⚠️ WARNING! ⚠️ THIS PLACE SCRATCHES CARS! Leaves dirt on the car, water INSIDE the car and they don't even know how to drive stick?! ---Update: I got this strange reply: "Response from the owner a week ago Thanks for your feedback. We are servicing 30 to 50 cars everyday since 7years at same premises. We use quality products and if there is scratch on roof WHY didn’t you inform management at same time." They also seem to suddenly have an influx of people with a single review to their account who gave them 4 or 5 stars... I WONDER WHY... not like they'd be fake or paid positive reviews or anything. Totally normal for a place that gets a few reviews per quarter otherwise, right? If you read the other reviews on here you'll see why I wouldn't bother informing management, but even if they did try to be nice it isn't like they'd pay for a repaint, which is what it'd take to fix the scratches left by this place. ---End of update I went to this place to give them a shot as I haven't loved the results at the nearby star wash. Boy was I in for a shock. After a while of waiting I was asked to move my car, as no one who worked there knew how to drive stick shift, even enough to move a car around their parking lot. When I returned to my car I noticed it wasn't completely clean, visible dirt on the lower edge of the door and what looked like unfinished waxing. Then I saw the scratches on the roof. How on earth can you run a car wash and not know to avoid abrasive scrubbing of a car roof!? Opening the boot there was heaps of water on the rubber mat, seeping down into the car. It wasn't even clean, just wet. There's residue all over the windows as if there was wax on them, or they just didn't get cleaned properly at all. Showed up very clearly in evening sun. What a complete rip-off at $45 bucks. I'll have thousands of dollars of damaged paint to deal with. Stay away from this place!

Stay away from this place if you value your car. Had taken mine and my wifes car to this place before and never had any dramas. Took my wifes car there last week and instead of drying the car with a chamois they used some form of micro fibre looking cloth which completely scratched the whole car. Mind you this is pretty much a brand new car. Took it back to them to let them know what they had done and they completely denied it. No boss on site whatsoever, waited over an hour for him to arrive still not there so had to leave as I had prior engagements to attend to. Only upside was the bext day I took the car back and they polished it. Once finished they still denied any wrong doing. Again, if you value your car I would not take it here.

UPDATE BELOW Absolutely terrible. My car wound up with big scratches carved into the roof from their poor attempt at cleaning. We opened the boot up later and discovered the inside was all wet for some reason? The polish was not properly used, there were marks all over the place where it had not been buffed correctly. Patches were still dirty. An automatic washer would've done less damage. UPDATE: despite their insistence in the reply below, this is indeed where my car went. Seems like they're spending more time nitpicking exact wording than they are on improving their service.

I've been here 5 times now, at different hours of the day. Every time they are fully staffed. I pre paid for 8 washes ($250), and have been turned away every time (brand new 4 month old car). They refuse to refund me, yet continue to say they are closed. This place is a scam! Most dishonest business. 'Loyalty' cards mean nothing, just a way for them to rip you off. Also previous posts from them saying they are open are false as I was refused when they said they were open. Avoid

Absolute waste of time and money. Had to re wash the entire car afterwards because it was covered in missed spots and sponge residue, wheels were just wiped over so all the dirt was still there. Missed so much of the car but didn’t realise until it was dry. Also stopped half way through my wash (even though I was already waiting) to wash another car, so means he rushed to finish mine. Seriously unhappy with the result I spent my money and time here. Don’t Waste yours.

I took my wrangler to this carwash and i been seen review for this carwash before...they got alot of complaints by other... but this time it really made my day... under a new management they are very profesional on doing cleaning job or shampooing because they use a diffrent towel to the body and for the wheel they will use also a diffrent one.. that SMART! cause on 4wd they will be dirtiest part on wheel! But they done well... be sure will comeback THANKS GUYs!

Took my dirty car here to get washed and vacuumed and they did a good job. Quick, pretty thorough and reasonably priced. Overall the car was so much cleaner than when I took it in and everything was done pretty well. Missed a couple of spots but overall pretty good. Happily come here again.

$45 for an SUV Interior and Exterior wash is great value. Went on a Friday afternoon so not busy and the guy did an amazing job. So thorough and my car was in a state after parking under a tree with lots of bird poo and leaves. Great value, and all done under 45 mins. Highly recommend!

I purchased what was advertised as a detail from this car wash, and the results were absolutely nothing like a detail. After asking why this was the case, I was told no detail was included and that there was nothing more that could be done. I would strongly advise avoiding this place.

Car wash quality is terrible, premises are disgusting, and this car wash chain owner is a dodgy person. Avoid like a plague and don't buy any coupons for car wash here from Scoopon and alikes. Expect many fake positive reviews, recognisable by poor language.

Good place for car wash with reasonable price. Friendly staffs and good environment for customers. I had watched them many times and they had never let down my expectations. Higly recommended.

$45 for interior and exterior 4 WD ! Very reasonable priced. Thoroughly cleaned. Kebab truck within the complex where you can have a kebab and coffee while you wait

So difficult when a problem arises no one on duty to help. I am so over making allowances for out of touch business owners in sydney. So many have no idea .

Payed for a super wash but was pretty underwhelmed with the results. Inside was good but outside still had visible dust and residue from bird droppings.

Got my small car washed and vacuumed for $35. Didn't had to wait long either. Very happy with the result and their price. My go to place for car wash.

$25 for wash and dry for a sedan. Car ea cleanby there wre still a few spots from drying and we had to ask for inside the doors to be dried.

Highly recommended to everyone. I did full detail in reasonable price and was totally worth it. Very happy with the results.
