DO NOT recommend!! Went in for a mani + pedi booking that I had made 5 days prior. Lady began "exfoliating" my left foot with a block that felt like steel wool. Then proceeded to start aggressively scrubbing the outer side of my foot, after a couple of minutes they noticed that they had ripped the skin up, looked at my injury, and began vigorously scrubbing again over the wound. When I told her that my foot was stinging and bleeding she said: "yeah, I noticed your skin had cracked." I then proceeded to ask her for a Band-Aid or something to cover it so I wouldn't bleed throughout my shoe, she claimed that they had "run out". She then proceeded to put my foot BACK IN THE SPA WATER and rub lotion all over it, aggravating the fresh wound further. She then proceeded to pat my foot with a cotton bud and told me to put my shoes back on. She was just as aggressive with the mani, cutting my skin with the nail clippers and I had to pull my hand away because it hurt so much. Not ONCE did she apologise/offer any sort of solution. I left paying full price (which was super overpriced for my experience there). As a result, since coming home, my foot is still bleeding and is currently swollen. Disgusting behavior and will NOT be visiting again.

Absolutely disgusting. Unsanitary. The artists are not skilled. I had beautiful nails done by a professional and have had infills done here within a week one has fallen off. I told the artist I wasnt happy at the time she just put extra glue on nail bed told me it was fine. Same nail has come off they will not fix this as they are claiming its my own fault. If i wanted to pay $60 for infills with no nail art you'd hope they could at least last a week. I was told by several people not to come here. Wish i listened. Disgusting service wont be surprised if i get a fungal infection from here due to them all using the same tools without sanitation. Yuck. This business also offers a really good discount if you give them good reviews dont be fooled.

Currently on vacation from Kingaroy Qld, my nails were in much need of love and attention. I had read reviews of many salons here in the city - not many offered SNS. SNS are my go-to since my nails are my own - LOL healthy and strong. HUGE shout outs to the Beautfiul ladies - Tammy, Wendy, Lauren. Wow you all done did me sooo good. I highly recommend anyone who’s looking for SNS to stop by here. Very friendly staff. Ps I didn’t have an appointment. Sorry Darls’. Walked in 4pm, walked out 5.30pm - treat yourselves Ladies & Gents. The oil on my cuticles is the oil from the salon. Thank you Bless Eri Carey

So after waiting for probably an hour & a half or more to have anything done (I get they were busy) but I could of went back . I had different people prepping & my daughter was getting hers done also & the woman was hurting her while filling, the same woman also hurt me while filling & was agressively grabbing my hands & fingers & kept giving me evil states. I felt as though this woman hated me & I didn't even know her... One of the roughest & horrible customer experience I've ever had !! & Spending that money you'd think they'd be nice even if it was fake

I use to be very happy with that nail salon and the girls was mostly very good. My last visit I was very disappointed, not that she charge me more then anybody before. She was rude and make my nails hurt very much when she was cleaning my nails from old gel, I asked her to be more gentle but she blamed my nails for being very thin. It is sad because I been a lots of time in this salon and never have that bed experience. I give 5 star before but now because of this lady I need to change.

Very expensive, French tips she said 25 on top of nail extensions which was 55 asked her chrome nails 10 extra where no other salon charge for it. Leave nails with glues & very painful. Rude costume service hit me with filer twice & didn’t even say sorry. Told her my nails are not in good shape & she keep saying if it fix it, it will be short & charge extra. Have to redo it next day somewhere else.

Inconsistent service. It was okay but I was a bit annoyed when I could see the lady next to me with the other therapist having a much more in-depth service performed. Even though I mentioned the areas I had wanted a bit of attention on it was completely ignored and aside from the nail polish application pretty sure my six year old daughter would’ve been able to do a better job.

I waited 30 minutes for my appointment, running very late. Then they took 1.5 hours to do my nails. Why? It shouldn’t take that long. Many other customers seemed impatient as well and everyone working there seemed inexperienced unfortunately. The manager kept booking more customers in and the younger girls couldn’t keep up. Very awkward experience at sweetie nails.

I was in Hobart on business, I needed my nails done as I have a wedding on the weekend, I was very particular about French tip with the white not being too thick, the girl who did my nails was named Belinda she did a fantastic job, couldn’t recommend this nail salon enough. I love the job Belinda did was so thorough!

I have been to Sweetie Nails on multiple occasions now. They are always professional and friendly. They are good value for money, fast and good with communication through their Facebook page. As well as being accommodating to any requests I may have. I will continue to come back and bring friends along too.

On a visit from Sydney and decided to dm them on fb to see what was possible. Super fast to get back to me. Communication was excellent. When I walked in, they knew exactly who I was and what I wanted. Silent but professional nail tech and so fast! No discomfort at all. Loved the experience!

The people were so lovely! They didn’t rush, did a very clean, carful job. Exactly what I wanted! Almost didn’t get my nails done because my cuticles were so torn and raw and I thought it’d hurt, but she was so carful and zero pain! Great job, affordable and great experience xxx

The girls in here are so lovely! They’re all so talented and lovely to talk too, I had such a great experience and my nails look stunning ! Such good value for money too and they lady gave me exactly what I asked for ! Can’t wait to come back - 10/10

The staff were so patient and accommodating - we were a big bridal party group and they had one of their staff off sick plus multiple other bookings. They were so professional and really lovely. 10/10 would recommend!! Oh and nails look great!

Went in for infills, they hacked at the nails to try and get them off (they didn’t need to) then had another staff member take over after having 3 perfectly good nails chopped off.. they tried to melt one off with acetone and then attempted

This was my 4th time getting acrylics from sweetie nails. As always the final result was incredible! And they always last longer then other salons i’ve been to. The only think i have to say is the filling is slightly out of control,

While the person did a decent job of my manicure, I was appalled at the lack of cleanliness in the shop. I had to ask her to change the towel on the table we were using and ask her to use some CLEAN nail clippers!

I came in yesterday to have nails done as I was unable to go to the salon I normally do and saw this place had mostly good reviews. My nail broke the at lunch time today (24 hours later).

Technicians are both very experienced and very fast. The nails last well and I’ve not had any problems with cracking or lifting. I’d class this as one of the best nail salons in Hobart.
