My family had a really bad experience here. I should have been more cautious when I saw the hand written note pleading for patience from 2pm to 5pm because there's only one person. There's six of us and it took 45 minutes for them to make the sandwiches. We were the ONLY ones in the establishment. There were two employees there but only 1 was helping us. The other was shuffling back and forth making more bread for some reason. The one helping us kept running out of supplies and would sigh and look irritated each time he had to go back to restock. He also made us wait for each toasting. Most other subways toast more than one sandwich at a time. Not here, it was one by one. On top of that, they made our sandwiches wrong. For instance, I ordered an Italian BMT and got a Spicy Italian. The bread was old. The veggies were old and slimy. I recommend to stay away.

Worst subway I’ve ever been to. The level of service here is ridiculous. I’ve been here on several occasions and always hope to get better service the next time but after today, I’m done coming here. I walked in and only one person was in front of me, somehow it still took over 15 mins to get my food and that was with 4 people working. The entire time only one person worked at a time. They didn’t bother to have a sense of urgency or help each other either. My sandwich sat for 5 mins before it moved on to the next person when the other three people sanding around could’ve jumped in and finished it but instead stood there just watching. One of them was on her cell phone the entire time walking around not doing a thing. Definitely terrible management and customer service here.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ORDERING AHEAD BECAUSE IF THEY'RE TOO BUSY THEY WILL MAGICALLY LOSE YOUR ORDER THEN MAKE YOU WAIT IN LINE. THERE'S NO POINT IN ORDERING AHEAD IF I JUST HAVE TO STAND IN LINE TO REORDER MY FOOD. OHHHHHH AND THERE'S AND OLDER LADY WITH GRAY FLUFFED OUT HAIR THAT THREW HER HAND UP AT ME AS IF SHE WAS SIGNALING ME TO STOP TALKING WHEN I TOLD HER I HAD ALREADY PAID ONLINE. BEYOND RUDE WHEN IM ALREADY FRUSTRATED AND HAD MY TWO SMALL KIDS IN TOW. THE TOTAL LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS PLACE IS PATHETIC. MY FAMILY WILL NEVER EVER EVER EAT AT ANOTHER SUBWAY SINCE Y'ALL DONT KNOW HOW TO CONDUCT BUSINESS PROPERLY

I placed a mobile order on my way up there. When I walked in there were only 2 people in line and one female worker behind the counter. I sat and waited then seen a male employee come from the back and start my order only to walk off and leave it sitting there for a good 5mins before the female employee came to finish it. Definitely don't recommend this location at all

I have not eaten subway in 8 years .. since I ran 3 stores... I said sure let's stop ... . we got food poisoning from this location that night. And we were sick for 4 days .. could never get a hold of anyone at the store or corporate... very sad the kid that was working .. didn't even want to wait on us.. very slow .. not switching gloves in between touching things.. I am still waiting to hear back.. .. I had to ask for a bowl for my sandwich it fell completely apart..

Tucked away in a small strip mall right next to a police station I was surprised to see how big and roomy it was. The staff was friendly and helpful and it was clean. Food was great and I was able to get in and out quickly. But I would definitely come back and eat inside because of how much room there was.

Out of at least 1 ingredient for every sandwich I asked for. I settled for something and didn’t find out they were out of a key ingredient until I was 30 dollars lighter. 2 sandwiches and a salad… whoever is responsible for making sure the very untrained staff have what they need have failed miserably. They don’t have to worry about my business any more. I just hope anyone planning on going there doesn’t expect much.

I was very overcharged for my 6 inch build your own sub! The server spoke way too quietly couldn't hear her. She didn't seem to care. Overcharging? Messed up. Not going back! Stingy on the meat. Very poor customer service. This place needs help. It is sad.that I have to go to a further Subway to get a decent sandwich at a decent price with better customer service. Might as well close this one.

10/03/21 If I could give this place 0 starts I would. The customer service here sucks & it’s ridiculous. Lady had a whole attitude. Like if you don’t like your job , get a new one. She even had me lock the door at 8pm when the sign say they don’t close til 9 . I DONT WORK HERE ! It’s ridiculous and her whole mood & demeanor was off . RUDE & UNPLEASANT! Never again . If I could rate no starts I would. It’s messy in there, they don’t have the curbside delivery sign out side they have it inside the building by a booth. My online order said it was ready at 1:25 and they haven’t even started on it and it’s been ten minutes since then. Don’t recommend ordering online or coming here at all. Everything is sticky and gross. Absolutely rude and disgusting. She wasn’t even gonna tell me they were out of cookies!! I asked for a refund she waved her hand up at me. Who do I report this place to?

If you want meat inside your sandwich then don't go to this subway. I bought 4 footlongs and 2 out of the 4 had little to no meat. One didn't have all my items (ie: lettuce, dressing) I requested in them. The attendant was rude and throwing my sandwiches in the bag. I had curbside pickup but had to go inside because I waited for 10 mins and nobody came out to give me my order. This will be the last time I go to this location.

The guy behind conter only took 1 person's order then went to the bak of the store to grab himself food. He came out without his mask and was eating right behind the counter. After we told him the were still 2 more orders, he ask what we wanted. We told him he needs to put on his mask and gloves first. He didn't until he put away ALL the loafs bread (no mask or gloves or washing his hands). This location is a health hazard even if COVID wasn't an issue.

Be Aware and Warned – DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION SUBWAY at lunch_ area has construction all over and location only has one grump lady and one young girl – no employees – and air condition is turned off and toast was turned off, because no air. Then this makes your sandwich cold, no hot steak or stuff. Be aware and warned. Oh, the owner has lots of friends, that post lies on this location. no employees and lots of Construction people to buy sandwiches.

Consistently had to repeat my order to the two behind the counter. Still got it wrong. After waiting forever I didn't bother correcting the fact they put the wrong meat on it still. Got to work, and it tasted like a ton of salt had been thrown on the sandwich. Totally inedible. I have given this place numerous chances for lunch and each time something has been wrong. I wont be back again, and most people should just avoid this location.

The store manager acted like it was an inconvenience for us to come in when there was literally no one else there. Charged me for the sandwich before I finished ordering, after I was charged I asked if I could get Avocado on my sandwich to which she replied “I already charged you and didn’t charge for avocado, so no. Unless you want to pay again.” So if you’re looking for even a decent experience, don’t go to this one.

Not sure if they changed management. Eveyone was rude... when asked why they dont have roast beef "umm sir we just dont" the Supervisor whipsers in employees ear some ish and ended up spending $18 on a pair of clubs with salami replacing roast beef... asked the guy ringing me if he had that right and he was "told" it was an upcharge... ill be going to somewhere else

The guys who serve me are always nice, food is always good. Only complaint to whoever it concerns is how frequently out of stock they are with bottle drinks and food items usually, but again, I enjoy the food whatever I do get and service.

Worst customer service The lady used her hands to make the chopped salad. She also said that I have to pay extra for shredded cheese. It was a disaster so instead of arguing with her I left. What took the cake for me is that she went to the back looked for plates with the same gloves on and then came back to mix the salad with her hands

I didn't even want to give this place a 1 star but I had to so it would let me post this review. I ordered a meatball sandwich that lady didn't warm up the meatballs and put way to much tomato sauce the sandwich was disgusting. I don't plan to ever going back to Subway I should of went to Scholskeys their sandwiches are way better!

We had several people with us, on our way to Church, I arrived at 10 min to 6 pm. Got our last ordered item at 6.30 pm. May not go back....just took to long.

How many brain cells does it take to make a sandwich Idiots! I've been here several times thinking it might just be a bad day for someone! The menu is right behind them and they still don't know what to do!!! I will go out of my way to avoid the high irritation I get from this store! Train your employees!!!!!

I work very close to this and I must say this place is my one and only hope to find food in case i couldn't cook. There are not many restaurants in this area and being a vegetarian i have very limited options. I go to this subway for veggie patty or a chopped salad and the waiters always make it right.

I had the pleasure of running a service call at this location and feel that Brittany deserves recognition for having an awesome personality and speaking to the the other team members with the utmost respect. I see a lot of restaurants and see a lot of people but Brittany really stands out.

We did a pick up order and when we arrived the guy working was closing up at 9:00 and they don’t close until 10. Also didn’t make our sandwich right AT ALL.

This particular Subway was overpriced and the service was extremely slow. We were the only customers there at that moment and it took almost ten minutes to get two sandwiches. I would not suggest going to this location if you are looking for a quick lunch.

I had been in this shop twice in a week and they were out of items I wanted on my sandwich both times. The store does not appear to be kept in a very neat order and I more than likely wont make it a regular dining stop. A bit disappointed with this store.

The bread was baked excellently, the meat was really good and the veggies were crisp and delicious. The staff was little slow but they paid great attention to what I needed and they were very nice. I like this location and it's right off the highway.

Super clean, well-stocked, staff was very friendly and the restaurant itself was surprisingly unbusy. Strangely I didn't even have to tell the young lady how much of anything to put on my sandwich it was as if she already knew.

Ordered online mid day & doors were locked when I showed up at the time it said to pickup my order. Why did y'all accept my order if y'all were just gonna lock your doors & pretend to be closed in the middle of the day???

Service was cool. One drink machine was broke and the other had a bug in the ice. I got a drink without ice and had a big on my top. Didn’t see it until I was walking out and I didn’t bother to change it. Money wasted.

How long does it take to repair credit card machine? Food is as expected, people are generally friendly, but THREE weeks later, CC is still broken!? Management seems to have a hard time grasping the current century.

Typically good Subway sandwich, but incredibly slow service around lunch time. Half the prep area was closed down and only 3 people were behind the counter. By 1:00 PM the place had pretty much emptied out.

Disgusting produce. The cucumbers had fuzzy mold and everything looked slimy. I bailed out and they didn't have a clue. There wasn't anyone in there at lunch time and I know why.

When I came in today, the STORE MANAGER was very unwelcoming and unpleasant. Then, to top things off, my salad had dirt in it!!!! Needless to say, I had to skip lunch today.

Went in at 7:30 AM. Stood in line for about eight minutes and no one came to the front to serve me. They were all in the back laughing and joking and having a great time.

I frequent this location due to its proximity to my job! The ladies are always super helpful. And one even has my order (I’m a creature of habit - I know) memorized!!!

Went in and the toaster wasn't working, out of olives, turkey, rotisserie chicken and meatballs. The restaurant is very dirty.
