Update October 2023 (previously 5 stars now to 3): I came with another voucher from Subaru for a free vacuum and wash. It seems the car wash may have changed ownership or management as I could see a noticeable change in my experience this time. Unfortunately the comment below about the car wash letting paying people ahead of those with vouchers may be true. I arrived at 10:30am and was told it would take about 1.5 hours. I understand there is some give and take with quoted times. However at 11:20am I could see a new customer coming through with a motorcycle. His vehicle was sprayed down and washed whilst my car was still at the back of the line and had not yet been hosed down. In addition, another change was I was charged $30 for an internal wipe down of my dashboard and console. This was included my last visit. The person with a clipboard was apologetic and gave me a $5 discount for the inconvenience for the time delay. Despite this, I just noticed the cleaners left a lot of residue on the headliner and upper dash panels of my car (photos attached). I explicitly asked for the centre console to be cleaned and am not sure why they would touch the sun visor. I believe they may have used the same rag/cloth to clean the centre console (which admittedly was quite dirty) but then did not rinse or change it and just spread the dirt around when they quickly wiped the top. Overall, the external wash and customer service was good despite the above. I left at 12:30pm and paid $25 in the end. I really hope my next experience is better so I can update it back to 5 stars as I would like to continue supporting their partnership with the car dealers. ——— I was given a voucher from Subaru for a free car wash and my experience exceeded expectations. Initially I was told the wash would take two hours however all the workers were progressional and efficient and I was in and out within 1.5 hours. The owner Ali was courteous and explained in detail how I can take care of my car in the future to avoid build up of scratches and paint fading. I felt well taken care of and look forward to coming back.

First time visited this business on Saturday 13.5.23 in the morning & I was not happy with the end results & would never go back there .. firstly it was too expensive as I chose the Silver package & secondly the staff cleaned the car but left marks & residue all over the interior of my 1 month old Mazda & thirdly I asked for an itemised receipt & was told it would be emailed & gave my email address & still haven’t received anything .. shami or some sort of product or whatever they call it was used on my leather seats & they left spots all over the seats, doors & dashboard.. not sure how they used the product or if their cloths were not clean but I had to try & wipe everything away by myself & the seats now have marks .. I did mention about the marks to the guy incharge that day & he said it will dry & it never went away & inside the door gams were still wet so I had to tell them to dry it out properly & they did .. then he was just trying to avoid me as he just left me there & went to do other things so I drove out. Unfortunately I’m not happy at all & not sure what to do with my seats & to be honest I wouldn’t recommend this business.

I am update my review to excellent to very bad customer services. I went for a car wash and the guy use the high pressure washer inside the door where the speaker are. After I left one of speaker was not working properly and even water was coming out. I returned in the afternoon to explain what happens. Because they were closing the guy told me to come back next day to talk to the owner. I came back next day, they checked the speaker and finally resolved that they will changed for a new speaker. The owner said he will call me the following week to change it. I went back after 2 weeks because I didn’t hear from him. The same he will call me to let me know when he will fix it. It’s been more than one month and nothing happens. No call at all. I just went for a car wash and I finished with a damage speaker . Very disappointed of this place I won’t recommend because they don’t take responsibility for their mistakes.

The owner is literally the best guy you will ever meet. He really takes care of his customers no matter the expense. Always asks me to check my car after its washed. He makes sure that everyone is happy before they leave. Even in times where there was a minor area that needed to be cleaned, he straight away got someone to come a fix it for me. Very respectful, honest and nice people to deal with! They do everything, from basic washes to full details for all types of cars. Ive been around nearly all the carwashes in sydney and this one definitely stands out and would really recommend!!!

While the car was good, leaving the alloys wet and not dried upon finishing was not good. Also as you can see in the pic, I don’t know what chemical they used but my rubber mouldings around my windows were all marked this way. Never saw this at the car wash until I got home. Update - Yes my car was dirty, that’s why you go to a car wash. Yeah that is a bottle in my hands, it was there to “fix” that stain on my window rubbers, as you see the rubber on the right side already treated with it. No experience washing cars, ok, I’m the amateur but you’re the professional.

These guys are the best in the business and always go above and beyond to make sure customers are happy and satisfied. The sunroof on our car was recently smashed and the staff here did a better job cleaning all the glass out of the car than the windscreen repair place. They took the utmost care and used air hoses to get every single tiny piece of glass out of the car and the tracks inside the sunroof. They are very reasonably priced for the work they do. I highly recommend them! Do not take your car anywhere else around Liverpool.

Unfortunately this is the second time I used this business for cleaning my car, not happy, door trim popped out, they put back in but no reasonable reason why it was popped out in the first place, front passenger guard dirty and also bug stain on front bumper not cleaned. Found it funny that I was charged one price and then told if I come back I will be charged a higher rate. The internal door rubber trim also has a stain which I can't understand how they managed to don't.

I asked for a clean inside and out for my car, small Subaru Impreza and was charged $70, I let it go since i thought the price was because of their good quality washes. My leather seats weren’t wiped down or cleaned, my interior doors all have scuff marks which could have been easily cleaned with a wet wipe. There was water marks on exterior of my car. It was a careless lousy clean.

Wanted to charge me $40 for just outside wash, no vacuum... the most expensive car wash in Sydney!!! Edit: Owner did not advise of the price before wash. Car had light dirt on it the whole wash took 5 minutes as owner told me that they were about to close for the day they did not even bother to drive the car inside the carwash bay they washed the car outside near parking.

If you get a car wash voucher from Mcgrath Mitsubishi after your service which is only valid for that day. You will be of the lowest priority at this place. The cars u will see coming after u will be washed first. U will be given an unrealistic waiting time of around 2-3 hours so the chances of u backing off is high n they can get those cars in who r paying.

I’ve been coming here for months now and by far the best car wash place with immaculate service. I refuse to go anywhere but here. The workers here are on another level with their work ethic. The boss truely does run a 5 star business making sure every customer leaves happier than ever !!! I highly recommend everyone to come down to SUPERSHINE CAR WASH!!

I went with a free car wash voucher, which I got from Mitsubishi Macgrath Liverpool. Wait time was managble. Post clean-up, there were multiple observations that I got rectified. Won't say that I was very happy post the service but after pointing out the gaps, they tried to cleanup the gaps

Absolutely fantastic and great customer service! I got my car detailing done and they did a really good job with interior and exterior cleaning. They put an extra efffort in making sure all the old stains from seat are removed. Highly recommended SUPERSHINE car wash! Keep it up team!

What a wonderful team!!!! Flew in from Adelaide, picked up a car to drive back and realised it was FILTHY. Drove in, had a chat with the team, then sat in the coffee shop for a few hours to work and came out impressed. Great work!!

Car came out look so fresh and clean. Small little spots where missed here and there, but nothing huge. But all forgiven as the service by the staff was great. Will definitely be back.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this car wash. External wash was bad - allot of stains persisted after wash. Internal and vacuuming is ok. Expensive - cost cannot justify quality.
