I ordered a 12” garlic bread toastie and asked if I was able to put the teriyaki chicken on (This was my first time at Subway). I didn’t receive an answer, but rather a cold stare and a slow head shake. There was no communication, just shaking her head. I wasn’t told why I couldn’t, but I went with it. I had 3 people take my order at the same time, asking me in turns, and I asked a different woman if I could put sweet chili sauce on the toastie. She had to ask her boss. I found out later from a friend and ex-subway employee that they don’t put a lot of sauce on as the bread is thin and they don’t want complaints about soggy bread. This was never communicated to me by the employees. I got the food and it was delicious. However the experience leading up to it was just painful, frustrating and it felt pretty rude.

Todays subways staff member making my sub was extremely sick and was not wearing a mask. To her credit she was wearing gloves and making the best of the situation. While this is to her credit, I don’t think it’s safe having someone so sick at work and mouth breathing over my order To make matters worse, another staff member at the register was to busy trying to upsell me extras that she didn’t even complete the persons order in front of me before trying. I just left the meal for another restaurant at that point! Subway rocks but not this one ☝️

Not very impressive. Traditionally when you attend a Subway you are given generous servings of what you order. Plus the cookies are freshly baked. NOT AT THIS Subway. Servings were less than generous for 2 x Footlongs ordered. When i challenged the girl serving and said "Heh why such a small serving, that's not right!" I was told i would have to pay extra for more? Not Happy Jan, very poor standard. Bread and cookies were also stale. Find another subway but this one at Cherrybrook

As someone who eats there at least twice week and has literally been served by all of their staff; I have to say, they have the sweetest and the most professional employees. For people who give a bad review for silly things like counting wrong change; we are all human and sometimes wonder if these people have never made any mistakes at their work. When I go to subway, I see local people working extremely hard to make their business work and I will always appreciate that.

I ordered lunch for My staff. All of the 8 rolls were delivered unlabelled. The store directed me to unwrap each one and open the wrap/ roll to work out what each order was. I had to go through and touch each person's meal before they got to eat their lunch. They told me they were too busy to label them. Unhygienic way to serve a bulk meal order and its tough when you tell a nurse you were to busy to label chicken or beef or snitz etc on their lunch.

We had a really big order that we placed online. We came to the store and the order had not yet been received. We were in a bit of a hurry and hoped the sandwiches could still be made. Once everything was confirmed, the awesome employee who was a young lady, went into high gear and made our order. She was amazing and so kind. Thanks for getting the order done quickly.

They don’t give “senior card” holders any discounts even though they claim they do when asked. As senior card holders, unfortunately we realised this fact too late ie., after we paid at the counter. We noticed that the final price is exactly the same as any normal purchaser would pay - without a discount! When challenged they made ridiculous comments about it being included the GST.

This one young lady. Around 5 foot 2 (shorty) was very nice and patient to my young timothy who has down syndrome, She let him order his own food which was very nice, She also let my autistic daughter get two meats on her sandwich. This is what we should be looking for in employees and you should give her a raise, as we believe she is what subway workers should strive to be,

Food safety concerns after served stone cold chicken fillet. The only Subway that doesn’t cook the chicken fillet and then attempts to say it was cooked during processing. Never had a worse chicken sub.

Placed an order through uber eats, delivery was missing 1 sandwich, and the other was made completely different to what was ordered. Was forced to place a second order for the missing sandwich, only to receive another wrong order. Both sandwiches were packaged extremely poorly and fell apart when opened.

The restaurant is nice enough, fairly clean. Unfortunately the cashiers have had problems counting out change. Once at this Subway, we were given a $50 in return for a meal of two subs and $30 cash payment. It took us a minute to convince them they were wrong and to help them to give correct change.

I have loved subway always but there aas somethibg different may be beacuse of the services and atmosphere anyway must try from here. The girl with short was so nice.

Just another Subway really. Fast and efficient service and the usual range of subs and salads etc. Good of you want a healthier lunch than McDonald's or KFC. My sub tasted fresh and tasty and bread had been baked the same day. All good and happy to grab lunch here occasionally.

As Subway app threw an error message, I ordered over the phone. After 25 mins I arrived and found out that the order was not ready. I was explained that as some people order but do not pick up it is there process that orders are prepared only when the customer arrives. :-(

On a busy day where you buy one and get one for free, I went about 8pm to see a decent queue outside. I noticed that the staff were tired after an obviously busy day. Yet they were patient and extremely polite. Great service and well done to all staff in the store!!

Standard subway though sometimes choices may not be as extensive as larger operations. Click and collect works really well - they usually have it ready within a few minutes. Don't go with a few minutes of closing time and you may not be able to get your order in.

Service not great. You feel like they can’t wait for you to get your order and get out. Staff wasn’t friendly either. Food is good for a subway.
