Appalling and Unacceptable Behaviour Just went to Stanhope Gardens subway to get some food. No one was at the counter so went across and saw a lady on her phone. When I said excuse me, she turned very annoyed, came out and looked at me straight in the face, couldn’t be bothered smiling or asking what I was after. I ordered despite her attitude and her blank look. When it came to choosing the bread she asked in an exasperated tone”what kind of bread do you want “ extremely irritated and aggressive to the point where I had to tell her “ you know what just leave it” . “Why waste my time then” that was the response and I was shocked as she kept yelling when I told her that she was rude . I had to walk away as she couldn’t care about other customers but kept going on and on loudly “ how was I rude”. I am appalled by that kind of behaviour and this is just unacceptable. I feel really sorry for that franchisee who left the business in the hands of such rude staff.

This place is the height of bad customer service. I dont know what the owner is thinking by keeping such an incompetent staff. My sandwich is off the toaster and the guy runs back and shows up after 5 mins to put the veggies on top. In the end I said I forgot to order a salad and if they can make it (it was around store close time). They said yes and I waited for 5-10 mins. When my turn came, they say if you had ordered earlier we could've done it and cant do it now. Why would you say you can when you couldn't earlier. If they had said they cant earlier, I would've left and made alternate arrangements. But now they just wanted to waste my time at the end of the day. One guy working there had a name tag of "Ahad's" was wearing airpods and listening to songs or talking on the phone all the time. The other guy with a pony tail cannot make sandwiches and doesnt care about people's time. If the owner cares about his/her restaurant, they should do something about these terrible reviews. Or Subway should terminate this franchise.

I ordered smashed falafel and chicken stripe subway ( wheat bread). Both items were fresh and tasty. I read reviews before visiting this place that they put less salad in bread but I think if you will request them to add more vegetables or salad they will never oppose and they will simple add according to you preference because when I requested they added more salad to my sub. Customer service was good and subway was awesome. Must try less sauces in sub (2-3 sauces) to experience best taste. My preference sauces were honey mustard, barbecue and onion in my item. Overall experience was good. If anyone face any kind of issue with their order, you must keep your receipt with yourself and put feedback on subways feedback website which is mentioned on the receipt but you must have receipt as details mentioned on the receipt are required for the feedback and sometime you will also get free item on next order after you give feedback on their website. Must visit and try their items.

I live near Quakers Hill and visit this subway very often. The staff there are very grateful to their customers. They serve real quick and contented. They remember every customer and their choices to make work easy and beautiful. The quality of the store and food is awesome and hygienic. I highly recommend people to visit the store and try their subway.

New management of SUBWAY is even worse. Don't let the owner's own review take you to this business. I am very unhappy with the service that they given today, plus their misleading promotional advertisements that they put in their flyers. Upon ordering, the cashier advised me of an unexpected extra $5 fee and increased the price of the foot-long by an extra $2. They claimed to give an additional foot-long for free but it required the purchase of a drink and some other additional charges. I'd suggest customers to head to SUBWAY Rouse Hill or SUBWAY Quakers Hill (Quakers Hill Pkwy) if you want proper customer service and not be scammed. Also, they put the wrong ingredients in my second and third Foot-Long's after I told them to put the same ingredients on all - however, due to the noise at this time I won't blame the staff for this issue. Overall, poor service and would never recommend.

Ordered tonight from uber eats around 7 pm. Order chicken schnitzel wrap with sauce and toppings. Only recieved chicken Lettuce tomato and no sauce. Capsicum, onion, jalapenos, sauces, pepper not included. Also ordered an avocado toastie with salt and pepper in description it says no cheese. They gave me only a cheese toastie no avocado at all. We rang them they said they were missing ingredients and that they didnt put any sauce on because it would make the wrap soggy! Why do subway offer sauces then if you're not able to put any on! Im sorry but cancel the order if you can't make it anything like the subway order! What the hell Please have staff trained better to deal with these situations. Now left with dog food and no dinner

I've ordered from this store twice on ubereats and each time they've been inconsistent on timing. It feels like a waste of additional money to ask for priority service at this place when it's nowhere near the advertised time and always behind schedule by at least 20~30 minutes. And no it's not the drivers because they are there waiting for the meal to be wrapped up (and are always very speedy). I'm quite satisfied with the subs themselves. I hope their service improves but after trying twice and seeing no difference, I won't be ordering from here again.

I got foot long vegie sub avo sub from the store today with garlic and herb bread. As I start eating I notice the bread is very soggy on the bottom. I looked and as I touch it the bread looked a bit stale. I took it to the store the young Indian guy assured me that the bread was fresh. He actually touch the bread with his hand although he had gloves on. I did tell him if I get sick you are responsible. I did not had a choice as no offer of exchange or refund was given. I do not know how often Subway HQ are checking these franchise branches. Not a very happy experience.

We have been to this subway yesterday and the staffs are really great. I have ordered the food and forgot to pick as i was busy receiving the wish on phone for my Son’s birthday. When i picked up the food I apologise for not being there on time and tell him the truth. while having our food he bought my son so many cookies in box.. So generous and excellent customer service. We thank you so much for your generosity yesterday.. It’s shame that i forgot to ask his name ..

Today I went there to purchase 2 foot long with veg pattie. At the end, when turn came for sausages, shop person said that only "3 sausages allowed". This was insane. First time in my life I heard this from subway. That was ridiculous. Shop person may not be aware that subway burgers are famous only because of its sausages otherwise there is nothing in subway burgers. With only 3 sausages, burger was so bad in taste. I would never ever buy from Subway if this would be the condition. Is this condition newly introduced or only Stanhope village shop is doing this?

Thank you Rama....I highly appreciate your support and efforts. So guys, by mistake I ordered via subway app while wanted to order via Uber eats( to avoid delivery charges)...but Ramachandra the owner of Stanhope Subway franchise ...not only listened to my mistake but also considered to deliver my order on his own....on top of this gesture...he refused to take a small token (tip) which I tried to offer him. Thank you Rama....you are true example of taking care of customers that too in these tough times (Covid19). I highly recommend Stanhope Subway

I have been to this joint many times, and I believe the staff and the owner are really kind on each occasion. I would give them a 4 but was so disappointed to see that they added a $1 charge on extra veggies added to your sub. Out of the 8 or 9 veggie options, I only choose 3 but have always liked extra olives. I don't see how it's fair to charge $1 extra for veggies. I might aswell get all the veggies which is cheaper than just doing extra. By me getting all veggies now it will cost them more now as I am using all the options

Terrible customer service and portions. 1. Gentleman in front of me asked if he could purchase chicken strips without bread. Response no u must purchase bread. 2. Italian herbs footlong pls. We dont do italian. Ok white? We dont have any. What do u have? 3. Scoops terriyaki chicken to heat. One scoop had 4 pieces. When questioned response was i scooped 2 (not twice) thats what i am suppose to do. Can u do more it doesn't even cover the length of roll. Response no i did 2. 2 customers walk away no sale made

I have been this place several times it was quite good and staff is too friendly but my recent visit is one of the pathetic one and this human named Amit is one of the unprofessional i have ever seen with a very nonsense sought of attitude and zero knowledge about the job (he even didn’t know what goes in chicken and bacon) seriously! I used to work in Subway and this is not the way subway mentioned to be. Cheating with amount.... Be aware of amount of tomato...they should give 6 not 5 And the same with cucumber. Also they said couple vegetable they don't have, but they keeping same price. Absolutely doggie practice.Workers love to ignore when you point of it. Last time I came to this Chester's.

Ordered from ubereats twice and both times they've skimped on everything. Footlong sub with 1 scoop of tuna, four cucumbers and a sneeze of lettuce, didn't even bother with the cheese. There was more bread than anything else. My chicken sub had 3 olives on it and they put tomato on all subs even though it wasnt requested on the chicken as tomato gives me heartburn. I dont know why they're so stingy on ingredients.

This store is a disgrace to the subway franchise. The staff member was deliberately not adding the required ratio of salads and when I question why are you cutting down on the serving quantity, he replied, there isn’t enough stock. I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s a directive from the franchise owner.

Extremely unprofessional staff with very unhygienic vegetables. The lettuce was very slimy and my sauce was expired by the way it tasted. I was served by a tall indian girl with long hair. When I spoke to the manager he argued back and refused to give refund. This never happened during the previous management. I am very disappointed. Never having subway again. Theif company

This is the tightest subway ever. Should’ve seen what little amount of tuna they put on the sub. Just tastes like salad. Any other subway, it’s over flowing; here is garbage. I’ve always hated this subway because they usually take forever, and now today I’m mad at myself for actually giving them another chance (and my money). Won’t be going back ever again.

Like most other reviews my experience at Stanhope gardens subway was a poor one, overpriced charged items individually rather then pricing up meal deals. When I tried to call the phone number on our receipt it is disconnected. Little wonder it's so quiet in there and to top it off it was a subway without a working toaster.

Ordered a few times from here and always the experience wasn't great. Everytime there's something or the other wrong. But everytime very little veggies are added. This time chicken was really dry and might be old as well. Had to throw the sandwich away. What a waste of money. Seems like the owner is very stingy.

The boy that works at subway is eating chips with his mate. Very unprofessional will never go back there. I ordered a footlong meatball sub and when I took a bite out of it I was shocked to find fingernails and hair inside the meat it was so disgusting I threw it away. Ordered chicken teriyaki and spicy Mayo chicken schnitzel foot longs. Flavourless, bland and tasteless. The serving girl was struggling to add ingredients in spite being asked to add more even if it means I had to pay extra. Would never try again.

I like subway. I don't like subway in Stanhope food court. Staff in attentive in taking order. rushing things along, although there is no line of people to excuse such hurried behaviour. Through this mistakes on orders continually made.
