Had rented a locker for the last almost 2 years. It took less than 24 hours for Ken to get back to me after I sent an enquiry to lease the locker, within 48 hours I was able to start loading my stuff in. The entire building is very clean and kept well. The locker was very affordable and especially for the size I got. Ken has been extremely kind and was very easy to contact both by phone and email. I would (and have) recommend Sydney Mini Storage to anyone looking for a storage locker. I will definitely be back if I ever find myself in need of one again.

I don't know about you but when I'm looking for a storage solution I'm looking for a level of discretion unheard of outside the usual realms of good taste and Sydney Mini Storage has that. Sydney Mini Storage was safe, clean and no-contact back when Covid was just a twinkle in it's bat-father's eye. Any question or issue I had was answered promptly and succinctly over email. I honestly never saw another soul there over the 4 years I had storage there and I couldn't imagine a better system. Absolutely heavenly. Five stars.

Great experience with this place! After looking for a storage for a few days and finding expensive prices with some $30 admin rip-off fee that were further from the city, I found this place! Ken gave us a great price and the best deal. He was kind and funny. Great customer service and a convenient place, closer to the city. No BS admin fees, simply 1 fee. Simple way of getting in and out of the building and parking right up front. Safe and secure as well. Couldn't be happier. Def reccomend!

Had a great experience. staff was friendly and there's parking in front. even though the storage unit might look small, you can stack up your stuff really high. there are quite a number of storage choices you can make which is really convenient. the place looks well maintained and clean. definitely would choose again :)

We have used two lockers at Sydney Mini Storage over a period of several months and were totally happy with their service. Needed a short term storage solution as I was selling my house and needed to declutter! Sydney Mini Storage offered flexible sized spaces that could be moved in and out of at short notice. The facility is open for access 7 days a week and it was always easy to park onsite. Highly recommended!

Have been with SMS for 10 years and its been a great help. Ken and Iona run the show really well and are always prompt in responding to queries. They are a small business and they really care for their customers. I have and will continue to highly recommend SMS for storage needs.

Their billing is all over the place. They forget to send invoices (I don't ever get invoices on a predictable day or date, if they come at all) and then charge you $10 late fees for their mistakes! Setup an automated subscription system on Stripe or something similar, it's 2023!

Moved from Melbourne to Sydney so needed short term storage whilst I sorted things out. Haven't used a storage facility before but this was a good first experience. Was helped by Ken who was friendly and helpful and the site was clean and reasonably priced. Would recommend!
