Very DISAPPOINTED experience. My boyfriend and I had De-stressed massage which is 2 hour15mins. However our experience was less than 2 hours. we had sauna then shower. But there was no hot water while my boyfriend took shower. During the time,therapists knocked the door twice to ask us for massage. I have told them there was no hot water to take shower how can we do the massage. The therapist was very impatient and not intended at all to help us. Secondly, the massage was supposed to be full body massage but my boyfriend just had back and arms massage only. The reception explained we took so long time to take shower, over 30mins so that there was no hot water. The fact was we walked in at 1:45, did all the paper work and paid the bill at 3:55. How is that possible that we did sauna for 30mins shower 30mins and 75mins massage. It is UNACCEPTABLE. Lastly, the cleanliness was TERRIBLE. The reception girl took out trash from the basket where to put all the belongings when she gave us the instruction of sauna. The rubbish bin in the toilet was full. No one clean it before we occupied the room. I won’t recommend to any of my friends EVER.

I booked in for a pregnancy massage. They did not have the proper pillows so I could lie on my stomach. The masseuse had me lie on my side while she massaged half my back, then roll onto my other side so she could do the other half of my back. She then had me lie flat on my back while she did my arms. Any professional dealing with pregnant women should know that you should not lay on your back for an extended period of time, especially in your third trimester. I’m sure this place would be good for a normal massage, but I would not recommend them for a pregnancy massage.

A welcoming Day Spa with an excellent selection of organic skin care products. High level remedial massage and a inferred Sauna, awesome for any athlete's recovery with products available to purchase in house. The staff are super friendly and professional making it a great experience. Can't recommend this Day Spa highly enough! Great location and service. Awesome place to kick back and relax.

What a wonderful experience my friends and I had yesterday for my 50th. There was a bit of a stuff up (my fault) with what treatments one of the girls was having and they handled it with ease. We all came away having had a fabulous time, but most of all, they impressed us with how easily they accommodated my friend with a disability. I would highly recommend Swiss Wellness.

Our experience with the services of the spa were not great and I originally left a very honest review...it was 1 - 2 stars. However, after reading my review, I will give 5 stars for the apology and efforts to remedy our experience. Unfortunately I don't live in Adelaide, but if I did, I would give them a second go. Appreciate the lengths you went to.

I love this place! Will have to come more often. Amazing massages and facials. And lovely staff. Also, they have great own natural body care products, made in Adelaide hills. Best totally natural zinc sun cream I ever used. It's tinted to match face tone, so I don't look like a clown when I apply it. :)

Amazing Results! I have been a regular client for a few years now and absolutely love the sea clay wrap done by Bailey. She gets you amazing results. It's well worth the money especially if you have a special occasion. I recommend having the infrared sauna first along with the wrap for optimal results!
