I went into this bank because I needed to get some Euros for my up coming trip in a week. They are one of the only branches to have Euros available the same day. I get greeted by the manager and he directs me to the cashier who can give me the rates for the day. I ask the cashier about the rates for the day and she gets on the phone and calls the manager over. Apparently the manager who was just standing there talking to another worker needs to count the Euros before she can give me the rates!! So now I had to wait about 15 minutes for him the count the Euros. So instead on just doing it when I first walk into the bank, he was just being lazy. Since I don’t have an account I had to pay $10 more instead of $7.50 for account holders. I said I will be back. About 2 hrs later I came back and said I want the Euros. I went to the same cashier just to make it easier since she dealt with me earlier that day. I told her how much I need and she I forgot to tell you earlier since you don’t have an account I can only give you 1500 Euros if you have an account I can give you more!!! So let’s open an account, she said you need to sign in and talk to an account specialist. It’s an 45 wait!!! Customer service and knowledge has possible been the worst I have experienced. I hope this help you make a decision not to become a customer of this bank. I’m so happy I am not a customer of his bank.

What kind of idiots do you have working here? I walk in with $300 in cash to buy 2 gift cards. I am told I cannot purchase I have to deposit into my checking account and then do the transaction. Ok I hand the money over along with my TD bank card & then they ask for ID? I ask why..They say I was withdrawing the money from the account. Um no I am handing you cash. I ask them to check the signature as I opened the account in this branch. No we can't do that. Ok I can give you any info you need and I recite my address, Nope cannot do it. Ok fine I need you to break up 10 $20.00 bills.....ok wirrrrr goes the machine....I am standing there....Its going to be a few minutes......Why? Oh because the system went offline. Excuse me but you are a bank teller and can't count to 20? Are you kidding me? If it wasn't so damn pathetic it would be funny.

Walked in to open a business account. (4/18/18) The whole environment was loud and hostile. I observed everyone working, and seriously, no one seemed professional. When the lady at the front called my name, I approached her and she checked my documents right their at the sign in desk. I mean come on, no office? No privacy? After she wasn’t sure if I had all of the documents, she directed me to an employee at a booth. She wasn’t personable at all. Process seemed rushed. As if TD bank has no other banking competition. Moral of the story, this was my first time ever stepping into a TD bank. I’m not judging the company as a whole, but this branch is definitely/desperately in need of some new, and fresh leadership.

Consider changing this location to America's most inconvenient bank. The three times I've gone to this specific to cash my company's petty cash check and the same manager always has an issue cashing the check. The issue is conviently simple. A manager over ride is needed to wave the check cashing fee. However, the manager must know something more than TD bank. Thank you TD Bank for truly being America's inconvenient bank at select location :-)

I opened my first checking account with this branch a few years ago and its still the main branch that I visit. The staff here are very kind and knowledgeable so I do appreciate that. The only downside to this place is that they have the old ATMs that only dispenses $20 bills, which can be a hassle and the lines can get super long at times even if there is adequate staff available, which is weird to me.

Went there for a 12.00 noon appointment. Never was called by Jennifer who I was assigned. When I confront her she said she called me. She never did. She came and called someone else. Notice a lot of favoritism going on here. I will my accounts from this bank. Confront another one just looked at me and called her favorite Had to leave because of these issues.

Waited one hour to see a notary and the woman at front overheard my friends my wife speaking Spanish and took upon herself to make us wait we eventually left . This bank and someone else to give us a notary signature. This action borders on discrimination. Shameless front customer service person spoke Spanish herself!!!!

I like this TD bank and I don't even have an account but I go to have letters notarized. Some peoples always complaint about waiting 20 minutes everywhere you go you wait, you wait to die 50 or 60 years but you do not see people rushing to die, so why complaint about waiting 20 minutes why because it not fun.

TD is one of my favorite banks, I've never had an issue. This location is great, Jennifer remained professional while she faced some issues with her computer. It's also great that they hand you the cards right there in person so you don't have to wait for it in the mail.

Never answer the phone. Long wait times while the representatives just chat and laugh. I went in store for my problem a week ago. Made a deposit. Nothing was resolved. Accountant said he was going to communicate and help me to log in online. WORST TD BANK.

Very disappointed in the lack of diversity in this branch. Entire staff is made up of those from one group and that does not represent the community in this neighborhood. The manager clearly wanted to hire their own kind

My experiences with the TD Bank on White Plains Rd. & Phelham pkwy has always been pleasant, from the time i've walked through the doors, the greeters, the bank security, and the tellers are all very nice people

Nice bright bank with very knowledgeable people working there. Only once did I see a long line. Many branches makes it easy to do your banking. I'm very satisfied with my personal banking at TD Bank.

If you arent from the state. They treat you like dog meat. Manager will mock you. Her minions dont understand their jobs. Playing with peoples money. Customer care on the phone has more knowledge.

Worst location ever. 1.) visited branch and shortly after went abroad, they said they would call and help me clear up something on my card and never did. Couldn’t even call customer

Great place to handle all of your banking needs. Very friendly tellers and platform staff. Lines are never too long, I commend the job they are doing this pandemic.

This place is the worst there's like 7 staff working on the tellers and no one taking care of the customers at customer service I do not recommend this place at all

It's probably one of the worst banks ever. They never give certain paperwork you need, and you could easily lose money.
