Please be aware of this agent. I had a very horrible experience by booking ticket from this agent. Let me start my terrible experience with Syon travels. I booked my trip from (Australia - Nepal and Nepal - Australia) 4 months in advance. At first, I paid for and booked my flight with one of the top rated Airlines. The agent provided me the itinerary along with the confirmation. Everything was fine. They moved my flight from top rated airlines to medium rated airlines less than a month before my departure date from Australia, claiming typical stuff. I haven’t experienced such thing’s in my life since I assumed it would be fine because they were explaining the things like there is no connecting flight this and that bla bla bla..(as you can know, I paid a ticket charge for top rated airlines and then they switched me to medium rated airlines with the same fare which is paid for the top rated ones). Well, there were some issues while we were departing from here as we need to contact to the agent time and again for the things like online check in and all because the problem was occurring time and again. Not only that it was a not only a problem here but the main problematic things which made me anxious with their service was When returning from Nepal. You have no idea what they've done with my ticket. My sister and I were scheduled to return from Nepal but, when I arrived at the airport in checking point, they informed me that my ticket had been voided ; I was astonished with the fact that they said you don’t have ticket for today’s flight rather yours ticket is after three days after my itinerary date. Now, I was actually in a panic at that time because I needed to return as soon as possible. When I called the agent, they were blaming the airlines for overbooking the ticket and shifting my return date. What a dramatic situation! On the same day, I went to the specified medium rated airlines head office and spoke with them to see if it was due to the airline's error and if they would have provided a replacement ticket for me. But being there I came to know it was not their fault rather was the one who booked my ticket. They also lied to me, assuring me that the airlines would compensate me for all the losses I was bearing for it. Well, I supplied all of my loss receipts, but I know the airlines are not accountable for that; rather, the agent is. This happened to me more than a week ago, yet I am not paid. I don’t have any expectations so that I will be compensated for the loss. But I thought to post my experience so that other people won’t face the same issue in upcoming days from this traveling agent. To the representative of Syon travels: please be mindful with the fact that business is not only done for one time. If you want to continue it, please value your customer and their time.

I needed to travel to Nepal last November due to some family commitments, and I have had to return within a few days due to family's responsibilities here in Melbourne. I couldn't get tickets for my desired dates online search. I rang Syon Travel, they got my trip organised within short notice for next day flight and the desired return date where I was not able to get it earlier. Secondly, they organised a business class ticket from kathmandu to Melbourne cheaper than economy class for my mother in law, which was a fantastic job. And, recently, I did 4 tickets to Kathmandu from Melbourne for my family where baby bassinet was like uncertain with almost the main carrier due to some reason. They guaranteed me a baby bassinet, and it was exactly the way they explained me before boarding. Meals and seating were properly organised as per our desire in short notice, too. The 45kg luggage per person provided with the price of 20 kg luggage compared to online was exceptional. Trust me, I am an online junkie when it comes to buying an air ticket.
