Generous amount of toppings so it’s best to have for snacking or after-meal to share with your loved ones Honey Butter Bread So thicc yet fluffy, very easy to eat (too easy cause we demolished it in 5 mins! ). This pairs well with hot drinks. Hot Chocolate Sweet, creamy and good consistency, just a nice classic hot choco to warm us up! We can confirm that the hype was real!! Everything was sooo tasty & came in massive portion Value for money was great! However, depending on what time you get there they can be VERY busy. We waited around 30mins for this, but it wasn’t too bad as we already had dinner beforehand. But, honestly just be patient cause it’s worth it We loved their dessert so much that after this visit, we’ve returned with our friends and we did a collab with the Melbourne Central spot

Super delicious experience here! I spent a long time choosing the items I wanted (they all looked SO good) before I finally settled on Injeolmi Toast and the Mild Cheese Teobboki Pizza. A fair warning for those who are weak to spice, their mild was far too hot for me and I am usually fine with mild curries and things of that nature, this was much hotter than expected and I couldn't finish it (could it be possible they mistakenly gave me spicy...?). Despite losing my tongue, it was very delicious haha. The Injeolmi Toast was also a solidly tasty choice! I liked pouring on as much sweetness as I felt like (it is served on the side), the chewy pieces in the middle and how fresh everything was. Highly recommend trying it!

We got the matcha yuzu Sister 1: It was delicious. Perfect amount of sourness and bitterness of the matcha. I want to add condensed milk Sister 2: i actually hated it, it was bitter and there was a yoghurt taste I didn’t like. would never go back there. I’m disappointed because we paid $23.90. The only good thing was the chair, good back support. The food came out pretty fast Sister 3 (me): I didn’t like it. There was too much matcha powder and it was too bitter. The ice had no flavour unlike other bingsu restaurants I have been to, and all the strong tastes of bitterness and sour were clashing. I started mixing the ingredients together because it was so bitter. The matcha ice cream was good, not sure if they make it in house or not. I would say… Don’t get this one.

Came here on a Saturday at 5pm, no line, no waiting for a table, it was great. The Mango Bingsu with cheese cubes is what we had. Plenty of cheese cubes throughout the bowl, even more than you would get in Korea actually. It was a good portion for what we paid for. Water is self service, which is great. However, atmosphere, this was the drawback. I may have been expecting too much, considering the Sulbing places around Korea are usually playing Korean music and the vibe itself is quite nice. Here, it was loud, blaring random music, maybe it was because we went on a Saturday, who knows. But as an overall, 4 stars from me. Great Bingsu, great service, not so great atmosphere. Would still highly recommend.

Kid-friendliness
Kids will have a good time obviously as it’s all about ice cream and deserts
Surprisingly, really good, I've never been here before, and the food and presentation was pretty good. Pros: good view on the corner of Russell St, interior is ok, food tastes great, and I was very sceptical but turned out great. Cons: seating is a little tight and would be better if the windows could open. Costs: medium $$ Overall: would go again, the shaved ice is mixed with milk and is so thin it's like a snow flake and the desert toppings was delicious. Would go again.

We got the blueberry cheese sulbing and it was the perfect level of sweetness for us while being still a little tart from the blueberries! The condensed milk was the perfect amount and the shaved ice was so creamy and melt in your mouth without feeling overly heavy as ice cream sometimes does. Surprisingly pleasant considering I’ve only ever had the Sulbing in Korea. I was a little disappointed when adding extra mangoes as I thought it would come out in a joint blueberry mango type situation, and not just a side of frozen mangoes that weren’t completely defrosted.

Best bingsu place by far in Melbourne! This is our second time, we’ve ordered half the menu by now, and everything was absolutely delicious. Not to mention, top quality presentation as well. The downside however, if you come on weekends, expect at least a 30minute wait outside, but on weekdays, they should have a spot ready anytime.

Individual Short cake $12 The strawberry cake wasn’t recommended at all, it was dry and not much flavor. They put my cake on a base plate that is smaller than the cake for my take away. And the cutlery they provided was not suitable for having a cake. Macaron $3 each Lemon & passion fruit, not that bad, but my friend and I wouldn’t try it again. Total $18.27 Overall, I guess they were famous for Bingsu, and that should be the only thing you get from here.

The menu offered so many variety of flavours. The mango one was such a treat - the shaved ice was so finely milled it melted on the tongue like snow, and the mango was fresh, ripe, and bursting with flavor. The cheesecake pieces added a creamy, rich texture that complemented the ice perfectly. Each bingsu was served in a beautiful bowl with a side of condensed milk, and the portion size was generous.

Very different, very large servings definitely need to share with someone , would be better if you could have smaller sizes so you could try different flavours , staff could do with better training and show better customer service skills rather then scrolling on their phones. Staff come across rude and rush you to the cash register soon as you enter before you even get to sit down and make you pick your order quickly and pay. Not the most welcoming experience. Would I go back ? Not likely

the bingsu is just a normal average bingsu, the price is $23.9 which is a bit expensive for just a normal portion but everything here is overpriced so whatever. We ordered a pine mango bingsu which is quite good. The queue was a bit long we waited for about 20 minutes in the hot weather but the staff were really nice. It’s my second time here and I have no complaints. :)

The bingsu here is pretty good. The ice is plain but there is a layer of topping in the middle so no bite is without flavour. The serving size is also really big here so come with some friends and take some nice photos in the cosy interior. The powder can be a bit overwhelming at times and causes the condensed milk to end up all over the table rather than the bowl.

Came in the early evening on a Saturday and the shop was crowded and had to queue for about 20 minutes. Ordered premium strawberries and cheese. The look is very pleasing. The flavors go together just right, not too sweet. Come on Saturdays and Sundays and charge an extra 10 %.

Cheese Sulbing, Premium Strawberry Bingsu
Ordered the Mango Cheese. It was massive and very heavy. Normally bingsu is dominantly shaved ice, but this was not ice, it was more like frozen yoghurt. The cheese cake bits were very buttery and had a heavy fatty taste. For the price it was not worth it, it was a challenge just trying to eat each cake block. Won't be coming back, I much prefer Bing Chillin when it comes to bingsu

Ordered the Tim Tam sulbing:) The ice was really fluffy and melted quickly in the mouth :) there was a huge waiting line at around 10pm, but once inside it was very nice! Will come back again to try the strawberry black forest sulbing! There are so many flavours to choose from, there is definitely something here for everyone! Note* the portions may look large, but the ice is really fluffy and light, so it’s not too filling :D
Very expensive bingsu that’s so-so. Incomparable to the sulbing in Korea in terms of taste and price. Ordered the cheapest bingsu which was the Injeolmi bingsu. You have to be careful eating these as the powder can literally make you choke!! Injeolmi was quite hard as well.

I've been here many times, I've had the matcha chocolate, mango cheesecake and the regular matcha, those ones were pretty good. The grape shortcake was super yummy. Their iced chocolate is a bit bitter. They are a bit pricey compared to scoopy but Sulbing is yummy.

So hard to choose as everything look so appealing!! Had the matcha strawberry and it did not disappoint. We were seated in the back area and it feels a little stuffy after a while as it seems the air-conditioning didn’t reach that area too well. But overall, a lovely experience especially on a hot summer in Melbourne!

one of my favourite dessert places! love the ice quality at sulbing and their flavour range! also like how the desserts are not overly sweet. we also tried their lattes (which are all made with oat milk) and our fave was the biscoff latte! we got the : - matcha strawberry - injeolmi toast - biscoff latte - black sesame latte

Bingsu is fine, but the cake is totally not recommended, it’s a disaster, too dry and only can taste sweet, not flavour at all. Also a noisy crowded atmosphere, if you wanna have a personal talk or small casual meeting just go anywhere else.

Although this place is pricier than your average shaved ice dessert, it is worth every dollar. The product comes out looking exactly like the photo and they have never skimped out on any ingredients! I've been almost 5 times now and each time there is always a line - goes to say that it's definitely worth the wait! More
Cute cafe atmosphere serving the best sulbing in Melbourne! I’ve been to sulbing countless times, my personal favourite is the injeoulmi sulbing which includes chewy Korean rice cakes! Sulbing offers a wide variety of bingsu (Korean shaved ice desserts), cakes, drinks and other cafe items! Definetely recommend!! More
The ambience was great. The presentation of the desserts were quite fancy, but most of it was just shaved ice that made the overall experience of the sulbing quite mediocre. The flavours itself were good though. Would recommend it for a try, but be prepared for it to be colder than you expect. More

The bingsu we had were good however did not justify the price ($23.9 each). It was simply plain fluffy ice with fruits/toppings and ice cream on top. Overall, the taste was ok but nothing special, especially for that premium price; we have had better bingsu elsewhere.
The bingsu at Sulbing hits the mark every time. I usually prefer the green tea variant and share it with a friend. Worth the visit. Usually long queues at night, though so best to visit weekday afternoons.

The chocolate toast tastes great because the butter enhances the choco flavor. However, the injeolmi needs more flavor.

Get ready for massive lines in the evening and over the weekend (even in the Winter)! If you are happy to go to QV for a seat then I’d recommend ordering takeaway as you can go straight in to order and collect - that will save you so much
Tried the strawberry premium and a shortcake slice. The sulbing was delicious with hidden layers inside. There’s an additional condensed milk layer that you can skip. The portion is easily shareable by 4-5 people (wish there was a smaller

Had the yuzu matcha bingsu and it was so yummy! Wait time was not that long either and staff were friendly Also tried the premium strawberry bingsu and it was very good More
Visited @sulbing.australia for the very first time today! I have been eyeing on that red door for a long long time and am so glad that I finally got to try it!
Very cozy and warm place for an afternoon coffee and cake. The orange cake tasted as normal, not very impressive, maybe its not fresh made
