Polite and helpful staff but high prices on the blu-rays and cds. The stock they have on sale either no one wants or everyone has. Also Sunrise does not price match. It seems Sunrise does not want my business, as they have zero movement on prices even if I am going to buy a lot of media there. Much like HMV, people will go Amazon or Ebay to purchase. The customers will window shop at HMV or should I say Sunrise, then go online and find it for less. I would say Sunrise has lost $500 so far as I had to buy elsewhere. The prices for anything good is sky high and only low for products everyone has or no one wants. Sorry Sunrise. You had a strong start but a weak finish. I suspect within 3 years, Sunrise will be gone and in place another woman's clothing store. Truly sad.

Very poor customer service. The guy that was working at the store, cashier with long brown hair braided and beard was extremely rude. I walked into the store for the first time and asked where they keep music CDs and he said it’s right in front of you and two aisles behind you man. As soon as I turn around, he said ‘what a guy!’ I would never go back to this store again. He should be cooking behind the kitchen not in the customer desk.

Really great place. One staff member I dealt with was amazing. Friendly, interesting... Recommend this to anyone else needing a place for music. Edited, because company policy is 7 days from purchase for return. I came day 8 ... no give. Manager said company policy and that all he can offer is in store credit. Horse Hockey !!!

It is a video/music store with a huge collection of vinyl, cds, and blu ray videos. I was tempted by the fast and furious movie pack until I saw the price. That is why I gave it a 4 stars. The staff was helpful, and I had a pleasant experience in this store.

I rate it 3 because not all staff ask what your looking for your not always greeted when entering and most of what your looking for isn't there. If it is there it's expensive.

It's a music store with records and CDs. Vinyl is above average price. Like most music stores these days they also sell a bunch of trinkets, rock band shirts and posters.

The location is nice and is really close by. Variation of CDs and vinyl is nice to see. Always enjoy talking to clerks and employees about music. Thanks for the albums.

Had what I was looking fore cos records not many places left that sell them there a part of our generations history so save a bit of it and check out the place

I love Sunrise Records cuz if they didn’t have the product u want they will try and see if they can get it in for u. Great customer service.

Good selection, nice to have an LP selection and fun gifts. So few real music stores anymore. This one is good.
