How can a business state even in lockdown that they are open till 8 but won't allow customers in past 7:40. Even if you place a order online between the business hours are you won't get it as the last orders are done at 7:40, as the owners haven't advised the corporation of subway Australia the way in which they conduct business. I Will state I called to ask why, and the staff member said the owners made that decision to do this which is fair but with no advertisement except for a small sign saying open till 8, in most eyes that would mean last orders at 8. Not last order at 7:40 and your online will take money from us but the staff have all gone home. If your hours of business are displayed you need to stick to that. I understand covid has effected trade however don't lie. For example if you are going to state last order is at 7:40 then display it. Don't rip people off. Other wise do the honest thing and at 8pm if you aren't in the store you don't get service as your hours state

I hate that I am actually leaving a bad review but I've given them the benefit of the doubt soooooo many times. Why have 'additional notes' if they never read them. I feel like Riverwood Subway do it deliberately sometimes that's how many times they have messed my order up. We would usually order at night time which would be dinner time. They absolutely ruin our night by not following our notes. It's actually quite embarrassing!! READ the notes! We continually order from y'all because we love subway and everytime we think it's gonna be different but here I am leaving a bad review. How hard is it to toast our sandwiches when requested? How hard is it to add 2 extra ingredients. I order the same meal in-store and I get exactly what I ask for. Y'all are lazy !!

Life during Covid. My kids love Subway and l went to this one as opposed to Mortdale branch where l normally go. This was purely having to get something else in Rivo'...The service was good, polite, efficient. All you could ask for. I watched the staff prepare several sandwiches before my two came up. I have not seen this at other subways and l dare say it is a sign of the times. The terryaki chicken was normal size, but everything else, lettuce carrot, olives, pickles etc. was extremely minimal i.e they were very stingy with the salads and l saw 6 sandwiches being prepared and they all looked very light on for salad. Can't say l have ever noticed it elsewhere but it is not a good look for them. I hope it is a temporary thing and not a trend.

Worst customer service experience. Placed an Online order at 7.45 in the evening and the same was accepted and money was taken. Went to collect at 8.05, was told the shop is closed at 8 as there had been a change in the timing due to lockdown. Google still shows the shop time as open till 9 pm and my order was not rejected in the first place. I haven't received any confirmation regarding the refund yet. Firstly they should have updates the store timing in their online ordering app and stop accepting order at that time. what would have been decent was a phone call from the store informing that the shop is closed. I would have looked for other dinner options.

I usually get the chicken classic footlong. It's $9.95 normal retail price. However, in the recent times, they had this deal of doing this same sandwich for $7. And you can get avocado for free. They now also have baby spinach. So now, if I get a footlong of this sort, I get all the salads (except pickles and yallapinos (jalapenos). I come to this place perhaps once a week. The decoration inside, and the boards displaying the menu, as well as the counter area, can be improved.

I have finally found the worst Subway shop in Sydney! The staff are not friendly at all and when I challenged the guy as to why he put 2 slices of cheese on a large salad bowl instead of 4 he angrily told me that this is how it should be! Really? So all the other 10-15 stores I go to get it wrong? I will never step another foot in this dump with such rude manners. The best thing that can happen to this store is go broke.

Don't go here WORST Subway ever, first experience went in to order, no hello nothing just "what would you like?" So bloody rude, was like the dude didn't want to be there and second experience lastnight, my wife went to order 12minutes before closing but was rejected, asked for manager to confirm they can take no more orders she said manager was at home so asked for her name so can address her she advised cannot give out this info, why are these guys still open?

Last week i went to this subway. The employee offered me a great service and he make sandwiches like a pro. I don’t remember the name but i think his name was piyush and he offered a great service to me. Also the cookies were awesome too, so soft to eat. I will definitely go to this subway again and recommend my friends too.

Worst subway I have ever been to disgusting customer service with all workers never greeted workers look forced to work always sad , I always have to ask for more veggies as they always leave the sandwich empty basically paying for just bread and sandwich never cut in half .. Out of all the subways I have been to this one is by far the worst. A staff member dropped a utensil on the ground then picked it up and was going to use it to prepare my food right in front of me. The other time I was there they were going to give me a sub without meat because they forgot to get it out of the microwave. I gave them a second chance but I will never go back there. Be very careful because from my experience they can’t be trusted

My recent visit to this Subway location in Riverwood was quite satisfactory. The attendant, named Obanti, displayed a friendly demeanor and greeted me warmly. She communicated very well and provided attentive service in preparing my meal. Will definitely be visiting again to grab lunch! Thank you Obanti!

The manager Rajesh was extremely rude, his colleagueatthetimewas visibly embarrassed. Insisted we hurry. The time taken to order wasn't excessive or unreasonable. We had a small child with us at the time. Been to multiple subway restaurants, never experienced this

Have never been to this Subway despite living in the area for years! Very impressed, the ingredients were fresh and the store was very clean. The staff were very polite, neat in appearance and friendly. My son who is an extremely picky eater was absolutely blown away by how good his sub was. Will definitely be going back there again

Edit 2 : very willing to solve any issues. Had lovely food and very clean Edit: had contact with the owner of the store. Lovely guy and explained the situation which was all we wanted in the first place. Closed 23 minutes early. Employee also mouthed of at us under her breath when I asked why this was the case. Absolutely furious.

We got food poisoning from the steak and cheese sandwich. Really disappointed and definitely will not be going back to this location. Not the first time having issues with quality from this location, this is the first time we've gotten ill from it. My housemate and I have been sick for the last 6 hours and still going.

Ordered on Uber, option for toasting was unavailable but I added a note requesting toasting. The store went out of their way to write a note in the bag explaining that the toaster was broken but they put the sub in the grill to attempt to toast it. The note appreciated. Much better then Subway Mortdale.

Ordered through door dash a leg game with bacon extra cheese. No bacon no extra cheese. No seasoning and no flavour! Ordered original chips and was sent cheese supreme. Not happy at all

Has to be the worst subway of all time the staff seem super sad. 9 times out of 10 the subway toaster isn't working and when it is even if you ask for it extra toasted it's still not warm enough to warm up the meat, so here I sit disappointed with my cold un-toasted chicken teriyaki subway

This subway is craptastic. I’ve ordered from here a few times on Uber eats and they always give me the wrong drink and they always give me half the serving size of other subways. Don’t go here. I’m glad I’m moving out of the area and I’ll be laughing when they go under.

I usually go to Subway for a quick meal if I'm in a rush. But this Subway is worst ever I have been to. Bad attitude of a female staff- I was talking to her and she just back toward me, and no smile no greeting , tiny voice.......Very bad service.
