Myself and coworker went into this Subway at about 1:15 pm today. To start I ordered a veggie sub and had to continously ask for more vegetables as the worker was putting only three of everything on my sub (three slices of green pepper, three slices of onion etc). My asking for more of each vegetable seemed to be really inconveniencing the woman making my sub. When my sub was finished I walked to the till to pay but the woman put my sub down and went back to make my coworkers. I went to the bathroom while I was waiting. Upon returning there was a man at the till (he seemed like the manager or the owner). My coworker asked if I wanted a meal and I declined. Upon leaving she told me the man had asked her if I wanted a meal and her response was "I don't know" he then asked her why she doesn't know what kind of chips I like. He then asked her to text me to hurry things up and figure out if I wanted a meal. She declined and this seemed to not be a satisfactory answer to him. This is confusing as we were the only people in the restaurant at this point in time. I will not return to this Subway, as I have never experienced such lazy, unimpressed, rude and pushy service in my life, I can understand one employee with a bad attitude but its pretty discouraging that every employee in the place felt it was necessary to treat customers like this. Lastly, upon reading the other reviews I would like to clarify that this is the subway in the complex across from the Kingsway LRT station by Dominos and Fresh and not the Kingsway Mall Location.

This Subway is perfection. I work with an out of school care with about 30 kids and we did a hot lunch through this location. I've never had a smoother time, the manager was fantastic, he took the time to make sure that all the orders were correct and even offered to drive out anything if we found any mistakes - which we did not. The food was hot and made perfectly for all the kids. I would recommend this Subway to everyone, the staff are patient and friendly, & I can't rave enough about Donny - He was happy to help with coordinating the hot lunch and ensuring everything went smoothly and is so personable! Huge shout out to the whole team at Kingsway, Keep doing what you're doing - You're all fantastic!!

Straight up the best Subway restaurant I've been to in Edmonton. I feel like i always get the owner or manager making my subs, some dude who's really talkative and friendly. Holy cow does that guy ever know how to piece together a sandwich. Picture perfect every time. I almost felt bad for using a coupon because the dude was so friendly and the food was so good lol Last I checked there are 3 subways in the neighbourhood; 1) inside Kingsway Mall 2) inside the Royal Alex hospital 3) the Subway across from the LRT station - the good one - could be more inside NAIT but I'm no student - If you're in the area and want a really well made Subway sandwich and super friendly customer service go to location 3

This is my go to store for subway most of the time. Never really had any issues till today. Both employees didn't know how to make the item I ordered and didn't know how to type my order into the register. They seemed overwhelmed, which isn't their fault. Management should probably make sure there's at least one knowledgeable/veteran employee on shift. And if none are available maybe stick around and help? Other then that, this store has been amazing up until now! Always super friendly, even today, apologizing for the wait.

Just ate at this location, this is the one outside of kimgsway, not the one located inside the mall. The owner is very nice and down to earth, he made my sub and he made sure that the vegetables I asked for were in every single bite. I never seen a subway sandwich maker put so much love and effort into the making of the sub. This is hands down the best subway sandwich I've had in any subways stores that I have eaten at! Highly recommend this place! Their skip is open late as well so its a great healthy snack for those midnight munchies.

I worked at subway for a few years in the past and this subway does everything that other subways don't. Appropriate amount of cheese on the herb and cheese bread, they aren't stingy with the veggies, very clean, and have the prettiest ladies of all time working there.

Unsure how the two young Indian girls working during the evening got hired, when they have zero skills or respect while making people’s food, they were throwing veggies at each other and playing while making the subs, and one was making a skip order and she squeezed the sauce on and started spreading it with a knife for some odd reason… clearly was not trained to make a sub correctly.

Such a rude woman. I had to go back and get the receipt even. Who does she think she is. No deal 3 for $25. Got the smallest subs in history. Girl just kept saying that's it thats it I wouldn't mind if it was busy 5.30 Monday evening. Absolutely rude woman. Honestly can't belive it Had to pay extra for guacamole when it was supposed to be on the sandwich. No soup for the combo. Just a very rude woman who should not be working there

I ordered my sub and cookies through skip the dishes from work. I was super excited to get into my cookies when I discovered, instead of giving me two, they thought it best to give 1 and a half. Anyone with a work ethic, and a customer oriented attitude would of noticed this and not served this poor quality. I take my cookies very seriously.. How do I know that someone didn't eat half of my cookie while it was being delivered?

The best subway to order from on UberEats! Lots of different chips, cakes, soups and they have potato bites! The potato bacon soup is TO DIE FOR and they follow special requests when asked for extra sauce and stuff. The cake is a nice size slice for the price you pay too and not to mention delicious.

Seems like every time I order delivery from this location, the food isn't great. I even specify "lots of veggies, lots of sauce" etc, and I'm only given a little tiny sprinkle of each and not even enough sauce to give the subs any kind of flavor, however their soup selection is way better than most locations which is why I'm so conflicted :( please use more toppings, you're so close to 5 stars

The subs are great and the produce is always fresh. The soup selection is sometimes limited but overall it's not bad. The staff are friendly, but there is one staff member who often needs me to repeat myself when ordering and makes a huge mess of sandwiches by not closing them properly. There ends up being sauce everywhere and toppings falling out. Everyone else is great though!

The restaurant was quite neat and although the dining area is a bit small, it would not be a bad idea for a make-shift date. Although their service could be improved, overall it was a good experience.

Sub wasn't made very well, they somehow squished the sub so all my cheese was pushed to the back? Also they only have 7up in stock at their fountain machine but do not tell you that when you're buying the drink!! Shout out to a guy in training there though (Emanuel I think) he was so polite and courteous and was stellar for being in training!!

The best Subway I've visited since Wainwright! Like, they actually put a decent amount of food onto the sub and they asked if I wanted it toasted or not instead of assuming... Because I dislike it toasted. The staff was friendly, smart, and observant. While I had to go quite out of my way to get there, I'd GLADLY do it again!

Friendly staff in not the friendliest location. I also saw the staff deal with rude food delivery drivers with a lot of class and responded appropriately! Good job on dealing with all kinds of people! You all deserve a little better from patrons!

Excellent location for a fast lunch to stay or to go. This location is very clean and the washrooms are kept clean. The owner and staff are super helpful and friendly. Lots of parking. Excellent Food! Subway has evolved over the years and have added salads, soups, grilled paninis and grilled wraps! Very Nice!

Foods always hood and today the manager was training a new artiste and he was being very kind to the young guy!!! I was gonna be a difficult customer but I thought better not mess with the peeps making your food !!!

ordered ubereats at like 1 AM so i wasn’t expecting anything mind blowing, but this was actually the best subway i’ve ever had. and i’ve eaten a lot of subway over the years. very generous portion of meat and the perfect amount of sauce. really good quality from this location!

Ordered from here, apparently it takes over an hour to make a sandwich or you have really lazy employees. Whenever i go to a subway In person it only takes about 5 minutes so why on earth would it take 72 minutes, not including delivery time for a sandwich?!

Avoid this place. Not fresh food, rude customer service, and they charge over $1.00 for a cup of tap water. Would not recommend.

By far the best Subway in Edmonton. Even though it was 11:30pm, the staff were friendly, and passionate. This may seem insignificant, but the quality of our food was off the charts compared to other locations. I highly recommend this location over others.

After a tough day for my family we needed a quick and easy dinner to take away. We ordered a sub platter and it was perfect. The presentation and care put into it as well as the sauces and napkins and knifes on the side were much appreciated.

Went here at like 230am on a Thursday and the two guys working were the best. They put care into my sammie and I appreciated it. They had fun and so I did too

Definitely one of the better locations. Never too busy, ingredients are always fresh/never frozen, and service is good. I always go here instead of the one on 118th (in the Mac's).

The Manager is ALWAYS friendly and professional when I go there for lunch. No matter what day. Very efficient staff. The store is also very clean. Love going to this location
