I'd like to give Julie Prothero a shout out. My friends call me the werewolf, My hair is normally out of control. It's also super thick. No Joke, I have a pair of horse clippers at home to cut my hair.. But I got tired of doing that, and with quarantine blues kicking in extremely hard, I wanted out and about. I wasn't too keen on going to a "fastfood stlye " hair cutting place because my hair is so difficult to deal with. but I decided to give supercuts a try, And to be honest wasn't too hopeful about the result. Man... I couldn't have been more wrong about how my hair turned out. Julie was kind, careful and attentive to my needs. I didn't feel rushed, and my hair turned out Great! Julie you have a customer for life! She even talked me out of doing the trimming on my neck how I normally do it, and my wife is super pleased!

Update: I took my now 16 year old daughter to Amanda this weekend and she is as amazing as all her reviews said. She did exactly what we showed her and also did an awesome job on her eyebrows. She will be our go to from here on out. Thanks, Amanda! ************************* Great experience! Julie cut my 13-year old daughter's hair and it turned out amazing. I was a little nervous bc my daughter wanted to cut off 6-8 inches. Julie made us feel so comfortable. She knew exactly what to do. She is confident in her abilities and sooooo nice as well. We are so happy with her work and she is going to be our go-to stylist. I am going to get her to cut my hair next time!

I came in around 6:15 for cuts for three of my kids, and there was no wait at all. My 6 year old had cut her own hair three different times recently and she was a hot mess. Her stylist, Jaycee, was great with trimming it so that the damage was barely noticeable. This was also my daughter's first professional haircut, and Jaycee was very patient with the wiggling and the constant chatting. Glenisha cut my son's hair and gave him a style he'd never had before, so he left feeling rather GQ. We were pleased with all the cuts we received and found the stylists to be very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this Supercuts location to others.

I LOVE this place! I haven’t gotten my hair done by anyone professionally in 5 yrs and I decided for change, I went to multiple locations and ended up here! It was affordable and AMAZING service I couldn’t be more happy with my hair. I also want to give a huge S/O to the girl who did my hair, Kelli! She was funny, enjoyable, and great at her job! One of my biggest fears was the conversational aspect but everything just flowed with her! Was never an awkward moment whether we were talking or I was being quiet! I plan on forever going to Kelli and bringing my daughter to her! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!

Not gonna lie, I was pretty skeptical going to a Supercuts. Due solely to the fact that I've had my haircut for years by the same barber. I was looking like a shaggy mess and he was out of town on vacation, but my boss was looking at me funny and I NEEDED it done immediately. Thankfully Gracie's charm, professionalism, and TOP OF THE LINE customer service really made me feel at ease and made getting out of my comfort zone not so uncomfortable. Couldn't be happier with the way my fade turned out! Thank you Gracie so much, for such a wonderful experience! See you in two weeks for the same thing!

Worst hair experience ever! The younger blonde lady that cut it didn't blend it. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and 2 others that were my growing out goal. She didn't even look at them. She wouldn't stop talking over me. She then told me my hair wouldn't do what I wanted. It will and now does.(I had it fixed) I'm not sure how she would know what it would do because she didn't bother to look or listen. She also didn't wash it and didn't want to style it. I learned a lesson. Don't go there!! Rude and inexperienced. The whole experience was lasted less than 10min.

Wonderful place. The salon is a great place in general, good atmosphere and easy to get to. I have been a few times and this past was the best experience due to my stylist, Joy. Joy took amazing care of me. She was kind, funny, and made it a good time to be in her chair. Joy took so much time to make sure my hair was just right. I didn’t feel rushed, and I felt so valued and special. This is hands down the best experience I have ever had getting my hair cut.

Cody gave me my best haircut in years! I have had stylists at different locations in the past that make you feel rushed and don’t take the time to do it right. I’ve been trying to find a new style that will help mask my thinning hair. He had great advice and took care went above and beyond in helping me figure out how to style my hair. I will be going back to this location and highly recommend it!

All I can say is Amanda is AWESOME !! I have been going to her for ten years now, and will continue to go to her until she retires. Her store is always clean and the people are not only friendly. I visited Super Cuts today in need of a haircut. My appointment was with Courtney. She was phenomenal. She offered me a few tips on the upkeep of my newly found curly hair. She was very calm by nature & i found it very easy to relax & trust her with giving me the haircut I'd imagined in my head. I am DEFINITELY going to come back to her anytime i need a hairstylist!!!!!

Cut is adequate. Stylist did not listen to what I requested, she acknowledged what I said but did not follow my instructions. She cut everywhere although I requested she leave the top alone as I am trying to grow it out. I requested she not cut the sideburns and she nearly shaved them. I won’t return there. I feel the stylist was inexperienced.

Amanda the manger at Supercuts is amazing! She cut my hair and waxed my eyebrows and did such an awesome job. She makes sure you are happy with your service and goes above and beyond. Highly recommend this location and specifically Amanda! Ask for her and she will definitely make sure you are happy with your haircut. Great customer service!

I have been going to Amanda for years. She is the only stylist that I trust to handle my locks. My hair is currency in certain parts of Canada, after all. She always does an amazing job and is always welcoming and friendly. If you want to be looking fly like me, I recommend going to Amanda! Great stylist, great conversation, great friend!

I'm always greeted with a smile and waited on quickly. The personnel turns over quickly and I never seem to get the same stylist but I usually get a good haircut. I'm "older" with thinning curly hair so it's somewhat of a challenge for beginning stylists I guess. All in all, I'm happy e ough to return every 6-8 weeks!

Not sure why they bother to ask how you want you hair cut as at the end they just do what they know or are comforatble with. I asked just to cut the edge of my hair (top) and they made me almost bold (soldier cut)?!? If you're looking for something Quick, Ugly & Cheap, then it's perfect, otherwise, it's a disaster.

This location is not open.....EVER.....I've tried for a week to get a simple trim. Ridiculous. Once a sign was on the door saying they're short staffed so they were suggesting customers try the Benbrook location. This location on Bryant Irwin is apparently not actually a valid open location. Very annoying.

Good place to get a quick haircut. When I visit next time I'll ask for the names of the two stylists that are great. One of the few places that doesn't completely lose it when you decline to hand over personal info. Please please keep this practice up! It's a haircut not a mortgage! Thank you!

I brought my four year old in as a walk-in. Karen, the Salon Manager cut and trimmed up his hair. She was amazing from the moment we walked in to back out the door. My son fidgeted and she both worked around that and showed him what she was doing. Really incredible experience. Thank you.
