great. Friendly, properly made sandwiches. When I have ordered through Uber Eats, if they do not have something I want, such as the type of bread I specified, they always call to apologize and confirm which I would rather have. If they are unable to get ahold of me, they leave a note apologizing. exceptional service, at a huge contrast to the location near Chinook Ctrain Station (near Community Natural Foods, not the one in the Home Depot). Skip over the one by Chinook in favor of the location on Heritage Dr. And Fairmount Dr. If you have the choice, you will get better service and a better sandwich.

The people were so nice and when I dropped my cookies they gave me two more that weren't contaminated and the place looked like brand new and super clean

The ladies who were working when I visited today are SO sweet! The most warm, genuine inviting smiles, and the one building my sandwich took the time to chat pleasantly and quickly about our days. She also went above and beyond, by confirming I was happy with it before wrapping it up (of course I was, she made it beautifully!) I really hope they get recognition for their efforts and warmth - being a shining light in today's world makes all the difference, even in a little fast food setting

This sub way does have a few school related problems at lunch time. Which was when I was there. I had no problem going through and getting things done in a very reasonable time. There is a sign on the door warning the students not to overly congregate here tho. The students that were there at the same time were fine. They were well behaved and I think the problems were an isolated incident. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the sub was well done and fresh. Just a normal subway close to a school.

This restaurant has messed up/incorrectly made everything I’ve ordered for pickup on the app or through skip the dish. Pick up is often cold when it’s supposed to be toasted even when showing up at the appropriate time for pickup. When ordering in person they often cheap out on the ingredients and staff interact with each other more than the customer

Went In today to get lunch as we had just a week prior. But today was a much more negative experience... I am all for the safety and well being of all in the location however today was not the case. The one worker requested myself and other half to maintain social distancing... directly to us a gay couple... not to the parent and kids or to the other hetrosexual couple behind us. I can for one say I will no longer return to this homophobic location.

Staff are always friendly and prompt with service. I like this location because they remember my order, they always wash their hands before serving and are cautious of avoiding contamination ( I have allergies). The manager once offered me free cookie (during Christmas time) as I was the last customer of the night. A very sweet gesture and will definitely return to this location for my veggies subs.

Went in and saw potato bacon soup on display, asked for it and they said they didn't have it and had the wrong sign up. I said we'll that sucks and they were very rude and scoffed then said sorry and it didn't sound like they cared at all so I walked out and refuse to go back to that location again because this has happened before. I just wish they wouldn't advertise what they don't have.

Well..yanno. it's Subway. Need a snack? Pop in. But don't call it actual food. Remember, the Irish government won't even call their bread "bread". I'm also not sure that they're meat is meat. Plus, Jarrod. I'm giving the service a Highmark. These people are all hard working and pleasant and deserve much better paying jobs.

This was by far the best subway I’ve ever been to! Gemma and Manvir were so sweet and amazing. We got in right before closing, around 8:15, and they gave us free cookies and offered us drinks. It really made it an awesome experience and I will be returning! Thank you guys :D

What happened to this subway? This place is terrible, I use to come here once a week, I won't be back. Service is horrible. Want to feel like no one cares about your food or wants to help you stop here. I can't believe subway is letting this location use their name. Our whole office will travel further for better care and quality.

Our order was completely wrong so I went to the store to get the order corrected. Parkeet told me to deal with SKIP directly. Then he told me it's not his problem. I showed him the confirmation of the order & Parkeet still said , "call SKIP". Not at all good service. I won't be going back there. Sincerely. Gordon

This subway is honestly the best. Incredible people work here. They are always so kind to me when I go in and it’s a very welcoming atmosphere. Great sandwiches every time I go. Fresh ingredients, and they aren’t stingy with the toppings on your sandwich. Highly recommend this establishment.

Good food, but the staff are very rude towards the students at the local school. Students waiting on friends to get their food weren't allowed to be in store with lunch bags and if they did, it would result in getting them kicked out since this establishment is so profit hungry.

I frequent subway pretty often for lunch and most of them are mediocre or even gross but this location seams to have got new owners for something and it’s amazing now. Food taste better and the people are really friendly.

This is the way a Subway should be operated. Always fresh and friendly, with generous amounts of veggies without needing to be asked. I've tried new things here that I wouldn't have tried at my other location. This is now my favourite subway in the area. Good job, team. ♥

The people in there are not personable. And every time that I go in there they don’t have what I want their stock is very minimal. The only reason that I go there is because it’s right by my work and every time that I go in there I’m very disappointed!

My absolute go-to Subway in the city. The staff are incredibly friendly and great at what they do behind the counter; very fast and efficient. I’ve never had a bad sub from here, and never had an unpleasant experience. Best in the city!

Didn't have any bad experiences here. All friendly work fast and they say thank you when your leaving and respond to you when you say thank you. It could be a little cleaner in the bathrooms. Other than that this subway is pretty good.

Some subways are a bit cheap on toppings. These guys were not. I also find not all stores have all toppings but they did. The sandwich artist was attentive and helpful. All and all a great subway if you are in the area.

Not a fan of this location. My sub was not wrapped nice and tight and when I went to ear it, it was a mess. Wasn't impressed with the employees talking about me in low whispers then switching to a different language.

Literally the best subway on earth. They are so generous and you never have to ask for extra go here almost every single day for lunch,will continue to. If subway had a Hall of Fame this one would get goat status.

From my experience: One of the best subways in the city. Crisp green lettuce and fresh red tomatoes, an unexpectedly rare occurrence from the franchise. If you like subway, this is definitely one worth visiting.

Everytime I go there these guys never change there gloves from going to one sandwich to another. Some people don't eat meat and some don't eat pork. They don't seem to respect that fact! Not going there again.

This location has fresh veggies and are usually pretty quick.

It was first time for us at this location but I found the staff was very nice 2 girls served us-komal and jaspreet. Store was very clean and extremely clean and hygienic place to eat.

Customer service is horrible! There is one staff member that kept on staring at us and telling us that we had to leave so other customers could sit when there was many open tables.

Stupidest rule I have ever heard " washroom is closed after 8pm"? Wth . Very inconvenient and worst kind of customer service. Where can customer go if they have to go for pee?

Usually have full choice of daily fresh breads. Cream for single plastic serving is actually 18% cream. Could be a store for making conference sized Subway delivery.

Horrible sandwich maker this evening she did not care one bit she made my sub so sloppy and uneven have been going here for 20 years, sad to say will not be back

Food was delicious, but a drink was missing from our SkiptheDishes pickup and didn't realize until I was home so I reached out to Skip to fix and they did.

Great memory they know my order and its always ready in a few minutes. Staff are always pleasant and friendly they make the customer feel appreciated.

Average at best. Often there is tons of school kids here at lunch and it's chaos! Avoid lunch hour on school days if you can.
