I am disabled, and due to their negligence I fell over. I sent an email one month ago and got a response indicating they would respond within 10 business days. They didn't respond at all. So I called them, and they hung up. So I called back again and was left on hold for over an hour. I live in Willoughby Council's area. The best response I can expect from them is nothing at all. They are completely hopeless.
My comment goes to Wahroonga traffic signs. I never get speeding fines and I got 2 speeding fines in Wahroonga. I mean, they must put the cameras where you are going down the hill and it automatically speeds up a bit. Was going 50 km /h in 40 zone. I mean how ridiculous is that. They must be after money to steal money from good drivers. I really want to avoid this rubbish suburb.
I guess I can say by now I know more information from most of the staff and I can teach them how to do their jobs. Most of them untrained, rude and they just tell you we will call back, yes you may get a call but never a clear answer. Never!!! wasted weeks and still did not get what I need, they push you from person to another as they know nothing about their jobs
I am writing to express my sincere gratitude to your Tech Bar Library staff member, Vivien. Today she so patiently and politely guided me to attain on my laptop two similar platforms to Zoom. Being an aged, bit nervous, learner she made it so easy for me. We need more people like her. Many thanks. Joan Suter
Oh dear, I would give zero star if I could. Have a look of the public forum agenda - it’s all about money money money. FY22 Willoughby council sits with 2.1billion asset with 71million revenue and still would like to sell our only community childcare. Disappointed and greedy
Customer service by phone is very good. They always answer quickly and action generally happens within a few days - such as replacing broken bins, organising waste pick up after the truck missed it. Removing dangerous branches from a damaged tree .
Useless lazy greedy people- we should change it is name to Willoughby co. But useless unproductive co. They have ZERO care to community . I saw third world countries with better governance
I had an excellent and friendly experience with Namandeep today. Service here is always good.
Government workers at best get a one star and Willoughby is no exception to the rule.
Just don’t bother calling them, a waste of time really.
