In the time of turmoil all over the world, my son and I were stuck overseas. 2020 wasn't kind to anyone. We were asked to pay for changing the ticket dates, altough it wasn't through fault of ours. Airlines were cancelling flights as you know. Called the agency but they wanted money to change ticket dates, SO I CALLED QATAR AIRLINES AND THEY CHANGED IT FOR FREE.
