Before I say anything, I swear all the reviews talk about the line. The line is pretty long *if you go when it’s busy* but given the store it’s to be expected! This place has almost all of their lanes open for check out, and it’s 2 busy stores that are basically fused together. Just bring some headphones or something while you’re waiting in the line, it is really not that serious I will admit that it does take a bit of time to get through to the register, but the staff are very pleasant regardless. Last time that I was there, they had a staff member going thru the line telling customers they appreciated them waiting, and offered them high chews, which I think is a nice effort :) Plus, typically if there’s certain items and I can find in those shelves near the line so I wait to get some of those items while I’m in the line. Now, I really like this location because they always have great Torani syrups for my coffee. I make my coffee at home, and I always am excited to check out what this one will have to offer. Recently, I found some seasonal flavors and I’ve never found it. Salted caramel, chocolate macadamia nut, hazelnut and chocolate chip cookie dough! Yum! That’s typically what I come to this location for, along with some of the cute, gourmet snacks they have. Pretty big selection of stuff. But I will address one issue. - the staff need to be a bit more attentive to what’s going on on the floor because sometimes people ACCIDENTALLY break glass bottles, or just glass cups/etc., and it gets left on the floor for a bit. Typically if I see it, I let a staff member to know so it gets cleaned up. But sometimes it just isn’t enough coverage in the area for someone to clean it up. I stepped on a bit of it with my shoe, which didn’t really irritate me that much, but if it was a little kid that would’ve been a bit different. I know certain things like that can sometimes be out of their control, and it’s gonna be difficult if they’re short staffed. But it’s also a bit of a safety thing with so many glass items in the store. Overall, I like this location. I prefer it to the other HomeGoods here in Las Vegas, because they have a really good selection of items. As long as you’re ready to deal with the line and just wait for a bit, you’ll be okay!
It was unbelievable experience I had at this Store!! First of all Here is TJMaxx, Homegoods and Marshalls Code of Ethics for all employees: You must treat our customers as we treat one another – with dignity and respect. You must strive to give the highest quality service at all times to all customers. We respect our customers, suppliers and vendors. Do not harass or discriminate against customers, suppliers or vendors under any circumstances. " Few minutes ago I was Discriminated, Harass by The Coordinator Mary F. of TJmaxx HomeGoods at Sahara. I was going to Buy a watch worth $75. I showed the clerk my Digital Card and asked me to show my ID and I did. The clerk took my ID and my cellphone and walked towards the other side and approached Mary F. I was stunned because the clerk didn't even asked permission to take my ID and my cellphone to her Coordinator. Then they both came back to me and Mary F. Asked me to log out from my TJmaxx app and log back in. While I'm logging in to my app. Mary F. Told me she can't do it and sell the watch. I said what?? It takes too long for your digital card to come out from the app she replied. I said, Im logging in and my signal is poor. I said , okay fine if you don't want my business here. This is some kind of Discrimination because I'm Asian and with tattoos on my arms?? She didn't even let me finish to log in to my TJmaxx app and she told me right away I can't buy the watch?? She is prejudiced that's what I can say, she and the black woman clerk both violated the CODE OF ETHICS OF TJX COMPANY. I AM HUMILIATED IN FRONT OF THE PUBLIC. I think this store employees need to have a class regarding CODE OF ETHICS.
I am updating my review as of 10-13-22: I give 5 stars to a couple of employees I was helped by + I observed them helping others today. The first was Anna in Jewelry section. Great customer service. The other was Phyllis helping those coming to the dressing room area. Lots of attention to her customer service as well. For that reason only, I will return to shop again, BUT NOT if I have to stand in line again for forever while leaning over a cart with my back pain meds having worn off. I started with a customer return (12 minutes before things got busy) so I would not have to constantly keep track of the items while shopping. That got done so started shopping. Next time to registers was 25 minutes. Maxx and HomeGoods needs to get it right and dedicate someone just for returns. > > > Prior submission a couple of weeks back: Never enough registers open. Good bargains, but take your joint ache meds before you have to stand 30 minutes in register line up. This is why I have only shopped there once. Typically I walk in, see the long lines and walk out. Needing to return what I got though, so have to go through same process for returns. There are similar stores to shop from without the excruciating check out. After my returning items ordeal I doubt I will be back unless things change with customer service.
March 27,around 7 pm.Manager on duty is rude to customers and make up her own prices. Yesterday i bought 1 rubber band in other Tx max store for 5.99 and today want to get other one.The item has price tag missing,so manager walk up and told me it gonna be 9.99.i said it can't be because yesterday i was buying same thing for 5.99.I looked around and found 2 similar bands for 5.99(but different color and brand, i wanted by pink colored). After she saw i i was right she became aggressively rude and said :-"well it different brand and it gonna be 9.99.And if i don't like the price ,don't have to buy. She literally said it.Manager on duty is rude and not professional. We did buy stuff for 270 dollars that day,but i really felt like i should just leave without any purchase.
TJ Maxx has always had a huge selection for any department store. Seasonal items are very appealing and trending. Must always be flexible as brands and items don't generally last so if you see something you like, grab it then, you may not see it tomorrow! This goes for all TJ Maxxs in my experience. Store is very clean well staffed and employees are polite and helpful. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the waiting line. Every time I have been to these stores the lines are a mile long and they don't seem to move fast. We actually shopped one time saw the line and had to leave our items behind because we could afford to wait for an hour to pay. No other department store is like this, not sure exactly why. Somehow need to implement a speedier checkout.
Shopping here would be more fun, there are great items on the shelves, but I hate to check out! What is up with the 20-30 minute wait in line to check out? It may go "fast," but seeing the length of the line on a random day, not associated with a shopping holiday, can put people off. I saw a few people walk in, see the line and then turn around and walk out...while I was standing in line. My husband doesn't have the patience for it, so luckily we needed something at the Sprouts next door. He was able to pick it up, put it in the car, and the come back in and wait with me for 10 more minutes. Thank goodness I have the Kindle app on my phone because I was able to get through a couple of chapters in a book I was reading while standing in line! Uuugh!
I'm not a fan of stores that allow people to call over the phone and put things on hold. Me and my family go to this store looking for certain products to only find out people call first thing in the morning and have them placed on hold. If i can get myself and my family ready and drive to the store then so can everyone else. If this is a practice you will continue to follow then i will go else where to shop. This is bad customer service. How come other stores make you come down but this store allows you to put things on hold over the phone without being in the store? Take the store online and close your doors if that is you daily practice. For those of you who read this Marshalls is only one street over. Go there you'll have more of a selection!
I give 2 stars simply because I'm happy with what I purchased. It loses 3 because my family was followed throughout the store by a worker. I mean there entire store, from entrance to standing in the checkout line. At one point, instead of asking us how we were doing, or to ask us to let her know if we needed help, she volunteered to take the items in our basket to the front. As if we were stealing huge obvious items.....There was no prior conversation before this. We felt unwelcome and I noticed other people weren't being followed, but WE were.... She followed us to the comforters, sheets, shelving, vases, everywhere. Next time, I'm causing a scene and getting management.
HomeGoods, lot of high prices on damaged furniture. I refurbish furniture and was looking for something similar size for my hallway. Ask for asst. manager to point out a large amount of damages on this piece of furniture. More then likely it's something that they're going to eventually throw in the dumpster she even said after today she's probably going to have to put it in the compactor so I offered her a fair price for it because it would take over .$300 worth of Labor just to repair it as it is and she refused to take reduce the price. Point being their management would much rather throw a piece of furniture in the compactor then sell it and make a profit.
I've had a horrible experience at this location. I wanted to buy a wallet and the line for the registers was huge. I asked if I could pay for it at the jewelry department since I only had one item. Both the cashier and manager refused to take my payment, since I wasn't purchasing a jewelry item. I ended up leaving and not making the purchase. Not coming back here ever again and my suggestion is to try and open a couple of registers for people who only have a couple of items to buy. That is if you truly care about your customers and people that want to spend money at your store. Truly disappointing customer service.
This store sets their own prices and changes them on you depending on the day. I bought a planter last week for $19.99 and then came back today to buy the same one, but found out the price changed to $39.99. Manager on duty Tammy did now want to honor the previous price tag, telling me that another item (different color) had a higher price, so I needed to pay that too, since the planter I was trying to buy was missing a price tag. I shop at Home Goods a lot so it’s disappointing to find out they are so greedy. Also, should they not feel responsible for a mess at their store, missing tags and customers confusion?
HomeGoods offers gorgeous affordable decor that won't break the bank if you are ready to treasure hunt weekly. There are many great themed pieces from around the world that will compliment a freshly painted bedroom or add a visual spruce up to your great room wall. Make sure you're not famished nor running late upon entering, as lines are always long. There are usually several checkout stations open, but wait time to checkout can be 10-15 minutes due to popular lunch customers grabbing home decor, kitchen ware or birthday gifts. Definitely will be back when I need to add color to the bedroom or patio.
I really like this store and its right next to sprouts where I shop every couple weeks. It pulls me in everytime. I always find something to buy that is a needed item and not just a spur of the moment purchase. It's clean, well organized and the staff is very nice. My only complaint is the checkout. I find what I want to buy and then have to decide how long I'm willing to sit in line. They really need to up the number of cashiers. Having 25 +people in line has made me leave without purchasing. When I do buy I'm always happy with my items. Great for finding deals when you have some time.
I went here looking for two items, a pair of men's shoes, and sheer curtain panels. An employee said the only men's shoes T.J. Maxx sells are seasonal, and she pointed to a wall display of flip flops and sandals. It was mid-March, not quite summer. The Homegoods selection of sheer panels was about 2 or 3 packages of different designs. With each package containing 2 panels, I was unable to get 4 matching as I needed. Both stores seemed very overpriced, which is the norm today. The employees were very friendly and helpful.
Waited FORTY FIVE MINUTES to get to checkout. Oh, and there were TWO, make that TWO cashiers open, out of I believe at least 11 cash registers. I counted OVER FIFTY customers in line behind me. There were three or four employees wandering aimlessly behind the registers but NOT actually doing anything. When you wait that LONG you can pick up a lot of the NON going’s on. The employees on the floor, stocking were VERY VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. Two stars for the really nice young lady who helped me out in kitchen accessories!!
Visiting Homegoods is such a treat. I love walking through each aisle finding treasures that I never even knew I wanted or 'needed'. The team of employees are always on top of their game. They are quick to greet you, ask if you need help and they're so efficient when helping the line. Even when the line is wrapped around the inside, it usually doesn't take more than 10 minutes to go through checkout. Always a pleasant experience and I'm already looking forward to my next visit.
Typically a good selection but no urgency to help their guests check out. I have watched 3 people opt out of this line already. This is a pretty frequent occurrence when I shop here... I plan for the wait. Management, please allocate more resources to your registers. Follow up: an employee just approached me in line to ask if I wanted to save with a credit card. I asked if she could just help by opening another register. Her reply was not surprising, "well that's not my job"
My all time favorite store. Wonderful stuff & staff ! Great customer service, even Kenny - the security guy is very personable & nice. I go once a week because i live 1 mile from them and they get new goods every day. I also check out the HG on Warm Springs, Centennial and Henderson. I love them all but ours here in Peccole Ranch is # 1 ! Some people mind the long lines, but in my opinion the wait time is not bad bc they have a lot of cashiers. Thank you HOME GOODS & TJ MAXX
Having these 2 stores together is great because I can shop both and get great deals on so much stuff. The problem is that I went Thanksgiving weekend and it was pretty crazy. They basically took all their merchandise and stuffed the aisles and all the shelves to the point of bursting. It was very disorganized and it was chaotic to navigate through boxes and carts in the aisles and trying not to break stuff as I was taking them off the shelves, knocking other stuff over.
I’ve loved this location since I first visited, but the other day my infant was having a meltdown in the line cause mom wasn’t prepared with a warmed bottle the employees escorted us to the front of the line for a quick checkout and told me if we’re ever in a situation like that again I can ask to me helped asap. I’m sure they wanted the screaming child out of the store, but they were so nice about it! This stressed mama was appreciative no matter the motive haha
I really like this store. Many unique items and I can usually find everyday things of good quality I'm shopping for. I enjoy the seasonal items as well. Staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are pretty good and sale items really are "on sale" . I've learned though that if you see something you like and want you'd better get it then and not wait as inventory, furniture especially, is usually what's on the floor. All in all a very good place to shop.
Thank goodness for Homegoods because I've had withdrawal symptoms. Stopped in to see if they had anything fab to eat and whoa, shelves were stacked with wondrous things. Felt like Howard Carter entering Tuts tomb. Store was stocked out to capacity, thank you. Love this store and received a wonderful feeling of retail therapy for my one year old pandemic starvation. Wonder commences again, yay and more yay. It's good to be back.
It takes a cashier on average 5 minutes and 3 seconds to ring up a customer, and the line was 40 customers long today. There were 6 cashiers, so I was stuck in line for over 40 minutes. I only measured because I'm used to long waits and wanted to measure how bad it is. To be fair, I occasionally come back for more because they have some nice stuff for decent prices. They just need to do something about brutally slow cashiers
I will never return here. Been in 4 times and left 3 times empty handed because of the line. At least a 30 min wait. Except today it was only 10 min … because of some dummy returning items. Finally made it to cashier and my item was missing a price tag and she scanned the wrong tag on another item. This caused much confusion so I left empty handed again hehe. Not worth the frustration so stay always from this place !
Great prices on a lot of products. Today it was mostly clothes for me. My girlfriend also found several household products while we were there. The checkout lines were busy, but they had adequate staff to help keep the lines flowing pretty smoothly. Definitely a great place to stop for good bargains. There's also many other stores in the same plaza. We also did some grocery shopping at Sprouts afterwards
This combined TJ Maxx and home goods store is large and busy. Stock rotates very quickly so if you see something you like you better grab it, don't expect it to be there later. Lines can be very very long but they move rather quickly. With this place being so busy I rarely see any negative energy from the cashiers. Great selection, friendly cashiers, convenient location.. I definitely will return.
This home goods location is extremely chaotic as it doubles as a TJ Maxx. The line is generally 15 minutes long and the isles are very crowded. Although the crowd is wild their inventory is great and they did have everything I needed on multiple occasions. If really looking for home accents I suggest making the drive the Henderson HomeGoods location. You will over all have a better experience.
There's always a long line... Is everyone around this location only shop here or something?? You have to expect at least 20~30 minutes to see the cashier. There's even a long line about 10 minutes from the time they just open.... it's either everyone in summerlin shops here or they have poor operation management... if so.. they definitely need self checkout like Ross since they can't keep up.
These are two of my favorite stores, and this one is a combo of both. I avoid shopping here because the line to pay is ridiculous. it is one checkout area for both stores and they have so much product displayed on both sides of the lane it gets really crowded when you are in line with as little as 4 other people and their carts... I also think I find better deals at other locations
Even though they might be limiting the number of people to enter, it still feels crowded. I needed to look for a way to walk around crowds inside the store. It seems as though once the stimmy hit, everyone and their grandmother is here. Anyhow, it's a nice store with nice products, as long as you are not overweight because you are not going to find Big & Tall clothing here.
Just really went window shopping. They really have products here.TJ Max is sharing location with Home Goods.Home Goods have some great stuffs, which a lot of them are on clearance so very reasonable.I love it.There was also a Burlington, steinmart and sprout.so many great stores in one place.it's so hard to go in and come out without buying a bunch of stuffs.
This is a very nice store it is a combination of T.J Max and Home Goods. I spent time on the Home Goods side found that they have a lot of sale items all around the store. Some of the furniture was a little pricey. I enjoyed the time I spent at the store, the staff I encountered were all nice and were knowledgeable, I will be back to do more shopping.
Nice place but I don't know why is impossible to use the internet inside the store I was trying to hear a podcast all the time I was in the store and I couldn't. Any way I thing is a beautiful store everything clean and organized, grate people there and very helpful. I did my Tjmaxx card with them and found many things there with good prices.
Mae c in jewelery has no type of customer service didn't even acknowledge me an continued to keep organizing her area, on top of that ignored me and helped someone else that came after me and had the nerve to look back at me, wow! never have i had that type of experience here, she needs to be in a position that doesn't involve customers.
Great prices on name brands, although you can tell some of it was made for a TJMaxx and not the main stream mall outlets. HOWEVER IT IS BECOMING HARDER AND HARDER TO FIND REAL CLOTHES NOT MADE FROM PLASTIC HERE. ALL YOUR SOCKS ARE MADE FROM PLASTIC NOW. Luckily we found two rare t shirts made from cotton, only 2! No lines in the evening.
Nice finds always check the clearance area for some good stuff every so often. This place is on a good area easy to find and other stores and eating places nearby. Lines can get long but moves smooth and efficiently. I like their random foods they have there and random housewares. Good prices for what they were once originally!
This place needs better management on checkout and customers service. We were in a very long line for about at least 20mins with one cashier. Management should pay attention to the checkout line can't be more than 8 customers waiting to be checkout. I saw many customers leaving the store after they saw the never ending line.
Lots of great deals and interesting finds. You could spend hours just looking through all the neat, little things you can use around the house. Even some cool food selections as far as different pastas and sauces. A ton of different coffees, I could go on and on, but it's a great spot to wander and pick up some cool things.
So tired of this store not allowing customers to try clothes on. Wait in long lines to buy and have to wait in long lines to return what doesn’t fit because this is the only chain in vegas that doesn’t allow trying on clothes. I can throw a shirt on over a tank top on the floor but apparently pants carry the Covid nonsense.
I am only giving this place a third star because of the wonderful selection of products they have to offer.... Everything else I encountered there was kind of trashy.... Especially the 50 people long amusement park line to check out.... It's just ridiculous and they never do anything about it, they act like it's normal.
This is supposed to be a TJ Maxx Runway store but I do not see the high-end handbags here. They do, however, have diamond and 14k jewelry here. The HomeGoods side had at least three different areas for throws and it was not organized at all. Our cashier today was also extremely slow but at least she was friendly.
Always go to this place for one thing and usually walk out with my hands full. Great prices on anything for your home. From plates to comforters, to home decor, this place has it all and all for reasonable prices. Also has the traditional T.J. Max store attached to the home store so you can shop for clothes too.
Horrible Employees!!! Especially the Coordinator Mary F., She Will Harass you and treat you like a criminal!!! She is prejudice and no ethics whatsoever!!! I will never shop in this store ever again and I will tell all my relatives and friends about the horrible experienced I had in this F... Store!!!
Please for the love of God do some thing about the line. I waited 50 minutes to buy a vase. It kills the entire vibe of the store. Some of the associates seem to be moving quickly and others don’t seem to have a care in the world. There’s at least 40 people in line every time I come to this location.
One “standout” young salesgirl, is Minnie! She was charming. I asked her for a larger shopping cart… she immediately made that request done! She then, when I asked her for her thought’s about some pillow selections…, Minnie happily offered some suggestions to me with great enthusiasm! She is a gem!
Home Goods is one of the few retail stored that I will even visit. It is hit or miss but often has unique items from all over the world. Mostly home accent but sometimes unusual food items. They likely will not be there the next time you visit so write down the company and order direct after that.
What can I say it’s TJ MAXX one of my favorite stores . Lol I’ve been shopping here since I was a lil kid & man they have the best deals on designer clothes. Also they have good home decor so that’s awesome. I enjoy my experience shopping here as I always do . Keep up the good work guys
Took family here and they loved it. It is a very large department store with home goods and fashion - seems like a much larger than usual T.J. Maxx that is connected to Home Goods. One thing I appreciated was how clean and orderly the store is compared to other department stores.
In switching to sustainable/eco friendly, this is a good place to start. They have started carrying more items that are better for the planet lately like bamboo toothbrushes, glass food containers, more options for meal prep. It doesn't cost alot if you transition gradually.
The employers are incapable of including all products that have been purchased in their check out bags I'm missing two items that are included on my receipt. I've searched my house and car high and low they were never put in the bags I will never shop at this location again.
Shelves and sections are in disarray. Many items on the shelves were dirty. Some boxes were even empty of products. This store needs better anti-theft protocols. Staff seemed stressed and frustrated in their interactions with customers. Overall a disappointing experience.
You can expect to find anything you need for your home. I am a decorator and I find the unexpected WOW pieces from side chairs to Sarah Brook art. I can match up any color scheme and always find the unexpected treasure to pull it all together. I love love love this store.
I went to 3 stores in one day, I dont know which store this review is referring to. I bought the cutest hat and nice costume jewelry, reasonably priced. I'm looking for crystal panther earring and pendant to go with my bracelet and ring.....WAKANDA FOREVER!!! LOL...
Ugh... This location isn’t an ethnic-diverse friendly place to shop, if you know what I mean. Had an unpleasant experience and didn’t really feel welcomed. We’re all humans. Being kind and having love for each other makes the world a better place.
Loved the selection of clothes, I'm a bigger guy and they had my size in multiple styles so this was refreshing. Staff was very friendly, only reason for 4 stars instead if 5 is that it took forever to check out due to lack of registers open.
Very disappointed in this TJ Maxx. The lady working the jewelry counter on Sunday early afternoon ( 8/27/23) was not professional and rude. She was the only person working the jewelry counter and was helping a guest with a credit card for
I will stop shopping here until they learn to add a separate line for returns and exchanges. Its an obvious solution to an issue that the management is unable to see and understand. Each cashier has to waste time on asking questions about
Mini and the manager Salvatore are amazing. This is my first experience shopping at here and they have made a customer for life. They both deserve a raise for solving my issue. Thank you both so much. I now have a working trash can! Lol
Omg...I totally could have been in HomeGoods for hours! They had a fantastic selection, the items were stocked, and I loved pretty much everything! Even though the checkout line was superlong, the wait to pay for my items was minimal.
Love this store... Great products at great prices! I've purchased everything from superfoods & supplements to workout wear & evening wear along with skincare, jewelry, and makeup... All at a fraction of the normal cost. Yay TJ Maxx!✨
This specific location is really nice ,they have BIG CLEARANCE sections throughout the store !!! ..and they really do mark down items , (unlike others ) I totally recommend this T.J Max ,it's definitely worth checking out!!!
great products but the line always wraps around to basically the entrance, walked right out today. i’d love to shop there but i can’t justify waiting in line for 30-40 min for a couple things or even one great product
Love TJ Maxx & Home Goods, but I'm tired of everytime I am in line to check out, an employee is waiting there in an attempt to apply for a credit card. Once you reach the register, the cashier asks you once again.
Wow! Clean, organized store with awesome selection. Not from the area.........doing a "Western TjMaxx Tour" as we visit national parks. : ) You can only look at so many mountains and trees........just saying. ; )
Hight quality home decor and furniture items that are well priced are kitchen wear and clothing department, other furniture items are 2-3 times above average but go on sale occasionally. Great customer service
How can you go wrong at a home goods?! The store is usually packed on the weekends and the line goes around the store, but who really cares when you are getting so many delightful baubles at a discounted rate!
I love this store myself and my mother go here all the time my only complaint is you don't have enough help with the cashiers we both have a handicap and my mother is 85 it's very hard for people to shop here
This place use to be great and have affordable pricing not anymore they are so overpriced in pretty much everything . Don’t waste your time go to Ross or Burlington same items and 1/2 the price total rip off
Love TJ Maxx! Just Beautiful array of merchandise for every need that you can imagine for your home, family, friends, gifts for boss, co worker, the list goes on and on! Such a kool place to go to and shop.
The management here needs to do a better job to reduce the wait time at checkout. I waited more than 30 minutes to check out. There were over 30 people in front of me and there were only 3 cashiers.
I love this store and my favorite home good location, especially for their good team and costumer service. Today a kind lady named Maryam help to us for found our items with kindness and patience.
Home goods is a terrific store to pick gifts for family and friends. Only set back is the waiting line to pay for items you are purchasing. Recommend that you go there early to do your shopping.
Nice store, good selection modern selection, and tidy for the most part. I like that the lamps can be plugged in to see the light. It's a bit on the small side compared to other stores in town.
Parking is always busy and lines are long sometimes but depends when you go. Right now got alot of stock. Kinda overflowed you gotta pick thru but you find great stuff that you dont need …
Treated me like a criminal. Loss prevention was swarming me and staring me down . I purchased every item and spent over $100. Pure example of profiling and racism. I will not be back
I left a comment on something else but I would like to say that TJ Maxx and HomeGoods are really nice stores I enjoyed being there they're very clean not too expensive and organized.
The lines are long and the clearances area it's really a clearance, cause they only take off a $1 off the items other than that they have a large amount of inventory to choose from.
Its a well run store, for the volume ,stays very clean and organized. Small detail they can fix, organize and maintain the merch on the way to the register, Cleaniness is Godliness.
We have tried shopping here twice and both times the line was 50+ people. We’ve left both times. 6 registers for two stores is clearly not enough. Staff are kind and overworked.
They have the best selection of merchandise, but waiting in line to pay is a nightmare. Last time I walked in and there were more than 50 people in line so I walked right out!
This specific shop is huge! I've easily spent like 2 hours here. And what more is there to say, it has what all other home good stores have, so come on in and have a blast!
Got sold a clearly used and dirty item that had parts missing. Pretty upset that I paid full price for this item that I could have purchased online in better condition.
Worth visiting for some good buys, but you should go back regularly to find new items arriving. Some comparatively good buys if you are a patient and dedicated shopper.
Had to make a return. The person who served me was sooo nice, I'm sorry I didn't get her name. But following the reasonable return policy makes everyone happy …
These two stores have nice, very affordable merchandise. If I'm looking for myself or a gift for someone else, I always start here and more often than not, end here.
Crowded, long lines, and not worth the wait to stand in line with any supposed bargain. That what happens when you have two stores funneling into one checkout area.
A new, organized, fully stacked. Joined T.J. Max &HomeGoods. It’s a good one-stop-shop for home, kitchen, and apparel and accessories for the whole family ️ …
Not enough registers for the combo store. Most annoying. Been there twice in two days and lines were 30 people waiting,no way I am standing on a line that long.
Great items and always well kept.... BUT.... it doesn't matter what time of the day you go, the check out line is horrendous and they don't call for backup.
Lots of fun stuff and great prices. I got a few things from there and couldn't find anything else that I had in mind except here. So happy I checked it out
I have to say place is very closed in some parts, they have very kind people and place was extremely clean. Great place to buy items if you have side money
Store is comfortable can be pricy and usually long lines. Staff is accomodating and friendly. Probably best to go early. Home good side has some nice items
This store is so organize I always have a great customer service experience every time I shop there. The employees are all very friendly. I love this store.
Love this store but definitely the busiest in the city! No good time to go as it seems there's always a line. Don't come if you're not prepared to wait.
Large store. They have alot of clothes and home decor to choose from. Parking lot is shared with grocery store and furniture store. Prices are good
Dressing rooms still closed so forget about trying anything on. However, bathrooms open! Go figure. Makes no sense. Both nice stores which connect.
The line at the TJMaxx on Sahara/Hualapai is an hour long. Had a return of an expired food item, double whammy! Will not go back to that location.
Nice store has pretty much everything. Got my dad headphones for $20 when the least i could find them online is $40. Lines are really long though.
Staff is nice but the store sucks super small selection for men. Their pots and pans area is an unorganized mess... I been in way better then this
Combined Home Goods and TJ Maxx. Good selection and helpful staff. Even though it was near Black Friday the check out lines were moving quickly.
