Don't go here! Find another car wash with kind managers who want the best for their customers!! I brought my car in for an interior detail. When I picked up the car, all seats were still wet and I was told to leave the windows open to dry them as much as possible. I drove the car home, and in the morning found the seats were stained with white marks. I called and took the car back and left it there for another 2 hours while they 'fixed' the problem. When I picked the car up for the second time, again the seats were completely wet and the stains had increased. I spoke to the man there and he admitted that the stains were something they had done - something to do with dirt coming to the surface during the cleaning. I have gone back and forth with the manager on the phone and the main office at Summit and have been treated unbelievably poorly. They are telling me I am lying and I have stained the car myself, which is absolutely ridiculous. I have now taken the car to another car wash and have been told that the stains are soap scum that have been left in the fabric and are due to too much soap product being used on fabric seats. I will now have to pay more money to have the car properly cleaned. I asked Summit for a refund given the staining and have been told that they 'dispute' the claim that the stains were made by Summit and that I made them myself. The cost of the detail was relatively small - I would hope that a business would value the experience of their customers over this small amount of money, but apparently the folks at Summit Drummoyne don't care about their customers. I understand that mistakes are made with cleaning processes and I am not accusing Summit of purposely staining my car. However, as a customer I expect a certain level of respect by a company and when I issue a complaint, I expect to be heard. The way the manager of Summit and Pauline at the head office have treated me is unbelievable. I will never return to Summit in Drummoyne, and urge everyone to find another car wash with respectful managers and owners.

Exterior clean: 7/10 Interior clean: 3/10 Car exterior is a reasonable wash - plenty of marks missed which is disappointing, but unsurprising given how busy they are. The staff don’t have time for any attention to detail. It’s a passable wash but would choose to wash myself next time for a more thorough wash. Interior was pretty disappointing - not expecting miracles but I’m pretty sure it came back worse looking. Horrible staines all over the doors and dash - again the place is too busy for any attention to detail. Much more of the dash and boot was left dirty which were meant to be included in the clean. I’ve been here once before and they did a slightly better job then, it was quieter. As a customer though - I’m paying the same price whenever I go, so expect the same quality wash which isn’t the case. I don’t want to have to wait for the place to be quiet to get a decent wash. Yes people should check before leaving, but when they are churning out cars as fast as they can, you’ve not exactly got much time to leisurely walk round and check the job was done properly. Will be cleaning myself in future.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience using your service at Drummoyne, although I have used the serice befote. I paid for the platinum service for my sedan and was left very disappointed with the quality of the wash, primarily on the interior, but also a scratch on the outside. -The car mats were placed back inside the car very wet, meaning all the lining of the car is now wet. The guys also threw the mats around with little care. -When the rear car mats were put back in by the team members, they scraped them against the back seats, and as they were wet they have marked the white seats in black. -Generally the car interior had a lot of dirt left in the cup holder, door handles etc. -The seats had dirt still on them, as did the door handles. -There is a large scrape in the paint on the left hand side of the car, which I am sure was not there before.

Edit: I got a call after posting this review on Google Maps and got contacted by the manager, and was asked to bring the car back the next day to compensate. Now I picked the car up back and it is fully cleaned inside & out, so I am updating my review. Good customer service, thanks for putting effort to fixing things up. First review: not recommended. not that I would know but apparently if you don't buy the full clean worth of $250, you are getting nothing with the smaller cleaning packages. paid $50 for a mini interior clean and I got the car back with some spots even not vacuumed, not wiped. the worker said it is because I did not buy the full package. not cleaning fully and not cleaning full of the car is two different things. I was not expecting every single corner to be cleaned but at least fully cleaned on some spots, not half way.

I decided to take my car at Summit Drummoyne after reading all the positive reviews. I purchased a Platinum Wash, The service was quick and I was happy with it, only until I went to pick up my car and checked the job they had done: 1. The interior vacuuming was poor especially on back and passenger seats. 2. The area near the gear shift wasn’t even wiped, it had the same stains I left it whit. Same goes for the passenger inside door. I had to tell them to wipe it down for me . 3. There where water stains on outside of 2x doors. 4. There was a stain on 1x door handle. 5. The speedometer dashboard still showing marks on glass. 6. Cup holder not cleaned. Overall I felt the job was rushed and there was no attention to details. I’m not sure if I would ever bring my car there again, I had higher expectations from you guys!

It was my first time to come to this car wash, but I won't come back. I asked the price before the car wash. the staff said "$25, but your car is really darty." Then they charged me $35 after the car wash. They had never mentioned clearly about the "extra $10 charge" nor "total price". The car wash that my car got was average. A staff member washed my car, but no one else checked after the staff completed his job. Some dirt and marks are still there. This means you need luck which staff will take care of your car. It seems their waiper was not clean enough. Windscreen had water marks (lines) and I wasn't able to get a clear view when I drove back home. I had to drop by a petrol station to wipe the windscreen by myself. Thier price is not bad, but I don't have positive feeling for this place.

Excellent service. Just returned from a 1 months road tour to and around Tasmania with our car. We took our dog along every day and drove on gravel if needed. Roof open many times. A lot of dirt collected. We went for a small detailing, as suggested, waited in their nice lobby (free coffee, tea, water - good to get some work done if you need). Could not trust our eyes how clean the car got after the short wait (45 min?). Fair to charge AUD 100 for such a great job. Happy to return if needed again.

Just picked up my car from being washed at Summit in Drummoyne and have to give them a huge wrap for their honesty. My son lost his watch a year ago and was devastated after we searched high and low. Whoever washed the car today found it and left it for me on the console. I didn’t see it until I got home but when I did I was shocked and so so so very grateful. Thank you for not only a great wash, your honesty and for making my and my sons day!!!

So impressed!! We googled last night and found this place so give it a go. Surprisingly, this morning we went and the place not so busy. Got the car in quick and they did amazing job with reasonable time and affordable price. The staffs were professional and well attentive. The waiting room offered tea/coffee/hot choc and water plus toilet was very clean. 5 star service Definitely go back.

Summit did an amazing job. I chose the ‘Summit Polish’ package which included exterior and interior clean, vacuum, and all that, even included cleaning the door jambs and boot hinge. It’s the best the car has looked all year and for a very reasonable price. Efficient and friendly service, time estimate was accurate and whole experience was very much no fuss. Will definitely be back again.

Iam so glad that my daughter recommended the Summit car wash service. An excellent mini detail at a good price brought to life my little car! Appreciated the amenities provided including the air conditioning while waiting. This new customer will definitely be returning !

DO NOT GO HERE! One of the worst costumer service experiences. They will leave your car in worse condition. Here’s the condition of my car seat after the ‘detail wash’. Also a lot of the '5 star reviews' are fake and from staff members.

Price isn’t too bad for what they do. Quick. You can wait there or they’ll text you when to return. They have free coffee and tea in the lounge and a clean outdoor seating (if you don’t want to wait inside).

Awesome friendly service - extremely happy with their professionalism throughout the cleaning of the interior and exterior of the car - I highly recommend Summit Hand Car Wash and Detail.

They got white marks all over the seat after I got it detailed. I took it back to get fixed and they didn’t fix it. They say company policy is no refunds.

Lots of dirt marks from the water used not cleaned off. Deep cleaning of the outside not go standard, I was still able to remove marks with my fingers.

Good experience and excellent outcome. A nice clean and polished car always seems to run better ! Will definitely use their service again.
