Went in on the Black Friday weekend assuming it was going to busy but I had never been in there before and a pair of beautiful heart hoops caught my eye. The only people in the store were me and 4 other employees. I was never once greeted, never asked what I was looking for. I simply walked around multiple times until I got the courage to ask for assistance. Finally one of the females pointed to the hoops and told me to take a look at them. I was in shock as I had never seen customer service like this. After about 10 mins a man and I believe his son walked in and right away they were greeted. One female was eating pizza in the corner while the others are still of no help. At one point, one of the females leaves her product on the counter and proceeds to leave. I know that’s a big no no in the jewelry buisness and someone could’ve easily stolen the items left there. I waited and waited and nothing. Before leaving I explained that this was the first and last time I would be walking into there store. I was so excited to buy them but I couldn’t shake the fact that I had been completely ignored while others were being helped. I’ve worked jewelry retail and I know you want to receive your commission and you sniff out the ones you assume will spend the most but at least try to make it less obvious. They told me I could buy it online so that’s where I’ll go, I suggest you do the same unless you’re a man looking to get your pockets emptied. thanks for the help ladies!

Never in my life , I have experienced such terrible customer service. First of all , there were two employees working. We went in the store and 1 employee was dealing with a customer and the other was free. 10 minutes in the store and the employee( older women with blunt cut hair) doesn’t pay attention to at least acknowledge that a customer is in the store!! I mean i am so shocked. . She was so busy doing here work that she’s didn’t even bother to at least welcome the customer and ask what they are looking for. After about 10 minutes she rushed straight to the back room . I don’t know if she doesn’t wanna work or is unhappy? Please stay at home if that’s the scenario because you are defaming the brand!! And yes , i went to Pandora and had a great customer service:-)

I recently visited this store after my Swarovski necklace lost all of its crystals! The lady working first informed me they stood behind their products and she was so surprised they fallen out and told me she wanted to show it to her manager in the back. Upon returning her demeanor changed and she informed me that my necklace was a last years model and would look ugly if I had it repaired as it was "old" and ''worn". I paid to have it send away and fixed and two months later I went in after not having heard back from them. Apparently they tried to call me although here is no record of it on my call log. The jewelery may be beautiful but don't wait your time with this location. Rude staff and awful service from day one.

Customer service was terrible. They told me they no longer make the flat stud earring and suggested a sliver flat unappealing pair. The girl did not listen to what I was looking for and she walked away so I found a similar product (flat stud with a cluster)and when I tried to check out even then the staff was not friendly to help. They offered to gift wrap the lady’s purchase before me but did not offer to wrap mine (- I felt because I had complained to the two at the cash of the poor service I received ). I will take my business elsewhere from this point forward. Left unimpressed : I would have thought better for this store

Always used to shop here, the staff was friendly and kind. I’ve been in the store 4 times since May including today, never a hello, never a smile, never any help! 4 staff were working today, all ignored me but one who told me she couldn’t help me bc she was with another customer (understandable) but what about the other three staff? One was standing beside her, heard me say I wanted to buy earrings but chose to ignore me. Next time I will drive to Mapleview.

I waited 10 mins in an empty store, one girl was stocking shelves and another fled to the back as soon I came in. Thought she would be out soon enough, but nope. The one stocking ignored me the entire time, not even so much as a hello or she will be back to assist you in a minute. I can be patient and wait, but that was just plain rude. Really poor customer service experience which is so disappointing since it's such a nice store.

I just want to say what an awesome store with awesome staff After a bad experience over a year ago with a snobby Oriental girl I have never return. I spoke with the manager and she said “new store, new staff” I couldnt agree more, girls are so friendly I go back just to chat

Fewer selections here, I guess you'll really have to go to the ones in downtown Toronto to check out more pieces and the new collection. You can order online and have them delivered in this store and pick it up. Staff are friendly.

Victoria at Swarovski in Limeridge Mall was really great to deal with. She was friendly, professional and called around to find the product we wanted. Thanks for the great shopping experience, especially during covid19.

I went in looking for a fight. Delivery issue regarding an online order, store pickup. The two ladies displayed empathy and apologized for a situation that was beyond their control. Customer service at its best.
