Frankly, I worked there. It was one of the worst places I have ever worked. The manager, Mark, changes the employees schedules around at the flip of a whim (with no reason to change it), he also consistently griped about the other employees to me (but would never do anything about his gripes about them), the other employees were not happy with how Mark was doing his job. Mark would also put me on closing, but never teach me to count the inventory or the register, Mark consistently calls patrons sweetie, darling, sugar, among other names of the same meaning which is truly unprofessional and inappropriate for any work environment. The back of the store where dishes are done and food is stored is so disorganized that it's always an adventure to find the product we need to put on the line. Not to mention the fact that they don't serve soup like some Subway restaurants do, when I worked there there were no deals period, when the sliders came out they never decided on a specific special for them so they charged $1.99 for 1 slider (which is the size of 2 McDonald's chicken nuggets side by side. Mark was a very unpleasant manager. Mark always changed his shirts in the back instead of going to the restroom to change like a normal person would do. All the employees had problems with the way things ran there and have discussed them with Mark, who did nothing to fix the problem. The prep for Monday is always done on Saturday and Mark would have us pre-date the food prepped on Saturday for Monday's date every week which caused much of the meat and veggies to be in the containers 2-3 days longer than the allotted amount of time. Mark and the schedule was an absolute disaster me and at least 2 other employees complained to the labor board about him. One employee asked for more hours and they got more days, but LESS hours than they normally get. Mark treats his employees as subhuman giving them part time hours at minimum wages (not even worth taking the job if offered it). Mark was always saying they're not making enough money to keep them open in Saturdays.... So frankly, I hope they close! Frankly, I don't recommend this Subway at all I hope they go out of business.

Update: Still give it 1 star. I ordered on the app and made all of the subs I ordered meals and chose bottled drinks as the drinks. I get there to pick up my order and the cashier goes there's your cups I said I ordered bottled drinks and go to grab them from the cooler and she said no, bottled drinks don't come with the meal deal, so I didn't grab them and I said well the app let me do it. She says let me ask my manager and she's like yeah they don't come in the meals, so I showed them on the app where I ordered bottled drinks and not fountain drinks. And the manager goes yeah they need to fix that. So I grabbed the bottles out of the cooler and the cashier says like oh you paid 2.70 or whatever and that's the cost of fountain drinks I said I ordered bottled drinks so I'm going to take the bottled drinks, Subway needs to fix their app. And under her breath she says you need to fix your attitude. I just walked away instead of continuing to have her argue with me. And the manager didn't say anything to her about how the cashier rudely spoke to me and argued with me. There’s no point in ordering ahead online. I got there and waited 10 mins to get someone’s attention and ask for my order. They hadn’t even started on it when it was supposed to be ready 15 mins before. Then they started making it and told me they don’t have pizza even though I ordered it online. Bread was super doughy, wasn’t baked long enough. I was there for 35 mins Don’t order ahead. Waste of time.

The worst subway i have been to in a while. Let me take you through what happened. I waited in line and the lady asked me what i wanted and then i told her and she proceeded to make a moblie order. She then looks at me and asks what i wanted again. I told her and she proceeded with the order. She asked me multiple times what i was getting and each time I told her and continued to have to repeat myself. She then left a large portion of my 6inch without anything, no ham, no cheese, nothing. Just bread. Then as I was waiting for my order to get out of the oven another employee shouts "hey" loudly at me and I look at her and she asked me with an attitude if the mobile order was mine and I said no. Then my order came out of the oven and the woman who yelled at me asked me if it was mine. I told her I wanted only mayo and mustard. The woman puts on stripe of mayo and one of mustard and asks me if I wanted anything else. I'm frustrated and I said no. Then she proceeds to wrap my sandwich and she squishes it. She squished it so much that the guy at the register asked me if it was a flatbread. I said no. I asked for two cookies and he kept making me repeat it and yhen patronized me by calling me sweetie. Disgusting experience. Very disappointed. Will not be coming back.

Alot of 5 stars so I guess I came in on the wrong day at the wrong time. 20 minutes before closing, the employee had already broken down the serving area. I ordered a meatball sub. Usually the meatballs are kept warm when in the pan and dropped in the warmer. Since she had pulled everything, the meatballs were cold. She grabs some wax paper and picks the meatballs up with her hand, using the wax paper instead of a utensil. That's because she had taken all the utensils to the back as though she would not be serving anymore customers the last 20 minutes. Anyways, she then places the meatballs in the microwave. She asked me what kind of bread and I told her. She asked me what what kind of bread again and I told her again. Yep, she asked me again and I told her for the third time. She seem so preoccupied with leaving rather than serve me attentively. This Subway closes at 7:00pm so I would not go there after 6:30pm if you want the service these 5-stars folks got.

Finally, there was a very nice man working there who took the key back and I was able to eat!! My opinion was, I was very uncomfortable! Maybe a sign on the door, would be sufficient?

Horrible experience. Do not order deliveries from Subway. Very unprofessional and horrible customer service. Placed a delivery order. The delivery driver Cynthia did not remember the orange juice. I could not contact her to fix the order. Subway on 620 Twiggs Ave, Tampa, FL 33602, would not answer the phone. I could not have them correct the order. Why are the employees not answering the phone?

They open at 7 a.m. which is great for it being in the center of downtown. I ordered a turkey sandwich and the bread and meat were both fresh, the cashier was very friendly

I was working downtown today and stopped in this subway and I was so impressed with the young girl working there. There were at least 6 people in line when I got there and she still had me out of there in about ten minutes. Her name was Yamie. She was the only employee in the whole building and she was so on point with her job. This woman deserves a better position with this company. Her attitude was amazing!

The sandwich was okay... the service not so much. One person was sweeping, another person was working on register (didn't greet me), and the person in the back was eating in plain view of customers and didn't wash her hands before coming out to finally greet me and make sandwich... the gloves being out on before touching anything of mine was the only thing that stopped me from walking out...

First off I’m an African American woman and the African American woman that worked when I ordered cursed at me jokingly because I chose curbside pick up. I filled out the survey and they thanked me for my service and apologized for them experience. I chose another location today and I had a similar situation about choosing curbside. People are so lazy these days and don’t want to work.

I went to this subway because it is closer to my work and I was on a quick lunch break. Upon arriving the doors were locked the open sign was on but there was nobody behind the counter there was bell with a sign saying “ring for assistance.” The new temporary hours posted on the door stated they were open 10-6 today it was 2:15 when I arrived.

Friendly staff, eager to serve. There's 3 ladies that are regularly there (I'll get their names next time) and they're always super helpful and happy to see you. It's refreshing for Customer Service to actually work. Amazing

It is not bad just two blocks from the Greyhound Station in Tampa eating there so you can go back to the Greyhound Station but I advised that customers could not use the Lavatory Rooms for men and women because the manager had to close the rooms due to the damages and it will be fixed but it was a good place to eat.

Almost 11: 00 am. From the get go. 1. No Italian herbs and cheese bread available. 2. Coffee machine broke. 3. Soups not ready. 4. No trays available. 2 employees 1 wearing a hat no net and the other no hat no net. Do not recommend this place.

First time coming here and won't come back. The lady working with no name tag had a nasty attitude. Very short you know she didn't want to be there. If you have workers that aren't going to be nice why have them? I'll travel anywhere but here

VERY Fast VERY friendly and ALWAYS fresh. Literally the busiest subway ive EVER been in with a VERY mixed crowd from jurors and sheriffs to homeless and thugs. Noone criticizes and service nearly always comes with a smile. Eat Fresh!!!!

I have never been a big subway fan but this one is convenient if your on the east side of downtown Tampa and in a hurry. The staff is very friendly but the meat quality is what makes this a three star instead of four.

I like this Subway because it's close by and I can walk up to it and eat about 2 sandwiches every day. And when I'm walking, I'm losing weight! Very healthy place if you ask me.
