The team at Swirl Plumbing were able to resolve a series of complex issues the previous owner of my home helpfully left me with, that became evident with heavy rainfall. Mario capably led his team of experts who corrected the waterproofing issue and connected the entire domestic system to the sewer mains. This was a massive project which required a creative solution which included installing AGG lines, replacing aged terracotta pipes with PVC pipes, creating new drainage outlets with new electric pumps etc. They also had to excavate and later reinstate the front garden bed as part of the process to allow the remediation work to take place. The team performed the work with cool heads and to a high standard.

I called a couple of plumbers for quotes, Mario came to my house for a free quote, the price was higher then other quotes I got but he explained that it was a all inclusive price for all the new valves and pipework for my hot water heater.I opted with one of the cheaper quotes I got but as soon as the other plumber started he told me I would have to pay extra for the valves which was more then what the other plumber originally quoted. I cancelled that plumber and got Mario to do the job, I'll definitely use Mario again, it's refreshing dealing with someone who's direct but I think he needs to explain the pricing/quote abit more to the next person.

I was recently stuck early in the morning on a Public Holiday with a boiling hot water tap in the shower which I couldn’t turn off. Even though he was in Wollongong at the time and I’m at St Marys, Mario talked me through how to safely turn the hot water off and arranged to come on that day if necessary. Mario arrived on time, communicated well, was courteous and fixed my balcony drain blockage in less than an hour. He problem solved the issue quickly and in the most efficient manner. After a holiday to Bali a few years ago I learnt the hard way the value of a bidet. Ever since this traumatic event I have umm'd and ahhh'd about having one installed in my residence.
