I ordered curbside an hour before I picked up. My order was not received (slightly irritated but understandable) I asked can they make my order. They said I would have to pay again. I told them I already paid. Showed my email receipt and even my bank notification of the order confirmation. They told me to contact customer care (which talks in circles and nothing resolved). They refused to make my food even though I confirmed the correct address and paid order. They didn’t even have the courtesy to make my order due to their machine not pulling my order. Then I left to call again and they were rude. Like I don’t want free food, I want to food I paid for made. But I will be sure to never spend another dime with this franchise. Customer service SUCKS.

The bread tasted fresher and just better in general then most subways I’ve been to. All the veggies looked fresh and crisp as well. The guy who made my sandwich was pleasant and friendly enough. Clean restaurant and they had Christmas decorations up which made me happy (tis the season) ...just an added nice touch. They had great options of cookies too. Typically when I go to other subway locations they’re out of cookies .....but not here. They even had variety I hadn’t seen at other subways. Only complaint (and its not their fault) is location. It’s attached to gas station (separate entry doors no walk thru door). So lots of interesting things to see in the parking lot.

It was ok....slim on the meat to bread ratio and when I picked the toppings very very slim on adding it...i got home to eat the sub....and all I tasted was bread...very disappointed BUT .I got 3 cookies (2 Chocolate Chip 1 Macadamia Nut) and they were great!

The owner I'm assuming who works the front counter and his wife, they were very rude and disrespectful. They were rushing me when making my decision, I was on the phone with my mom trying to hear what she wanted and put me here her because of their music playing behind the counter in the back. They were very skimp on the meat and other additions on the sandwich which I've been to other subways before and I'm pretty sure I know what is the standard for certain subs.

Stopped in for a couple sandwiches and we were glad we did! I had a 6" turkey breast on Italian Herb & Cheese, toasted with provolone, then loaded with veggies. After the tasteful upsale from a kind employee, I accepted her offer and made it a combo. Glad I did, because those salt & vinegar chips and lemonade were great too! I went with 5 stars because of this location's cleanliness, quality finished product, kindness, value and taste. Thanks, Subway!

Subway seems to be going downhill. Each time we go, something negative happens! This time, the food did not taste fresh. The employee, Nick , must have been new... He didn't cut or wrap our sandwiches, he merely rolled them up in the paper, open ended! Unfortunately, the Italian dressing dripped all over my clothes! He did not fill the sandwich with toppings, only plopped them in the middle. So disappointing! Subway is no longer a favorite.

The best Subway in Jax period. My wife and I eat here weekly and have never gotten a sub that was fresh. We have a Subway right by our home but drive a little over 10 miles to this one because there always awesome and made your way. If you haven't you really should try this Subway it's worth the drive and the money.

Extremely poor customer service. This now the second time they would rather focus their attention to baking bread or prepping tomatoes than tend to their customers that have been waiting a tremendous amount of time to be served. But it ponders me that the bread is top priority- last time I ate there the bread was stale. Will not be dining in the poor establishment again!

Orders are almost never correct. And when they decide they don't want to do your order they just cancel it and don't bother to call you. I'm so tired of this with this particular location that I'm going to start ordering subs from somewhere else. Especially since no one wants to resolve this franchise's problems.

I love this subway location, I really hate that they dont accept coupons which I think is unfair to customer's. I have been told that all locations should accept coupons but this location dont which I have went to other locations just to use my coupons.

I like this subway they always have my food ready on time when I order online and always nice to me. Only things I don’t like is how many ingredients they put on the sandwiches and they don’t accept any of the coupons. I hope they will not be as stingy and learn to give deals like other subways. Staff is a little rude some days. Not sure if they are related or married. Very stingy with the meat will shake it an extra time or two even after leveled. Never say thank you or welcome definitely not have a good day or come again. It's close to work for a short break and rotation of lunch options.

I come to this subway all the time because it is usually clean. However, at my last visit only one of the employees was wearing their mask correctly! Including a girl who didn’t have one on at all! Then another man was wearing it off his nose. I am very unpleased with this.

This Subway was clean. The staff isn’t too friendly, but not unfriendly either. They had moderately fast service. Note: Sprite doesn’t taste *quite* like Sprite. Tasted like a lemon-lime off brand? Not sure. I’d recommend this Subway. It’s not amazing, but pleasant enough.

The subway is disgusting they do not have enough employees, the bread is not fresh the toaster do not work they were out of majority of the vegetables. You really should look into hiring more employees to keep your restaurant clean and your shelves stocked.

I placed an order online and stilll got charged full price then when i picked the order up my sandwiches was not what i ordered. I think this placed sucks i will never order anything from subway online again. I was really disappointed..

FANTASTIC OWNER/OPERATOR!! I have eaten at this subway for 5 years now with the same owner operator. They are just the best. They care about the customer, their orders. Keep up the great job. Subway should be proud. Your customers are!

Clean restaurant and bathroom was clean but trash bin was overflowing in the ladies. One staff member only at dinner but not much wait time. Six inch flat bread was toasted and built to order. I will return to this location.

The food is good, but... I purchased a softdrink from the fountain and I got coke a cola. It tasted like Crown and Coke. Liquor.... That's not good. I threw my whole drink away. I won't purchase fountain drink's anymore.

I have been coming to this subway since I was 10 I am now 21 I have known the same worker and he is great. He remembers my order as soon as I come in. They also have broccoli cheddar soup which is the best.

I'm tried the bacon chicken guacamole wrap with olive pickles tomatoes onions and lettuce it was delicious. My wrap was spinach and the entire wrap was excellent. Please try it and see if you like it.

They won't accept any types of coupons at this location which if you going to send out coupons from your company your stores need to accept them
