Poor communication when booking the job. Overall quality of clean, restoration and paint was subpar. When cleaning our garage section mud was coming through the roof and onto all our belongings. Our lounge received lots of damage. When mentioned to workers on site, they said nothing. We attempted to call the admin side of the business multiples times. When we finally got through, they proclaimed it was just a bit of dirt and to have the workers on site clean it? Not entirely sure how roofers where going to clean a fabric lounge. They handled this error very poorly, in a very unprofessional manner and quite immature. They left our hose broken they had used and I was told that since we got a discount what did it matter? Cracks are already showing in their work (less than a week), paint job is poor and husband will have to go over it. They told us they replace tiles, buy on the day left and advised us there were tiles that needed replacing that they didn't do. With no reason as to why. They left our house dirty, many walls and windows left with mud after their cleaning job. When we brought up any issues, the workers said nothing and the admin responded in a very rude manner. Overall unsatisfied with the work and business.

Albert and his team were amazing. Fast quote, fast service and quality finish. I would highly recommend Albert as let’s be honest these days communication between tradesmen and client has declined. Albert was all over this and communication 5 star and speed of service incredible. Lovely man and we are so pleased that Albert was the one to ice our cake (roof). Quick, responsive, professional and fairly priced! We had a number of broken tiles and issues with the pointing. Everything with our roof is now fixed, cleaned and freshly painted and could not be happier! Our close friends recommended them to us and I would happily recommended them as well!

Don't use them. Damaged numerous tiles after we had a Roofer do capping an replace all broken tiles ready for them to paint.. Left paint bins an rubbish at side of our house. No responsibility or care. Said it happens. We will take matter further.

Do NOT use them! They've damaged our roof, and all the paint is now peeling off after only six months. They promised a warranty, but when giving them photos they delayed and delayed, and have now blocked our contact.
