This is a pretty great location! It's not the easiest to find but once you do, you'll be happy. They have multiple cash registers to help move congestion at the line. Expect to wait during the busier times and pick up things you dont need on your way to the register lol The workers are friendly and helpful. I appreciate that security doesn't follow you around when you shop. The first floor is mainly clothing and shoes and bags and small accessories. It also has beauty, travel items and some home goods. The second floor, downstairs is more home goods, candles, decorations and things like that. Just be aware that phone service may not be the best down there. There is a lot of selection, things are organized neatly and efficiently and in a way that you can find what you're looking for. Even if you're not looking to buy or dont have time to wait on line, there's a lot to browse and window shop. I will definitely visit again.
So convenient to have this gem close to my workplace, especially during holidays because they open at 7 am! I get a lot of gifts and other necessities here, they even have high end designer bags and shoes for purchase. Their jewelry department is really great too. House wares are in the basement and there's an elevator if you don't want to take the stairs. Please note - I'm not sure if there's an entryway that's accessible for all because there's a narrow escalator to get in and exit. It's close to the stock exchange, so it's always a busy area with tourists hustling about.
Main entrance is not wheelchair accessible and there is no clear signage, if any, about where the accessible entrance is. There is an elevator but it’s located on another street in a completely unmarked building. I had to call someone just to find out about it. As a wheelchair user, I shouldn’t have to call someone just to enter your store. Many aisles were also too narrow to be accessible due to true way products were displayed. The cashier, Eddie, was excellent though. Add clear signage for disabled people if you’re not going to be completely accessible.
The store is fine but I’m very confused about why they wouldn’t pay more people to work at the cash registers on weekdays. I repeatedly go in and have to give up on the insanely long line and my purchase because we are all there on a work break and it takes 30 minutes just to check out. You’re losing money not hiring more people to fill the cash registers you already designed the store to have!!
This store looks pretty bad, hidden, only one sign on the sidewalk says there is a TJ Maxx in the basement... Narrow escalator will take you down, and finally, when you're down and inside, you probably wont find anything. Oh... and there is no wi-fi in there... :( You can do it much better TJ Maxx...
This department store takes some getting used to. everything is very confused, there is little system. There are sometimes good offers on branded clothes, but you have to be very patient to find something great. the atmosphere is more like a second hand shop
There's something going on with the building, and it's leaking? So a bunch of shelves have been pushed around. If you're trying to look at skincare or makeup products, maybe choose another location. You can't access many shelves right now
It's a good store, doesn't have too much tourists in it. They have some good selection of different brands, not too fancy, but the prices are good. Place is clean and more or less reasonably organized.
Great place to shop home stuff especially gifting. The place is in downtown near WTC. Definitely worth a visit!
