The only sport they care about is soccer, they pulled down the two small signs advertising the local league and union clubs last year next to the highway at Engadine citing danger to traffic I appealed to no avail couldn’t even get a meeting. yet subway and the council have 8 signs which have nothing to do with roads. Nothing against these signs they did it deliberately to hurt the local community and weaken its non soccer sporting clubs. You go along the road to cronullla and Sylvania there are non traffic signs galore why don’t they pull them down double standards. Impossible to reason with it is sad as a rate payer and a proud shire citizen we have to put up with their bearocracy.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE COUNCIL: Sutherland shire council needs to take a step towards a sustainable future and support the communities adoption by makings some Electric Vehicle chargers available to the public. The council chambers has 2 chargers for their EVs, however, they are not available to the public. There are no other chargers provided by the councils where as a number of other LGAs have already made the move. I would happily change my review should they decide to put some publicly accessible chargers around the shire.

Beautiful Garden. Family with young toddlers and children having a restful time. Council uses Electric vehicles. Birds chirping. Library very close by. 7-Elevan store just across the road. Free parking. Nice St. VINNIES store near by. Railway station 6 minutes walk. A nice place to relax.

Every time I've dealt with this council my issue has always been resolved, staff here are always a pleasure to deal with and are always helpful. Other councils need to learn from this council and its staff.

Great contact centre, friendly and knowledgeable personnel. EV vehicles in their fleet makes me feel hopeful about their stance on environment
